본 발명은 수납 공간 조절이 가능한 골프백에 관한 것으로써, 보다 구체적으로는 골프클럽을 수납하는 공간의 크기를 조절하거나 둘 이상으로 분리 가능하도록 하여 골프클럽 길이에 맞춰 크기를 조절하거나 분리하여 여러 개로 사용 가능하며 부피를 줄여 편리하게 사용 가능한 수납 공간 조절이 가능한 골프백에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 골프백은 골프클럽을 수납할 수 있도록 길이가 길게 형성되며, 무게가 많이 나가는 골프 클럽이 여러 개 수납되기 때문에 이를 버틸 수 있도록 가방 자체도 무게를 견딜 수 있도록 무겁고 단단하게 제작되고, 이로 인해 장시간 골프백을 메고 움직이는 사용자는 쉽게 피로감을 느끼게 된다.

본 발명은 상기한 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로써, 골프 클럽의 길이에 따라 골프백의 길이를 조절하여 적절한 수납이 가능하도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
또한, 골프클럽을 수납하여 무거운 골프백을 힘들이지 않고 운반할 수 있는 방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
또한, 골프백을 분리하여 사용 가능하도록 하여 길이 조절이 가능하며 무게를 줄인 골프백을 사용 가능하도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여,
본 발명은 골프클럽을 안착시키기 위한 공간이 형성된 메인 본체부와; 상기 메인 본체부 내측에 위치되고 양측이 개방된 서브 본체부와; 상기 서브 본체부를 메인 본체부에 슬라이딩 방식에 따라 이동 가능하게 결합시키기 위한 본체부 체결수단과; 상기 서브 본체부를 메인 본체부의 특정 위치에 고정시키기 위한 본체부 고정수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 본체부 체결수단은, 상기 메인 본체부의 내측면 길이방향을 따라 설치되는 제1 레일부와, 상기 서브 본체부 외측면에 제1 레일부와 맞물리도록 설치되는 제2 레일부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 본체부 고정수단은 메인 본체부, 제1 레일부 및 제2 레일부 각각의 길이방향을 따라 형성된 연통홀에 관통 설치되는 핀 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 본체부 고정수단은 제1 레일부에 형성된 삽입홈에 배치되는 스프링 및 볼베어링과, 상기 삽입홈을 커버하면서 스프링에 의해 볼베어링 일부가 그 삽입홈으로부터 노출되도록 통공이 형성된 패널을 구비하며, 상기 제2 레일부는 통공으로 일부가 노출되는 볼베어링이 끼움되는 끼움홈이 길이방향을 따라 적어도 하나 이상 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 서브 본체부는 개방된 양측 중 적어도 일측을 덮을 수 있도록 절첩 가능한 제1 덮개, 상기 제1 덮개를 고정시키기 위한 고정수단 및 착탈 가능한 어깨걸이를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 서브 본체부는 개방된 양측 중 적어도 일측을 덮을 수 있도록 지퍼로 고정되는 커버와 착탈 가능한 어깨걸이를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 메인 본체부 및 서브 본체부 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상에 설치되며 골프클럽이 안착되는 공간을 구획하는 구획부와 상기 구획부 사이에 구비되어 연결하며 유연한 움직임이 가능한 이음부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 구획부는 골프백의 길이에 따라 길이 조절이 가능한 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 메인 본체부는 우산을 거치하기 위한 우산 거치부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 메인 본체부는 길이조절 가능한 손잡이, 지면에 접촉되는 바퀴 및 어깨줄을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이상과 같은 본 발명에 따른 길이 조절이 가능하여 짧은 골프클럽을 수납할 수 있는 골프백을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 무거운 골프백에 바퀴를 설치하여 사용자로 하여금 골프백을 쉽게 운반할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
또한, 골프백을 분리 사용하도록 하여 골프백 자체의 무게를 줄일 수 있도록 하여 운반을 쉽게 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

본 명세서 및 청구범위에 사용된 용어나 단어는 통상적이거나 사전적인 의미로 한정해서 해석되어서는 아니 되며, 발명자는 그 자신의 발명을 가장 최선의 방법으로 설명하기 위해 용어의 개념을 적절하게 정의할 수 있다는 원칙에 입각하여 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 부합하는 의미와 개념으로 해석되어야만 한다.
