本发明是关于一种滑板车,尤指一种能使车头在相对于踏板展开或收折时,皆能达到方便且稳固定位效果的滑板车折叠装置。
背景技术
由于滑板车相当轻巧及具有极佳的机动性,因此,普遍受到人们的喜爱,并在各地造成流行的风潮。但不论是传统使用人力的滑板车或是电动的滑板车,由于车体较大且长,将会占用较大的存放空间。不但不利于室内储存,在外出活动时,亦不方便携带,而使得滑板车使用的机会被压缩。因此,目前所使用的滑板车大多具有折叠收纳的结构设计,以避免占用太大的空间,且方便外出携带。
技术问题
一般折叠滑板车的车头折叠构造皆颇为复杂,在折叠时相当不方便;在定位使用时,则由于容易会有松动的情形,而影响使用者的操作方便性及安全性。
技术解决方案
有鉴于此,为了提供一种不同于现有技术的滑板车折叠装置,改进上述的缺点,并达到下列目的,发明人积多年的经验及不断的研发改进,遂有本发明产生。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种能在连结滑套及转向座时,让车头的立杆可直立定位,以使整体结构稳固,而可确保使用安全的滑板车折叠装置。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种能在车头的立杆相对于转向座转动时,可让立杆上的滑套限位于止动件上,使达到方便固定收折,并节省收折空间的滑板车折叠装置。
为达上述目的,本发明所提供的滑板车折叠装置,其连结于踏板的前端及车头的立杆之间,该滑板车折叠装置包括一个转向座、一个轴杆、一个连接件以及一个滑套。其中,该转向座结合于踏板的前端,转向座的顶端设有第一定位部,转向座的一侧设有止动件;该轴杆与转向座枢接,轴杆的顶端设有滑动部;该连接件连结于立杆的底端,连接件以可相对于轴杆转动及做有限度移动的方式连结于滑动部上;而该滑套以可相对于轴杆呈轴向滑动的方式套接于立杆上,且滑套的底端设有第二定位部,供立杆直立时,连结第一定位部,滑套的底端一侧设有止动部,供定位止动件,让立杆呈折叠的状态。
实施时,该第一定位部是外螺纹,该第二定位部是可与第一定位部相互螺合的内螺纹。
实施时,该轴杆的滑动部是轴向延伸的片体,滑动部上设有径向销,而连接件是直杆,连接件设有一个底端形成开口的轴向导轨及一个径向导槽,滑动部容置于轴向导轨内,该径向销容置于径向导槽之中,以使连接件可相对于轴杆转动,并做有限度的移动。
实施时,该滑套的止动部是一个槽,而止动件包括止动杆及把手,止动杆连接把手,止动杆以可上下移动的方式连结于转向座的一侧。

该转向座2包括一个套筒21及一个基座22,套筒21的顶端设有外螺纹,该外螺纹做为第一定位部211;基座22的后端大概呈弧形,其底部结合于踏板9的前端,基座22的前端具有一个上下贯穿的轴孔221,供同轴套接该套筒21,并使套筒21结合于轴孔221的上半部。基座22的后端一侧设有一个向后延伸的凸块222,凸块222内部形成一个空间223,该空间223具有向上连通的上孔道224及一个向后连通的侧孔道225。

借此,如图1、图4和图5所示,当车头的立杆91相对于踏板9展开时,经由第二定位部61稳固连结于第一定位部211,即可展开车头,让使用者骑乘;而当车头转正,亦即车头转动而朝向正前方,且向上滑动滑套6时,由于滑动部41的两个外侧面411之间的距离略小于轴向导轨51两个内侧面511之间的距离,即可让车头向相对于踏板9接近的方向转动,并借助止动件3的止动杆31向上插入滑套6的止动部62内,将车头的立杆91稳固折叠定位,以方便使用者携带及收纳。而当使用者向下拨动把手32,以克服弹性件33向上推压的力量时,则可让止动杆31与止动部62脱离,从而使车头可以朝远离踏板9的方向向上展开。
因此,本发明具有以下的优点:
1、本发明能在连结滑套及转向座时,让车头的立杆直立定位,因此,可通过简单的机械构造使整体结构稳固,并可确保使用安全。
2、本发明的轴杆的滑动部具有相互平行的两个外侧面,连接件具有相互平行的两个内侧面,因此,能在车头的立杆相对于转向座转动,且车头转正时,让立杆有效限位于转向座内,以达到方便固定收折,并节省收折空间的效果。
综上所述,依上文所揭示的内容,本发明确可达到预期的目的,提供一种能让折叠构造简化、易于携带及收纳、可兼具使用者的操作方便性及安全性,且可确实达到稳固收折效果的滑板车折叠装置,极具产业上利用的价值,爰依法提出发明专利申请。

  1. 一种滑板车折叠装置,其特征在于,该滑板车折叠装置连结于一个踏板的前端及一个车头的立杆之间,该滑板车折叠装置包括:
    一个转向座,结合于踏板的前端,该转向座的顶端设有一个第一定位部,该转向座的一侧设有一个止动件;
    一个轴杆,与该转向座枢接,该轴杆的顶端设有一个滑动部;
    一个连接件,连结于该立杆的底端,该连接件以能相对于该轴杆转动及做有限度移动的方式连结于该滑动部上;以及
    一个滑套,以能相对于该轴杆呈轴向滑动的方式套接于该立杆上,该滑套的底端设有一个第二定位部,供该立杆直立时,连结该第一定位部,该滑套的底端一侧设有一个止动部,供定位该止动件,让该立杆呈折叠的状态。
