Definitions
- the present invention relates to a cosmetic device that can realize beautiful skin by promoting blood flow by massaging the skin of the face, arms, etc. with a massage ball provided on a handle.
- Patent Document 1 discloses a skin beautifying roller. That is, this skin-beautifying roller includes a handle and a pair of rollers provided at one end of the handle, and the rotation axis of the roller is set so as to form an acute angle with the center line in the major axis direction of the handle. Further, the angle formed by the rotation shafts of the pair of rollers is set to be an obtuse angle.
- the handle of this beautiful skin roller is gripped by hand and the roller is pressed in one direction against the skin, the skin is pulled and pores are opened. Contracts. Therefore, according to the skin beautifying roller, dirt on pores can be efficiently removed.
- each roller of this skin beautifying roller is formed in an elliptical cylindrical shape, when the roller is pressed in one direction, a wide portion of the skin is pressed uniformly, so that pores can be sufficiently opened. I can't. Further, when the rollers are pulled in the opposite direction, the skin located between the two rollers is pulled in a region corresponding to the length of the rollers, and thus is not easily pinched between the two rollers. As a result, there was a problem that pores were not sufficiently opened and contracted, and dirt on pores could not be removed cleanly. In addition, since the roller is formed in an elliptical cylindrical shape, the line is in contact with the skin, resistance to the skin is large, the movement is not smooth, and the moving direction is easily limited. Therefore, there is a problem that the operability of the skin beautifying roller is poor.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic device that can exhibit the effect and the picking effect remarkably continuously and has good operability.
- the present invention provides a cosmetic device in which a pair of balls are supported at the distal end of a handle so as to be rotatable about a single axis at a distance from each other. Is characterized in that the ball axis is tilted forward with respect to the center line of the handle so that a constant angle can be maintained with respect to the skin surface.
- a pair of balls are supported at the front end of the handle so as to be rotatable about one axis at a distance from each other, and the axis of the ball is inclined forward with respect to the center line of the handle.
- the axis of the ball can maintain a constant angle with respect to the skin surface during the reciprocating operation of the cosmetic device. For this reason, it is not necessary to bend the wrist when gripping the handle and hitting a pair of balls against the skin, and the skin can be pressed when the cosmetic device is moved forward with the wrist straightened. The skin can be picked up when the container is moved back.
- the portion that contacts the skin is not a cylindrical roller but is composed of a perfect circle, the ball makes local contact with the skin. Therefore, the ball can concentrate on the local area of the skin and act on the pressing force and the picking force, and can smoothly move the ball with respect to the skin and has a high degree of freedom in the moving direction.
- an excellent massage effect can be exerted on the skin, and the pressing effect on the skin and the picking effect can be remarkably continuously exhibited, and the operability is improved.
- the perspective view which shows the cosmetics device in one Embodiment of this invention The top view which shows a cosmetics device.
- the front view which shows the use condition of a cosmetics device.
- the left view which shows a cosmetics device.
- the longitudinal cross-sectional view which shows a cosmetics device. Sectional drawing which shows the rotation mechanism of the ball
- the handle 11 includes an electrically insulating base material 12 formed of a synthetic resin such as ABS resin, and an upper handle cover 13 a and a lower handle cover coated on the outer periphery of the base material 12. And a handle cover 13 made of 13b.
- Each of the upper handle cover 13a and the lower handle cover 13b is made of synthetic resin, and the outer surface thereof is subjected to conductive plating, and both the handle covers 13 are connected to the base material 12 by a plurality of screws 14. ing.
- a pair of support cylinders 16 are integrally formed on the base material 12 in the bifurcated portion 11 a of the handle 11, and a metal ball support shaft 15 is supported on the support cylinders 16.
- a cylindrical cap 18 made of synthetic resin is fitted on the outer periphery of the tip of the bifurcated portion 11 a of the handle 11. By fitting the cap 18, the tip of the bifurcated portion 11a is sealed and the ball support shaft 15 is prevented from rattling, and the outer surface of the bifurcated portion 11a and the outer surface of the ball 17 described later are electrically conductive. Electrical insulation between the parts is ensured.
- the protruding end portion of the ball support shaft 15 is fitted with a cylindrical bearing member 19 made of synthetic resin and plated with metal on the inner and outer circumferences, and is fixed by a stop ring 25 to prevent it from coming off.
- a pair of elastically deformable locking claws 19a project on the outer periphery of the bearing member 19, a pair of elastically deformable locking claws 19a project.
- a spherical ball 17 is rotatably inserted and supported on the bearing member 19 on the ball support shaft 15.
- the ball 17 is made of a core material 26 made of a synthetic resin, a cap material 27 made of a synthetic resin fitted on the inner periphery of the tip of the core material 26, and a synthetic resin coated on the outer periphery of the core material 26.
- the outer skin material 28 is comprised.
- the outer surface of the outer skin material 28 is subjected to conductive metal plating as a conductive portion, and is electrically connected to the metal plating of the bearing member 19.
- a step portion 26 a that can be engaged with the locking claw 19 a of the bearing member 19 is formed.
- the locking claw 19 a is engaged with the step portion 26 a, and the ball 17 is held against the bearing member 19.
- a large number of surfaces 17 a that stimulate the tissue of the skin 20 are formed on the outer peripheral surface of each ball 17.
- the permanent magnet 22 is formed in a cylindrical shape from magnetic steel, and is configured to rotate integrally with the ball 17. As the ball 17 rotates, the permanent magnet 22 is rotated relative to the ball support shaft 15 at a slight interval, so that fine irregularities on the surface of the ball support shaft 15 and a slight deviation in roundness are obtained. For example, a minute electric power is generated, and the minute electric power is transmitted to the conductive portion on the outer peripheral surface of the ball 17.
- a transparent plate 23 is provided on the distal end side of the handle 11, that is, the base side of the bifurcated portion 11a, and a solar cell panel 24 is installed on the inside thereof. (Not shown) are connected to the handle 11 and the conductive portion of the ball 17. For this reason, the electric power generated by the solar cell panel 24 is supplied to the conductive portions of the handle 11 and the ball 17. Therefore, when the cosmetic device 10 is used, the electricity of the solar cell panel 24 between the handle 11 and the ball 17 flows through the human body, and a cosmetic effect can be obtained.
- the cosmetic device 10 of the present embodiment can be applied to the face as described above, and can also be applied to other bodies such as necks, arms, and legs.
- the axis of the ball support shaft 15 is aligned with the center line x of the handle 11 so that the axis of the ball support shaft 15 can maintain a constant angle with respect to the skin 20 surface during the reciprocating operation of the cosmetic device 10. It is configured to tilt forward.
- the axis y of the ball 17 with respect to the center line of the handle 11 (a line parallel to a line that bisects the angle between the outer peripheral tangent lines z of the thickest portion of the handle 11), that is, the axis y of the ball support shaft 15
- the side projection angle ⁇ is preferably 90 to 110 degrees so that the ball 17 tilts forward with respect to the center line x of the handle 11 to improve operability.
- the side projection angle ⁇ is more preferably 93 to 100 degrees, and most preferably 95 to 99 degrees.
- the side projection angle ⁇ is smaller than 90 degrees and larger than 110 degrees, the forward tilt angle of the ball support shaft 15 becomes too small or too large, and when the ball 17 is applied to the skin 20, the elbow is raised, It is necessary to lower or bend the wrist greatly, so that the operability of the cosmetic device 10 is deteriorated and it is difficult to adjust the angle of the ball support shaft 15 with respect to the skin 20 surface.
- the angle is preferably set to 50 to 110 degrees, more preferably 50 to 90 degrees, and particularly preferably 65 to 80 degrees.
- the opening angle ⁇ is less than 50 degrees, the picking effect on the skin 20 tends to act too strongly, which is not preferable.