따라서, 본 명세서에 기재된 실시예와 도면에 도시된 구성은 본 발명의 가장 바람직한 일 실시예에 불과할 뿐이고, 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 모두 대변하는 것은 아니므로, 본 출원시점에 있어서 이들을 대체할 수 있는 다양한 균등물과 변형 예들이 있을 수 있음을 이해하여야 한다.
본 발명을 설명하기에 앞서 일반적인 골프백은 길이가 길게 형성되는 골프클럽을 수납하기 위하여 양방향으로 길게 형성되며 골프클럽의 무게를 견디기 위하여 단단한 금속 또는 플라스틱의 재질이나 천을 덧대어 사용하게 되었고, 이로 인하여 가방 자체의 무게도 증가하며 이동에도 문제가 생기게 되었다.
또한, 골프클럽의 길이 때문에 운반 및 수납 등에서 불편함이 동반되기 때문에 길이를 조절할 수 있는 골프클럽을 사용하는 사용자도 많아지게 되었고, 사용시 길이를 길게 하여 사용 후 보관 시에는 길이를 짧게 하여 보관하게 되는데 일반적인 골프백은 길어진 상태의 골프클럽을 수납하기 때문에 그 길이를 조절하는데 문제가 있게 되었다.
상기와 같은 문제를 보완하기 위하여 본 발명에서는 수납 공간의 조절이 가능한 골프백을 제시하고 있다.
이하, 도면을 참조로 하여 본 발명에 따른 수납 공간 조절이 가능한 골프백에 대해 설명하기로 한다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 수납 공간 조절이 가능한 골프백의 일례를 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.
도 1에 따르면, 골프클럽을 안착시키기 위한 공간이 형성된 메인 본체부(100)와 상기 메인 본체부(100) 내측에 위치되고 양측이 개방된 서브 본체부(200)와 상기 서브 본체부(200)를 메인 본체부(100)에 슬라이딩 방식에 따라 이동 가능하게 결합시키기 위한 본체부 체결수단과 상기 서브 본체부(200)를 메인 본체부(100)의 특정 위치에 고정시키기 위한 본체부 고정수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 메인 본체부(100) 및 서브 본체부(200)는 그 재질이 플라스틱이나 금속이 될 수 있으나 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며 천이나 가죽 재질로 형성되어 사용자의 편의성이나 심미성을 높일 수 있다.
또한, 메인 본체부(100)의 형상은 도면에 도시된 바와 같이 사각형상을 할 수 있지만 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며 원형, 타원, 사다리꼴 등 다양한 형상으로 이루어질 수 있으며, 메인 본체부(100)가 천으로 형성될 경우 그 형상은 자유롭게 변형될 수 있으며 백의 모양을 이루기 위한 틀이 삽입되어 특정 형상을 유지할 수 있게 될 수 있다.
상기 메인 본체부(100)의 내측에 서브 본체부(200)가 위치하는데 슬라이딩 방식으로 이동 가능하며 완전 삽입되었을 경우 서브 본체부(200)의 상단과 메인 본체부(100)의 상단이 일치하여 빼내기 힘들 수 있기 때문에 서브 본체부(200)의 상단에는 손잡이(120)를 형성하여 잡아당기기 쉽도록 형성할 수 있는데, 손잡이(120)는 서브 본체부(200) 내측에 형성될 수도 있으며 상단부 양측으로 일정 면적을 가지는 형상일 수 있다.
