技术领域
本发明涉及药品生产设备,尤其涉及一种预灌封注射器灌装机。
背景技术
现有技术中,预灌封注射器灌装机一般分为拆外包、拆内保及灌装加塞三个区,拆外包区与拆内包、灌装加塞区具有不同的洁净等级要求,拆内包、灌装加塞区通常安装在更高洁净等级的环境中,拆内包区一般包括预热、撕膜、去内衬纸、转位四个工位,完成拆包后的预灌封注射器由输送带送至灌装加塞区,在灌装加塞区由上下料摆臂抓取注射器托盘放入移动平台,移位至灌装加塞工位,完成灌装加塞后,由移动平台将注射器托盘送至上下料摆臂抓取工位,将托盘送至输送带输出,上述技术方案存在结构复杂、工位多、清洁维护困难且部件动作时对高等级洁净区垂直流的扰动大导致对药品污染风险大等问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、能有效降低药品污染风险的预灌封注射器灌装机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种预灌封注射器灌装机,包括拆外包区、拆内包区、灌装加塞区、胶塞缓冲区和输送带,所述输送带自所述拆外包区贯穿所述拆内包区,所述灌装加塞区紧邻所述拆内包区设置,所述拆内包区内设有第一转运装置,所述灌装加塞区内设有第二转运装置,所述灌装加塞区与所述拆内包区之间设有物料交接口,工作时,所述第一转运装置将所述输送带上的物料转运至物料交接口处交接至所述第二转运装置,所述第二转运装置托起物料完成灌装加塞后将物料转运至物料交接口处交接至所述第一转运装置,所述第一转运装置再将物料转运至所述输送带上。

所述拆外包区、拆内包区和灌装加塞区呈直线依次设置,所述输送带延伸至所述灌装加塞区的外侧,所述胶塞缓冲区紧邻所述灌装加塞区设置。

除本实施例中的布置方案外,灌装加塞区还可以位于拆外包区和拆内包区之间,只要紧邻拆内包区设置即可。
本实施例中,第一转运装置7为第一转运机械手,第一转运机械手上装设有可夹住物料的转移夹具71,第二转运装置8为第二转运机器手,第二转运机器手上设有可托住物料的中空框状托架81,通过第一转运机械手使转移夹具71移动至预灌封注射器包装盒的正上方,转移夹具71定位吸取预灌封注射器包装盒里的预灌封注射器托盘,随后第一转运机械手移动将预灌封注射器托盘送至物料交接口6,同时第二转运机器手带动中空框状托架81移动至物料交接口6,由中空框状托架81在下方套住转移夹具71上的预灌封注射器托盘。
本实施例中,第一转运机械手上还装设有撕膜夹具和去内衬纸夹具,即撕膜和去内衬操作均可在第一转运机械手的带动下完成,进一步简化了结构,减少了物料的转移频次。
除本实施例中的结构外,还可以在拆内包区2内设置拆内包装置,拆内包装置包括撕膜夹具和去内衬纸夹具,即将转移夹具71和撕膜夹具、去内衬纸夹具分开设置。
本实施例中,拆内包区2内还设有空物料收集盒22和废料收集口23,空物料收集盒22设置在输送带5的一侧,中空框状托架81在下方套住转移夹具71上的预灌封注射器托盘后,转移夹具71将预灌封注射器包装盒送至输送带5上输送至空物料收集盒22中,废料收集口23用于收集外膜和内衬纸。
本实施例中,第二转运机器手上还装设有灌装组件和加塞组件,中空框状托架81托住预灌封注射器托盘,由灌装组件和加塞组件进行灌装和加塞操作,进一步简化了结构,减少了预灌封注射器托盘的转移频次。
