Definitions
- the present invention relates to a folding kickboard, and more specifically, to a folding kickboard that can be folded in two stages and the length of the handle shaft can be freely adjusted so that the size of the fully folded kickboard can be reduced by the length of the footboard. will be.
- kickboards where children enjoy playing while enjoying the wheels are built on the front wheels and auxiliary wheels on the rear wheels. It is configured to be enjoyed.
- the kickboard having the configuration described above has a disadvantage that it is not easy to be carried by children, especially since the handle is not folded and always faces upward, it becomes bulky in storage or transportation and takes up a lot of space.
- FIG. 31 illustrates a conventional collapsible kickboard.
- a conventional collapsible kickboard configuration has a conventional handle 100 which is inserted into the handle stem 102 and moves up and down, with the end of the handle stem 102 being conventional. Is assembled to the wheel 104.
- the lower back of the handle stem 102 is fixed to the de-shaped frame is welded, a square hole 12 is formed in the upper surface of the frame has a rectangular long hole 16 at both ends.
- a hinge hole 14 is formed above the long hole 16, and a shaft 28 for assembling the lever 18 is inserted into the hinge hole 14.
- the upper lever 18 has a knob 20 that is knurled on its surface, the handle 20 having a downwardly extending extension 22, the end of which extends the shaft described above.
- the coupling hole 24 is formed for the fitting.
- the rounded locking portion 26 is integrally formed in the counterclockwise direction so that the stopper 30 bent forward is seated.
- the lever 18 having such a configuration is inserted into the square hole 12 of the frame 10 and assembled to the frame 10 by the shaft 28 to rotate.
- the stopper 30 described above is seated on the engaging portion 26 of the lever 18 and moves along the long hole 16 of the frame 10.
- the lower end of the frame 10 is formed with a hinge hole 17, the hinge hole 17 serves as a medium for connecting the handle stem 102 and the board 108 of the handle 100.
- the board 108 is made flat to put one foot, the rear end is attached to the wheel 110, the wheel 110 is provided with a brake mudguard 112. At this time, the brake fender 112, but not shown is provided with a brake. On the other hand such a configuration is already well known technology.
- the upper surface of the above-described board 108 is provided with a fan-shaped plate is spaced apart while maintaining a predetermined interval, the first surface and the second fixing grooves (42a, 42b) are formed on the circumferential surface of each plate, respectively.
- the first and second fixing grooves 40 and 42 are deeply dug in the center direction of the plate 36, preferably in the center direction of the fan shape, and the first and second fixing grooves 40 and 42 are described above.
- the stopper 30 is caught. That is, when the stopper 30 is inserted into the first fixing grooves 40a and 40b, the handle 100 is maintained in an extended state, and on the contrary, the stopper 30 is arranged in the second fixing grooves 42a and 42b. If it is inserted into the handle 100 is in close contact with the board 108 to maintain the folded state.
- hinge holes 38a and 38b are formed in the center of the above-described plates 36a and 36b, and the shaft 34 is provided in the hinge holes 38a and 38b and the hinge hole 17 of the frame 10 described above. ) Is inserted so that the frame 10 is assembled to the plate 36 to rotate. Meanwhile, the stopper 30 and the shaft 34 described above are connected to each other under tension by the spring 32, and the stopper 30 is coupled to the hook 32a of the spring 32 and the hook ( 32b) is coupled to the shaft 34 is pulled toward the spring 32 while receiving elasticity to each other.
- an object of the present invention for solving the above problems is to provide a folding kickboard that can be easily folded and stored and moved.