상기 본체부 체결수단은 상기 메인 본체부(100)의 내측면 길이방향을 따라 설치되는 제1 레일부(210)와 상기 서브 본체부(200) 외측면에 제1 레일부(210)와 맞물리도록 설치되는 제2 레일부(220)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는데, 제1 및 제2 레일부(220)는 상호간에 맞물리도록 형성되며 그 형상은 원형, 사각형, 사다리꼴, 타원형 등 그 제한은 없으나, 상호간에 맞물린 상태에서 이탈되지 않고 고정될 수 있는 형상으로 형성되는 것이 바람직할 수 있다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 수납 공간 조절이 가능한 골프백의 본체부 체결수단의 일례를 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.
도 2를 참조로 하면, 상기 본체부 체결수단은 상기 메인 본체부(100)의 내측면 길이방향을 따라 설치되는 제1 레일부(210)와 상기 서브 본체부(200) 외측면에 제1 레일부(210)와 맞물리도록 설치되는 제2 레일부(220)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는데, 제1 및 제2 레일부(220)는 돌출된 부분과 그에 대응하는 홈 부분이 암수결합에 의해 메인 본체부(100) 및 서브 본체부(200)가 슬라이딩 가능하게 맞물리도록 형성되고, 제1 레일부(210)에 돌출된 부분이 형성되면 제2 레일부(220)는 그에 대응하는 홈 부분이 형성되고 그 반대일 수도 있으며, 돌출된 부분이나 홈 형상은 원형, 사각형, 사다리꼴, 타원형 등 상호간에 맞물린 상태에서 이탈되지 않고 메인 본체부(100) 및 서브 본체부(200)를 직선 방향으로 이동시킬 수 있는 구조라면 어떠한 것도 무관할 것이다
또한, 상기 제1 및 제2 레일부(220)는 각각 메인 본체부(100) 및 서브 본체부(200)에 구비되는 벨크로에 의해 착탈 가능하게 설치될 수도 있을 것이다.
상기 제1 및 제2 레일부(220)를 통한 결합 및 슬라이드 가능하도록 형성하지 않을 경우 서브 본체부(200)가 삽입되더라도 메인 및 서브 본체부(200) 사이에 유격이 생겨 흔들림이 발생하여 수평을 유지할 수 없고, 마모를 발생시켜 제품의 수명이 짧을 수 있으나, 상기와 같은 방식으로 형성할 경우 메인 및 서브 본체부(200)간에 수평을 유지할 수 있으며 흔들림을 최소화하여 마모를 줄일 수 있게 되어 제품 수명이 늘어날 수 있다.
상기 본체부 체결수단의 또 다른 일례로 제1 레일부(210)에 대응되는 상기 제2 레일부(220)에는 그 상단의 일부가 막혀 있는 형상일 수 있는데, 바람직하게는 상이 제1 레일부(210)에 거치 가능하도록 구비될 수 있으며 상단이 막혀 있는 경우 제1 및 제2 레일부(220)가 맞물린 상태에서 본체부간에 결합될 때 서브 본체부(200)가 메인 본체부(100)에 완전히 들어가 그 형상을 바깥에서 확인할 수 없을 정도가 되면 사용자로 하여금 서브 본체부(200)를 확인하지 못하고 골프클럽을 넣거나 빼는 행동을 취할 수 있기 때문에 이를 방지할 수 있게 된다.
상기 본체부 체결수단은 적어도 하나 이상 구비되도록 하는데, 예를 들어 골프백의 형상이 사각형상일 경우, 각 모서리에 하나씩 4개가 형성되는 것이 바람직 할 수 있으며, 원형일 경우 90°간격으로 4개가 형성되는 것이 바람직 할 수 있게 되는데, 결합, 분리 및 슬라이드 중에 흔들림이 최소화하며 수평을 유지할 수 있도록 튼튼하기 때문이고, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며 2개, 3개를 형성하여 움직임을 수월하게 할 수 있으며, 4개 이상 형성하여 흔들림을 최소화할 수도 있다.
