Definitions
- This invention relates to a clip for fastening a skin material used for fastening a skin material covering the surface of a chair or a seat.
- cushioning materials and flexible pads are installed on the part that touches the human body such as a seating surface and a backrest, and the surface is covered with a skin material.
- Various structures are used for fixing the skin material, and as a structure that can be concealed externally while fixing the skin material, wires are placed in the groove of the cushion material and clipped to the edge of the skin material
- a structure is known in which the skin material is fixed by engaging the clips with the wires.
- the clip for fastening the skin material disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2 is hung on a chuck portion to be engaged with a locking end attached to the skin material and a wire provided in a groove of the cushion material. And a hook portion to be locked.
- the hook portion has a guide piece and a hook that are arranged to face each other in a side-by-side manner, and by inserting a wire between them, the guide piece bends outward so as to widen a gap between the hook, When further inserted, the hook inserted into the wire inserted in the gap is locked.
- FIG. 10 shows an example of a clip for fastening the skin material having such a guide piece.
- the skin material fastening clip 1 shown in FIG. 10 includes a locking portion 2 including a pair of locking claws to be engaged with a locking end portion attached to the skin material, and a wire provided in a groove of the cushion material.
- the hook 3 is hooked and locked by the hook 6, and the guide piece 4 is disposed so as to face the hook 3 side by side.
- the hook 3 includes an extension part 3a extending downward in the drawing, a claw-like part 3c bent from the tip of the extension part 3a to the left in the drawing and slightly inclined upward, and a claw-like part 3c.
- the flange portion 3b extends in a direction opposite to the extending direction (right direction in FIG. 10).
- the flange portion 3b is inclined so that the tip thereof is directed downward, and a jig receiving portion 5 for locking a jig for removing the hook 3 from the wire 6 is provided at the tip of the flange portion 3b.
- the guide piece 4 is curved and extends downward in the drawing, passes through the side of the claw-like portion 3c of the hook 3, and reaches the side of the same position as the lower end of the flange portion 3b.
- the skin material clip 1 is bent outward when the wire 6 is inserted between the guide piece 4 and the hook 3 so that the gap between the guide piece 4 and the hook 3 is widened.
- the hook 3 is hooked and locked on the wire 6 inserted inside.
- Patent Document 3 there is a configuration shown in Patent Document 3 as a configuration in which a hook is hooked on a wire and locked, and this is because an elastically deformable cantilevered closing piece is formed in an opening provided in an upper portion of the hook. It is provided.

- a bent portion 50a is provided and is bent at the first bent portion 50a and extends downward in the vertical direction in parallel with the extended portion 48a of the hook 48.
- a second bent portion 50b is provided on an extension line in the extending direction of the claw-like portion 48c of the hook 48, and is bent by the second bent portion 50b, toward the vicinity of the boundary between the extended portion 48a and the lower surface 14b.
- the first bent portion 50a is bent at an angle slightly larger than 90 ° with respect to the extending direction of the first bent portion 50a. Then, the tip 50d of the bent guide piece 50 reaches a position that is spaced apart by a predetermined distance in the vicinity of the tip 48e of the claw-like portion 48c.
- a third bent portion 50c is provided between the second bent portion 50b and the distal end portion 50d of the guide piece 50, and the third bent portion 50c protrudes in a direction away from the distal end portion 48e of the claw-like portion 48c. It is bent slightly to become.
- a gap between the distal end portion 50d of the guide piece 50 and the distal end portion 48e of the claw-shaped portion 48c serves as a wire insertion port 52 through which the wire 36 is inserted.
- the wire insertion port 52 is set smaller than the diameter of the wire 36.
- the lower side surface of the guide piece 50 between the third bent portion 50 c and the distal end portion 50 d is a guide surface 22 that is inclined toward the insertion port 52.
- the vertical surface 48 d on the tip side of the claw-shaped portion 48 c also becomes the guide surface 23 that goes vertically to the wire insertion opening 52.
- the distance between the guide surfaces 22 and 23 gradually decreases toward the wire insertion port 52, and a triangular oblique side introduction path is formed.
- the hook 48 has a flange portion 48b that protrudes in the direction opposite to the extending direction of the claw-like portion 48c at the tip of the extending portion 48a.
- the tip of the flange portion 48b has a jig receiving portion 54. Is provided.
- the skin material fastening clip 46 When the skin material 32 is stretched on the cushion material 30, the skin material fastening clip 46 is attached to an arbitrary position of the locking end member 42 of the locking tape 40 attached to the skin material 32. Then, the hook 48 of the skin material fastening clip 46 is pressed against the wire 36 and pressed with a finger or the like, and the skin material fastening clip 46 is moved to the left and right so that the wire 36 matches the wire insertion port 52. As shown in FIG. 9, when the wire 36 is on the right side of the drawing with respect to the wire insertion opening 52, the wire 36 hits the inclined surface 48 f of the flange portion 48 b of the hook 48 and moves the skin material fastening clip 46 to the right.
- the jig When removing the skin material fastening clip 46 from the wire 36, the jig is attached to the jig receiving portion 54 of the skin material fastening clip 46 and pulled up. Then, a moment is applied to the skin material fastening clip 46 so as to rotate around the wire 36, and the wire 36 is guided by the claw-like portion 48 c tip 48 e of the hook 48 and the tip 50 d of the guide piece 50. Located in the wire insertion port 52. When the skin material fastening clip 46 is further pulled up, the wire 36 elastically deforms the guide piece 50 and the hook 48 outward, the wire insertion port 52 is widened, the wire 36 passes through the wire insertion port 52, and the skin material material is fastened. Clip 46 is disengaged from wire 36.
- the skin material fastening clip 10 has the same effect. Since the guide surface 22 from the second bent portion 50b to the distal end portion 50d of the guide piece 50 is short, the work of removing the skin material fastening clip 46 from the wire 36 is easy.
- the clip for fastening the skin material of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and the detailed shape, dimensions, and the like can be appropriately changed.
- the material, surface finish, color, etc. of the clip for fastening the skin material can be freely selected.
- the clip for fastening the skin material is such that the width in the thickness direction that intersects the direction in which the pair of locking claws face each other is relatively wide at the locking claw and the locking claw base, and the hook, jig receiving part, and guide piece are compared However, they may be the same width or vice versa. However, it is preferable to narrow the width of the guide piece and the jig receiving portion in order to ensure deformation performance.
- the tip of the locking claw is formed in a chamfered shape, it may be rectangular. However, the chamfered shape can reduce catching with the locking end member.