- the distance D between the outer peripheral surfaces of the pair of balls 17 is preferably 8 to 25 mm, more preferably 9 to 15 mm, and particularly preferably 10 to 13 mm, in order to appropriately pick up the skin 20 in particular.
- the distance D between the outer peripheral surfaces of the balls 17 is less than 8 mm, the picking effect acts on the skin 20 located between the balls 17 too much, which is not preferable.
- the distance D between the outer peripheral surfaces of both balls 17 exceeds 25 mm, it is difficult to pick up the skin 20 located between the balls 17, which is not preferable.
- the outer surface of the ball 17 is applied to the skin 20 such as the face and arms shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 3 while the user holds the handle 11.
- the handle 11 is moved in the forward direction from the proximal end of the handle 11 (leftward in FIG. 3) while being pressed and contacted, the ball 17 is rotated about the ball support shaft 15.
- a pressing force is applied to the skin 20 from the ball 17.
- the skin 20 located between the balls 17 is picked as the ball 17 rotates as indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. Raised.
- the ball support shaft 15 is inclined forward with respect to the center line x of the handle 11, and specifically, the side projection angle ⁇ of the ball support shaft 15 with respect to the center line x of the handle 11 is 90 to 110 degrees. - a simple pressing force can be applied, and the skin 20 can be picked up comfortably without being too strong and not too weak.
- the diameter L of the ball 17 is set to 15 to 60 mm, it is possible to appropriately cope with the face and arms, and the operation of the cosmetic device 10 can be advanced promptly. For this reason, for example, lift-up massage can be performed as desired on a loosened portion of the skin 20.
- a pair of balls 17 are supported so as to be rotatable about the respective axes y with a space between each other, and the ball support shaft 15 is tilted forward with respect to the center line x of the handle 11.
- the side projection angle ⁇ of the axis y of the ball 17 with respect to the center line x of the handle 11 is set to 90 to 110 degrees. That is, since the axis y of the ball 17 is tilted forward with respect to the center line x of the handle 11, when the handle 11 is gripped and the pair of balls 17 are applied to the skin 20, There is no need to bend. For this reason, the skin 20 can be pressed and picked up easily by reciprocating the beauty device 10.
- the part which contacts the skin 20 is comprised by the perfect circle-shaped ball 17, while pressing force and picking-up force can be made to concentrate on the desired location of the skin 20, the ball 17 with respect to the skin 20 can be applied. Can move smoothly and has a high degree of freedom in the direction of movement.
- the beauty device 10 of this embodiment while being able to show the outstanding massage effect with respect to the skin 20, the press effect with respect to the skin 20 and the picking-up effect can be exhibited notably continuously. And the effect that operativity is favorable can be exhibited.

- the distance D between the outer peripheral surfaces of the balls 17 is preferably 8 to 25 mm, more preferably 9 to 15 mm, and particularly preferably 10 to 13 mm, thereby obtaining an appropriate pressing effect on the desired skin 20 site. At the same time, the skin 20 can be picked up comfortably with moderate strength.
- the power source is constituted by a solar cell panel 24 provided on the handle 11.
- the permanent magnet 22 for generating power with the rotation of the ball 17 is disposed. Therefore, a minute electric power can be obtained based on the rotation of the ball 17, and a weak current can be applied from the ball 17 to the skin 20 by the minute electric power.

Abstract