상기 본체부 고정수단은 메인 본체부(100), 제1 레일부(210) 및 제2 레일부(220) 각각의 길이방향을 따라 형성된 연통홀에 관통 설치되는 핀 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기에 설명한 바와 같이 메인 및 서브 본체부(200)는 슬라이드방식으로 결합될 수 있는데, 이 때 특정 길이를 형성할 수 있도록 서브 본체부(200)를 메인 본체부(100)에 고정시킬 수 있도록 하기 위해서 메인 본체부(100), 제1 및 제2 레일부(220)에는 연통홀이 형성되고 이를 관통하여 설치되는 핀 형상을 가질 수 있는데, 일례로 외부에서 메인 본체부(100), 제1 및 제2 레일부(220)를 관통하는 연통홀에 핀을 꽂게 되는데 핀은 연통홀의 직경과 동일한 직경을 갖도록 하여 관통이 가능하며 일측은 연통홀의 직경보다 크게 형성하여 일정 깊이 이상 들어가지 않도록 하여 고정시킬 수 있게 되며, 제거하기 위하여 외부에서 파지 가능하도록 일부가 돌출되거나 링 형상을 구비할 수 있으며, 핀을 반대 방향인 본체부 내부에서 외부로 관통되도록 형성할 수 있다.
또한, 또다른 핀의 일례로 한번 고정한 상태를 유지하기 위하여 본체부 내측으로 관통된 핀의 일부에 고정홀을 형성하고 고정홀을 관통 설치되는 고정핀을 구비하여 본체부 외부로 빠지지 않도록 하여 일정 길이를 유지할 수 있게 관통된 상태를 유지할 수 있게 될 수 있다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 수납 공간 조절이 가능한 골프백의 본체부 고정수단의 일례를 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.
도 3을 따르면, 상기 본체부 고정수단은 제1 레일부(210)에 형성된 삽입홈에 배치되는 스프링(211) 및 볼베어링(212)과, 상기 삽입홈을 커버하면서 스프링(211)에 의해 볼베어링(212) 일부가 그 삽입홈으로부터 노출되도록 통공이 형성된 패널을 구비하며 상기 제2 레일부(220)에는 통공으로 일부가 노출되는 볼베어링(212)이 끼움되는 끼움홈(221)이 길이방향을 따라 적어도 하나 이상 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 본체부 고정수단의 일례로, 제1 레일부(210)에 삽입홈을 형성하고 스프링(211) 및 볼베어링(212)을 순차적으로 삽입하고 입구를 볼베어링(212)의 직경보다 작게 형성하여 볼베어링(212)이 밖으로 튕겨져 나가는 것을 방지한 상태로 제2 레일부(220)에 형성된 끼움 홈에 볼베어링(212)이 삽입되어 고정될 수 있는데, 일정 힘 이상으로 서브 본체부(200)를 움직이게 되면 볼베어링(212)이 삽입홈 내측으로 밀려 들어가게 되고 볼베어링(212)이 끼움홈(221)을 이탈하여 제2 레일부(220)의 벽면에 닿게 되면 서브 본체부(200)의 이동이 가능하게 되어 상하로 움직일 수 있게 되고 제2 레일부(220)에 형성된 또 다른 끼움홈(221)으로 이동한 후 다시 끼움되어 고정될 수 있도록 하여 길이 조절이 가능할 수 있게 될 수 있다.
또 다른 일례로, 상기와 반대로 제2 레일부(220)에 삽입홈을 형성하고 스프링(211) 및 볼베어링(212)을 순차적으로 삽입하고 입구를 볼베어링(212)의 직경보다 작게 형성하여 볼베어링(212)이 밖으로 튕겨져 나가는 것을 방지한 상태로 제2 레일부(220)에 형성된 끼움홈(221)에 볼베어링(212)이 삽입되어 고정될 수 있게 될 수 있다.
