现有技术中,预灌封注射器灌装机一般分为拆外包、拆内保及灌装加塞三个区,拆外包区与拆内包、灌装加塞区具有不同的洁净等级要求,拆内包、灌装加塞区通常安装在更高洁净等级的环境中,拆内包区一般包括预热、撕膜、去内衬纸、转位四个工位,完成拆包后的预灌封注射器由输送带送至灌装加塞区,在灌装加塞区由上下料摆臂抓取注射器托盘放入移动平台,移位至灌装加塞工位,完成灌装加塞后,由移动平台将注射器托盘送至上下料摆臂抓取工位,将托盘送至输送带输出,上述技术方案存在结构复杂、工位多、清洁维护困难且部件动作时对高等级洁净区垂直流的扰动大导致对药品污染风险大等问题。

所述拆内包区内还设有空物料收集盒和废料收集口,所述空物料收集盒设置在所述输送带的一侧。
所述第二转运机器手上还装设有灌装组件和加塞组件。
所述灌装加塞区内还设有灌装泵和理塞斗,所述灌装泵与所述第二转运机器手连接,所述理塞斗设置在所述胶塞缓冲区与第二转运机器手之间。
所述输送带位于所述拆外包区和拆内包区内部的一侧。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
本发明的预灌封注射器灌装机,输送带不穿过灌装加塞区,在灌装加塞区和拆内包区之间设置物料交接口,并通过第一转运装置和第二转运装置实现物料在拆内包区和灌装加塞区之间的交接,使拆内包区与灌装加塞区相对独立而不影响物料在两个区域之间的转运,避免了输送带输入和输出时对高等级洁净区的垂直流的扰动,降低对药品的污染风险。

【具体实施方式】
以下将结合说明书附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
图1至图4示出了本发明预灌封注射器灌装机的一种实施例,该预灌封注射器灌装机包括拆外包区1、拆内包区2、灌装加塞区3、胶塞缓冲区4和输送带5,输送带5自拆外包区1贯穿拆内包区2,灌装加塞区3紧邻拆内包区2设置,拆内包区2内设有第一转运装置7,灌装加塞区3内设有第二转运装置8,灌装加塞区3与拆内包区2之间设有物料交接口6,工作时,第一转运装置7将输送带5上的物料转运至物料交接口6处交接至第二转运装置8,第二转运装置8托起物料完成灌装加塞后将物料转运至物料交接口6处交 接至第一转运装置7,第一转运装置7再将物料转运至输送带5上,输送带5不穿过灌装加塞区3,在灌装加塞区3和拆内包区2之间设置物料交接口6,并通过第一转运装置7和第二转运装置8实现物料在拆内包区2和灌装加塞区3之间的交接,使拆内包区2与灌装加塞区3相对独立而不影响物料在两个区域之间的转运,避免了输送带5输入和输出时对高等级洁净区的垂直流的扰动,降低了对药品的污染风险。
本实施例中的物料主要指预灌封注射器包装盒和预灌封注射器托盘。
本实施例中,拆外包区1、拆内包区2和灌装加塞区3呈直线依次设置,输送带5延伸至灌装加塞区3的外侧,胶塞缓冲区4紧邻灌装加塞区3设置。
除本实施例中的布置方案外,灌装加塞区还可以位于拆外包区和拆内包区之间,只要紧邻拆内包区设置即可。
本实施例中,第一转运装置7为第一转运机械手,第一转运机械手上装设有可夹住物料的转移夹具71,第二转运装置8为第二转运机器手,第二转运机器手上设有可托住物料的中空框状托架81,通过第一转运机械手使转移夹具71移动至预灌封注射器包装盒的正上方,转移夹具71定位吸取预灌封注射器包装盒里的预灌封注射器托盘,随后第一转运机械手移动将预灌封注射器托盘送至物料交接口6,同时第二转运机器手带动中空框状托架81移动至物料交接口6,由中空框状托架81在下方套住转移夹具71上的预灌封注射器托盘。
本实施例中,第一转运机械手上还装设有撕膜夹具和去内衬纸夹具,即撕膜和去内衬操作均可在第一转运机械手的带动下完成,进一步简化了结构,减少了物料的转移频次。
除本实施例中的结构外,还可以在拆内包区2内设置拆内包装置,拆内包装置包括撕膜夹具和去内衬纸夹具,即将转移夹具71和撕膜夹具、去内衬纸夹具分开设置。
