当前多数折叠车外观同自行车相似或由自行车改装而成,其车架是通过两节车架管之间设置折叠机构与快拆紧固件实现车架的折叠,车架折叠为横向对折,折叠工序复杂,折叠后外观不美观,而且体积较大,占用空间较大,张牙舞爪,无法存放于汽车后备箱远距离携带。
折叠自行车的座管固定多采用外置支撑,在座椅下面设置支撑架,这种设计增加了配件,折叠后体积较大。
折叠结构复杂,设计不合理,而且在折叠过程中冲击力大,闭合时部件和部件之间发生激烈碰撞,易于损坏车辆本身,也容易夹伤操作者手指,使用中存在诸多缺陷。
发明内容
为了解决和克服上述缺陷,本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:设计一种安全折叠式电动车,可以实现车辆的展开和折叠,并且在折叠过程中柔度好,避免强度冲撞,使用安全方便。
为了解决其技术问题,所采用的技术方案为:设计一种安全折叠式电动车,其特征在于,前把架与踏板活动连接,座椅支撑杆通过转轴与踏板活动连接,所述转轴设置阻尼器,所述前把架设置与座椅支撑杆末端相配合挡件,所述挡件和座椅支撑杆末端设置磁铁,所述转轴设置侧切面,侧切片与轴体之间设置弹簧,所述转轴轴架设置胶垫,所述挡件设置为凸块,磁铁相应的设置在凸块下方,所述挡件设置为下端开放的凹型槽,磁铁相应的设置在凹型槽顶部。
本实用新型的有益效果为:应用该装置,可以实现车辆的展开和折叠,并且在折叠过程中柔度好,避免强度冲撞,使用安全方便。
前把架与踏板活动连接,座椅支撑杆通过转轴与踏板活动连接,所述前把架设置与座椅支撑杆末端相配合挡件。使用者可以坐在座椅上,双脚踏在踏板上,扶着前把骑行,整车结构合理,设计简约,重量轻,体积小,便于折叠,容易携带,存放和骑行都十分方便。
所述转轴设置阻尼器,折叠或者打开座椅支撑杆,即使初始力量很大,座椅支撑杆也不会迅速运动碰撞踏板或前把架,在阻尼器的作用下缓缓闭合或张开。
所述挡件和座椅支撑杆末端设置磁铁,展开状态下,座椅支撑杆末端和挡件吸附在一起,避免支撑杆产生向两侧的侧滑,当骑行者从座椅上下来的时候,座椅支撑杆在磁铁作用下依然会保持展开状态,不会自行闭合,当操作者需要折叠闭合支撑杆时只需上推座椅克服磁力即可。