상기 끼움홈(221)은 제2 레일부(220)에 상, 중 및 하단에 각각 하나씩 총 3개가 형성되는 것이 바람직 하나 이에 제한되는 것은 아니며 3개 이상 형성하여 원하는 높이로 조절이 가능할 수 있도록 할 수 있으며 상기 삽입홈이 제1 레일부(210)에 형성될 경우 제1 레일홈의 상단에 구비되어 높이를 조절할 수 있게 되며 제2 레일부(220)에 형성될 경우 하단에 형성하여 높이를 조절하는 것이 바람직 할 수 있게 된다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 수납 공간 조절이 가능한 골프백의 메인 본체부(100) 및 서브 본체부(200)가 분리된 일례를 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다
도 4를 참조로 하면, 상기 메인 본체부와 상기 서브 본체부는 상호간에 연결 및 고정이 가능하면서 분리되어 별도로 사용이 가능할 수 있다.
또한, 메인 본체부와 서브 본체부는 전동식으로 슬라이드 가능할 수 있는데, 일례로 메인 본체부의 상단 혹은 서브 본체부 하단에 모터를 통해 회전 가능한 톱니바퀴가 상기 톱니바퀴와 대응되는 홈을 형성한 제1 및 제2 레일부 중 어느 하나에 맞물린 상태에서 회전하여 서브 본체부의 높이를 조절하여 수납공간을 조절할 수 있게 될 수 있다.
또 다른 일례로, 전동 유압식으로 상기 서브 본체부가 이동하여 길이 조절이 가능할 수 있다.
상기 서브 본체부(200)는 개방된 양측 중 적어도 일측을 덮을 수 있도록 절첩 가능한 제1 덮개(230), 상기 제1 덮개(230)를 고정시키기 위한 고정수단 및 착탈 가능한 어깨걸이(240)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 수납 공간 조절이 가능한 골프백의 메인 본체부에 서브 본체부가 삽입된 일례를 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.
도 5를 참조로 하면, 상기 메인 본체부(100)에 서브 본체부(200)가 삽입 가능하며 상기 서브 본체부(200)의 상단에는 상기 제1 덮개(230)가 구비될 수 있으며 이와 마찬가지로 상기 메인 본체부(100)의 상단에 상기 제2 덮개(231)가 구비될 수 있다.
위와 같이 상기 제2 덮개(231)를 구비하게 되면 상기 서브 본체부(200)가 메인 본체부(100)에 삽입된 상태에서 제2 덮개(231)를 덮어주어 서브 및 메인 본체부(100, 200)에 이중으로 상기 제1 덮개(230) 및 제2 덮개(231)가 설치되며 내부에 수납된 물품을 이중으로 보호하는 효과를 가질 수 있게 된다.
또한, 상기 메인 및 서브 본체부(100, 200)가 별도로 쓰일 경우 각각 상기 제1 덮개(230) 및 제2 덮개(231)를 구비하여 각각의 내부에 수납된 물품을 보호할 수 있게 될 수 있게 된다.
상기 제1 덮개(230) 및 제2 덮개(231)는 내부에 수납된 골프클럽을 보호하면서 외부로 튀어 나가는 것을 방지하기 위하여 설치하며 절첩 가능한 플라스틱이나 천으로 형성되는 것이 바람직하나 그 재질에 재한이 있는 것은 아니며 덮개의 역할을 수행할 수 있는 것이라면 어떤 것이든 쓰일 수 있다.
상기 고정수단은 상기 제1 덮개(230)를 고정시키기 위한 수단이며 제1 덮개(230) 상단에 고리형상과 상기 서브 본체부(200) 상단에 상기 고리에 걸림 가능하도록 형성되는 링을 포함할 수 있으나 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며 상호간에 걸림이 가능한 구성이라면 사용 가능할 수 있다.
이와 마찬가지로 상기 제2 덮개(231)에도 상기 고리가 사용될 수 있다.