本实施例中,拆内包区2内还设有空物料收集盒22和废料收集口23,空物料收集盒22设置在输送带5的一侧,中空框状托架81在下方套住转移夹具71上的预灌封注射器托盘后,转移夹具71将预灌封注射器包装盒送至输送带5上输送至空物料收集盒22中,废料收集口23用于收集外膜和内衬纸。
本实施例中,第二转运机器手上还装设有灌装组件和加塞组件,中空框状托架81托住预灌封注射器托盘,由灌装组件和加塞组件进行灌装和加塞操作,进一步简化了结构,减少了预灌封注射器托盘的转移频次。
本实施例中,灌装加塞区3内还设有灌装泵31和理塞斗32,灌装泵31与第二转运机器手连接,理塞斗32设置在胶塞缓冲区4与第二转运机器手之间。
本实施例中,输送带5位于拆外包区1和拆内包区2内部的一侧,以便于物料的取放。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种预灌封注射器灌装机,包括拆外包区(1)、拆内包区(2)、灌装加塞区(3)、胶塞缓冲区(4)和输送带(5),所述输送带(5)自所述拆外包区(1)贯穿所述拆内包区(2),所述灌装加塞区(3)紧邻所述拆内包区(2)设置,其特征在于:所述拆内包区(2)内设有第一转运装置(7),所述灌装加塞区(3)内设有第二转运装置(8),所述灌装加塞区(3)与所述拆内包区(2)之间设有物料交接口(6),工作时,所述第一转运装置(7)将所述输送带(5)上的物料转运至物料交接口(6)处交接至所述第二转运装置(8),所述第二转运装置(8)托起物料完成灌装加塞后将物料转运至物料交接口(6)处交接至所述第一转运装置(7),所述第一转运装置(7)再将物料转运至所述输送带(5)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的预灌封注射器灌装机,其特征在于:所述拆外包区(1)、拆内包区(2)和灌装加塞区(3)呈直线依次设置,所述输送带(5)延伸至所述灌装加塞区(3)的外侧,所述胶塞缓冲区(4)紧邻所述灌装加塞区(3)设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的预灌封注射器灌装机,其特征在于:所述第一转运装置(7)为第一转运机械手,所述第一转运机械手上装设有可夹住物料的转移夹具(71)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的预灌封注射器灌装机,其特征在于:所述第二转运装置(8)为第二转运机器手,所述第二转运机器手上设有可托住物料的中空框状托架(81)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的预灌封注射器灌装机,其特征在于:所述第一转运机械手上还装设有撕膜夹具和去内衬纸夹具。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的预灌封注射器灌装机,其特征在于:所述拆内包区(2)内还设有拆内包装置,所述拆内包装置包括撕膜夹具和去内衬纸夹具。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的预灌封注射器灌装机,其特征在于:所述拆内包区(2)内还设有空物料收集盒(22)和废料收集口(23),所述空物料收集盒(22)设置在所述输送带(5)的一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的预灌封注射器灌装机,其特征在于:所述第二转运机器手上还装设有灌装组件和加塞组件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的预灌封注射器灌装机,其特征在于:所述灌装加塞区(3)内还设有灌装泵(31)和理塞斗(32),所述灌装泵(31)与所述第二转运机器手连接,所述理塞斗(32)设置在所述胶塞缓冲区(4)与第二转运机器手之间。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的预灌封注射器灌装机,其特征在于:所述输送带(5)位于所述拆外包区(1)和拆内包区(2)内部的一侧。