상기 어깨걸이(240)의 일례로 서브 본체부(200)가 메인 본체부(100)로부터 분리된 경우 단독으로 사용할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 일측에 설치되어 가방과 같이 사람이 멜 수 있도록 하며 얇게 형성되어 서브 본체부(200)가 메인 본체부(100)에 삽입될 때 최소화하여 삽입하고 분리하여 다시 사용 가능하도록 할 수 있으며, 탈착 가능하도록 구비하여 서브 본체부(200)를 분리하고 어깨걸이(240)를 별도로 설치하여 사용할 수 있게 될 수 있게 되는데 이러한 경우, 어깨걸이(240)를 얇게 형성하지 않아도 되므로 골프클럽의 무게를 견딜 수 있는 단단한 재질로 형성할 수 있게 된다.
상기 어깨걸이(240)의 또다른 예로는 가방 중앙을 기준으로 양측에 형성되어 사용자의 양 어깨에 걸림이 가능하도록 하여 무게를 분산시켜 비교적 가볍게 사용할 수 있도록 하며 양측에 형성된 상기 어깨걸이(240)를 하나로 모아 한 쪽 어깨에 걸침이 가능하도록 하여 메거나 벗어 놓을 때 편리함을 제공할 수 있도록 할 수 있다.
상기 서브 본체부(200)는 개방된 양측 중 적어도 일측을 덮을 수 있도록 지퍼로 고정되는 커버와 어깨걸이(240)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 커버의 일례로는 덮개와 마찬가지로 골프백 내부에 수납된 물건을 보호하기 위하여 사용되며 커버의 외곽에 지퍼를 형성하고 서브 본체부(200) 상단에 상기 지퍼에 대응하는 지퍼를 구비하여 상호간에 고정이 가능하도록 형성할 수 있으며, 지퍼를 사용하기 때문에 간단한 조작으로 골프백의 입구를 커버할 수 있게 된다.
또한, 어깨걸이(240)의 일례로는 상기에 설명한 바와 같이 서브 본체부(200)가 메인 본체부(100)로부터 분리되어 사용될 때 일반 가방처럼 사용할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 구비되며 서브 본체부(200)와 일체로 형성될 수 있으며 탈착가능하도록 별도로 설치되어 사용될 수 있는데 별도로 설치되는 경우 어깨걸이(240)를 튼튼한 재질로 두껍게 형성하여 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.
상기 메인 본체부(100) 및 서브 본체부(200) 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상에 설치되며 골프클럽이 안착되는 공간을 구획하는 구획부(300)와 상기 구획부(300) 사이에 구비되어 연결하며 유연한 움직임이 가능한 이음부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 구획부(300)는 골프클럽을 수납할 수 있는 것으로 적어도 하나 이상 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하며 골프클럽의 무게를 견딜 수 있으면서 마모를 방지할 수 있는 재질로 형성되며 골프클럽이 수납된 상태로 상기 제1 덮개(230)가 덮힌 경우 골프클럽의 헤드 부분이 상기 제1 덮개(230)에 닿아 마모되거나 덮히지 않는 상황을 방지하기 위하여 상기 서버 본체부(200)의 상단으로부터 일정 거리 유격된 곳에 위치하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있으며 상기 구획부(300)를 연결하는 이음부를 구비하는데 이음부는 구획부(300)와 구획부(300)를 이어주며 가변 가능하도록 하여 서브 본체부(200)에 사용 가능하며 서브 본체부(200)를 분리시킨 메인 본체부(100)에 사용할 수 있게 된다.
또한, 상기 구획부(300)는 상기 제1 및 제2 레일부(220)의 실시예와 마찬가지로 제1 레일부(210)에 슬라이딩 방식에 따라 착탈 가능하게 결합될 수 있는 제3 레일부를 구비할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 서브 본체부(200)가 분리된 메인 본체부(100)에 이탈되지 않도록 쉽게 연결이 가능할 수 있으며 분리 또한 간편하게 이루어질 수 있게 된다.
상기와 같이 적용하기 위하여 이음부는 플렉시블한 재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는데 서브 본체부(200)에 설치되어 사용되다가 서브 본체부(200)가 분리되고 서브 본체부(200)보다 내부가 큰 메인 본체부(100)에 연결될 때 이음부가 늘어나게 되어 상기 레일부와 끼움 결합이 가능할 수 있을 수 있다.
상기 구획부(300)는 골프백의 길이에 따라 길이 조절이 가능한 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 구획부(300)는 상단 일부는 플라스틱이나 금속과 같은 단단한 재질로 형성하여 골프클럽을 넣을 때 부딪히더라도 마모를 방지하도록 하며 하단은 천이나 가죽 등의 플렉시블한 재료로 형성하여 상단의 단단한재질로 형성된 부분이 서브 본체부(200)를 따라 길이가 조절될 때 이에 맞추어 길이가 조절될 수 있으며, 내부에 수납되는 골프클럽끼리 부딪혀 생기는 마모를 방지할 수 있게 될 수 있다.
상기 구획부(300)의 또 다른 일례로는, 서브 본체부(200)의 길이와 대응되는 구획부(300)가 다수개 연결되어 형성될 수 있게 되는데, 이러한 구획부(300)는 길이변화에 대응할 필요없이 사용 가능할 수 있게 된다.
상기 메인 본체부(100)는 우산을 거치하기 위한 우산 거치부(110)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하며 우산 거치부(110)는 비오는 날 골프를 치는 경우에 사용하는 우산을 보관할 수 있게 되며 가방과 일체로 형성되기 때문에 별다른 장치 없이 가방을 운반하면 우산 역시 운반 가능하도록 형성할 수 있다.
상기 우산 거치부(110)의 일례로 상기 메인 본체부(100)의 일측 상단에 "J"형 우산 손잡이나 우산 끝에 형성되는 끈을 거는 것이 가능한 "J"형 고리를 구비하고 하단에 우산이 움직이는 것을 방지할 수 있는 구멍이 형성된 "U"형 고정부를 구비하여 우산을 고정시키면서 거치가 가능하도록 할 수 있다.
또한 우산 거치부(110)의 또다른 일례로 일측이 가방에 연결되며 타측에 우산이 관통되는 원형의 틀이 형성된 형상일 수 있는데, 이러한 우산 거치부(110)의 경우 우산의 직경보다 원형의 틀의 직경을 작게 형성하여 우산이 관통되는 도중 끼임 가능하도록 하여 일정 위치에 거치되어 움직이지 않도록 형성할 수 있게 되는데, 이러한 우산 거치부(110)는 우산이 거치되지 않은 상태에서는 자유롭게 움직일 수 있으나 우산이 거치되면 골프백으로부터 일정거리 유격된 상태를 유지할 수 있게 되어 우산의 빗물이 골프백으로 묻는 것을 방지할 수 있게 되고 상단에 우산손잡이를 이용하여 우산이 우산 거치부(110)로부터 간단하게 거치 및 제거가 가능할 수 있게 된다.
상기 메인 본체부(100)는 길이조절 가능한 손잡이(120), 지면에 접촉되는 바퀴(140) 및 어깨줄(130)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는데, 손잡이(120)는 지면에 접촉된 바퀴(140)로 인해 일측으로 기울게 되는 골프백을 지지하는 역할을 하며 운반시 파지가능하여 편리한 이동이 가능하도록 한다.
또한, 상기 바퀴(140)는 4개 이상 구비하는 것이 바람직 할 수 있는데, 이러한 경우 골프백이 앞이나 뒤 어느 곳이든 편리하게 움직일 수 있도록 할 수 있게 되는데, 바닥 전체가 바퀴를 통해 닿고 있기 때문에 경사진 골프장에서 고정하는 것이 문제가 될 수 있으며 이런 문제를 해결하기 위하여 상기 바퀴(140)에는 간단한 조작으로 작동이 가능한 브레이크가 형성되는 것이 특징일 수 있는데, 상기 브레이크는 유모차나 휠체어와 같은 곳에 사용되는 브레이크일 수 있으며 골프백 상에 존재하는 버튼을 통해 브레이크를 작동하는 구성일 수 있으며 상기 바퀴(140) 각각에 브레이크를 설치할 수 있으며 대각상의 바퀴 2개 혹은 평행상의 바퀴 2개에 설치할 수 있으며 상기와 같이 최소 2개 이상의 바퀴에 브레이크가 형성되어 있는 것이 바람직할 수 있게 된다.
본 발명을 설명함에 있어 특정형상 및 방향을 위주로 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 당업자에 의하여 다양한 변형 및 변경이 가능하고, 이러한 변형 및 변경은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 골프클럽을 안착시키기 위한 공간이 형성된 메인 본체부(100)와;
    상기 메인 본체부(100) 내측에 위치되고 양측이 개방된 서브 본체부(200)와;
    상기 서브 본체부(200)를 메인 본체부(100)에 슬라이딩 방식에 따라 이동 가능하게 결합시키기 위한 본체부 체결수단과;
    상기 서브 본체부(200)를 메인 본체부(100)의 특정 위치에 고정시키기 위한 본체부 고정수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수납공간 조절이 가능한 골프백.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 본체부 체결수단은,
    상기 메인 본체부(100)의 내측면 길이방향을 따라 설치되는 제1 레일부(210)와,
    상기 서브 본체부(200) 외측면에 제1 레일부(210)와 맞물리도록 설치되는 제2 레일부(220)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수납공간 조절이 가능한 골프백.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 본체부 고정수단은 메인 본체부(100), 제1 레일부(210) 및 제2 레일부(220) 각각의 길이방향을 따라 형성된 연통홀에 관통 설치되는 핀 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 수납공간 조절이 가능한 골프백.
  4. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 본체부 고정수단은 제1 레일부(210)에 형성된 삽입홈에 배치되는 스프링(211) 및 볼베어링(212)과, 상기 삽입홈을 커버하면서 스프링(211)에 의해 볼베어링(212) 일부가 그 삽입홈으로부터 노출되도록 통공이 형성된 패널을 구비하며,
    상기 제2 레일부(220)에는 통공으로 일부가 노출되는 볼베어링(212)이 끼움되는 끼움홈(221)이 길이방향을 따라 적어도 하나 이상 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수납공간 조절이 가능한 골프백.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 서브 본체부(200)는 개방된 양측 중 적어도 일측을 덮을 수 있도록 절첩 가능한 제1 덮개(230), 상기 제1 덮개(230)를 고정시키기 위한 고정수단 및 착탈 가능한 어깨걸이(240)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수납공간 조절이 가능한 골프백.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 서브 본체부(200)는 개방된 양측 중 적어도 일측을 덮을 수 있도록 지퍼로 고정되는 커버와 착탈 가능한 어깨걸이(240)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수납공간 조절이 가능한 골프백.
  7. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 메인 본체부(100) 및 서브 본체부(200) 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상에 설치되며 골프클럽이 안착되는 공간을 구획하는 구획부(300);와
    상기 구획부(300) 사이에 구비되어 연결하며 유연한 움직임이 가능한 이음부;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수납공간 조절이 가능한 골프백.
  8. 청구항 7에 있어서,
    상기 구획부(300)는 골프백의 길이에 따라 길이 조절이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 수납공간 조절이 가능한 골프백.
  9. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 메인 본체부(100)는 우산을 거치하기 위한 우산 거치부(110)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수납공간 조절이 가능한 골프백.
  10. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 메인 본체부(100)는 길이조절 가능한 손잡이(120), 지면에 접촉되는 바퀴(140) 및 어깨줄을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수납공간 조절이 가능한 골프백.
