本発明の化粧品基材を構成するにあたって使用されるペプチド又はペプチド誘導体のペプチド部は、その構成アミノ酸にカルボキシ基やスルホ基を有する酸性アミノ酸を含んでいれば良く、例えば、下記一般式(V)
で表されるペプチド、又は下記一般式(VI)
で表されるポリアスパラギン酸やポリグルタミン酸〔ポリ(γ-グルタミン酸)〕などのポリ酸性アミノ酸であり、工業的に入手しやすく、かつ本発明の化粧品基材が化粧品に配合される際の安全性の観点から考えると、タンパク質を加水分解することで得られるタンパク質加水分解物(加水分解タンパクとも言う)を用いることが好ましい。
本発明の化粧品基材を構成するA成分としての構成アミノ酸に酸性アミノ酸を有するペプチド誘導体としては、ペプチドのアミノ基が化学修飾されたものが該当する。つまり、上記の一般式(V)中のペプチド主鎖の末端アミノ基とアミノ酸側鎖のアミノ基の少なくとも一部の水素原子が官能基で置換されたもの又は上記一般式(VI)中のペプチド主鎖の末端アミノ基の少なくとも一部の水素原子が官能基で置換されたものが該当し、具体的には、例えば、アシル化ペプチド、グリセリル化ペプチド、第4級アンモニウム化ペプチド、シリル化ペプチド、アルキルグリセリル化ペプチド、2-ヒドロキシアルキル化ペプチドなどが挙げられる。
で表される基が結合したものが該当する。第4級アンモニウム化ペプチドは、アルカリ条件下でペプチドと第4級アンモニウム化合物とを反応させることによって得られる。
で表される基が結合したものが該当する。このシリル化ペプチドは、例えば、特開平8-059424号公報、特開平8-067608号公報などに記載の方法で製造することができる。
で表される基が結合したものが該当する。このアルキルグリセリル化ペプチドはアルカリ条件下でペプチドと下記の一般式(XII)
で表される基が結合したものが該当する。この2-ヒドロキシアルキル化ペプチドはアルカリ条件下でペプチドと下記の一般式(XIV)
構成アミノ酸に酸性アミノ酸を有するペプチド又はペプチド誘導体(成分A)の陰イオン性官能基とイオン結合することでイオンコンプレックスを形成する界面活性剤(成分B)としては、カチオン界面活性剤と両性界面活性剤が該当する。
本発明の化粧品基材におけるイオンコンプレックスは、構成アミノ酸に酸性アミノ酸を有するペプチド又はペプチド誘導体(成分A)の陰イオン性官能基の少なくとも一部とカチオン界面活性剤及び両性界面活性剤よりなる群から選ばれる1種以上の界面活性剤(成分B)のイオンコンプレックスからなることを特徴し、既に述べた成分(A)としてのペプチド又はペプチド誘導体の陰イオン性官能基と成分(B)の界面活性剤とがイオン結合することによって形成される。
実施例中でのアミノ態窒素量の測定は、ファンスレーク(van Slyke)法によって行った。また、総窒素量の測定は、改良デュマ法によって行った。
構成アミノ酸に酸性アミノ酸を有するペプチド又はペプチド誘導体の全陰イオン性官能基のモル数は以下のようにして求めた。つまり、ファンスレーク法によって測定して得られたアミノ態窒素量から求めたアミノ態窒素のモル数と等モルの末端カルボキシ基が存在するものとし、アミノ酸分析によって得られた酸性アミノ酸(グルタミン酸、アスパラギン酸、及びシステイン酸)の存在モル数をペプチド又はペプチド誘導体の側鎖カルボキシ基とスルホ基の総モル数とした。そして、これら末端カルボキシ基のモル数と側鎖カルボキシとスルホ基のモル数の和をペプチド又はペプチド誘導体の全陰イオン性官能基のモル数と推定した。
〔小麦タンパク質加水分解物とN-[2-(ジエチルアミノ)エチル]オクタデカンアミド〔一般式(I)におけるR1はヘプタデシル基、R2はエチレン基、R3はエチル基、R4はエチル基であり、以下、これを「ステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミド」という)とのイオンコンプレックスの形成〕
小麦タンパク質加水分解物[一般式(V)におけるaは3.0、bは0.1、cは2.4、dは0.2で、a+b+c+dは5.7]の30%水溶液400gに希塩酸を加えpHを2.7に調整した。電気透析装置を用いて、この小麦タンパク質加水分解物の水溶液を脱塩することで、陰イオン性官能基が遊離状態(-COOH又は-SO3H)になっている小麦タンパク質加水分解物の水溶液を得た。
〔小麦タンパク質加水分解物と、ステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミド、N-[2-(ジエチルアミノ)エチル]ドコサン〔一般式(I)におけるR1はヘンイコシル基、R2はエチレン基、R3はエチル基、R4はエチル基であり、以下、これを「ベヘン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミド」という)、及びN-[2-(ジエチルアミノ)エチル]イソオクタデカンアミド〔一般式(I)におけるR1はイソヘプタデシル基、R2はエチレン基、R3はエチル基、R4はエチル基であり、以下、これを「イソステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミド」という)とのイオンコンプレックスの形成〕
実施例1の場合と同様の小麦タンパク質加水分解物を、実施例1と同様の方法にて処理することで、陰イオン性官能基が遊離状態(-COOH又は-SO3H)になっている小麦タンパク質加水分解物の水溶液を得た。
〔小麦タンパク質加水分解物と、ステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミド、ベヘン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミド、及びイソステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミドとのイオンコンプレックスとの形成〕
実施例1の場合と同様の小麦タンパク質加水分解物を、実施例1と同様の方法にて処理することで、陰イオン性官能基が遊離状態(-COOH又は-SO3H)になっている小麦タンパク質加水分解物の水溶液を得た。
〔エンドウタンパク質加水分解物と、ステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミド、ベヘン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミド、及びイソステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミドとのイオンコンプレックスの形成〕
エンドウタンパク質加水分解物[一般式(V)におけるaは55.3、bは10.5、cは32.9、dは1.3で、a+b+c+dは100]の25%水溶液400g(全陰イオン性官能基のモル数は0.29モル)に希塩酸を加えpHを2.5に調整することで、エンドウタンパク質加水分解物を不溶化させて沈殿させた。この不溶化したエンドウタンパク質加水分解物に水1000mlを添加し、攪拌した後、デンカンテーションによって水層を除去し、エンドウタンパク質加水分解物に含まれている塩類を脱塩することで、陰イオン性官能基が遊離状態(-COOH又は-SO3H)になっているエンドウタンパク質加水分解物を得た。
〔ケラチン加水分解物とステアリルトリメチルアンモニウム〔一般式(II)におけるR5の1つはステアリル基、他の1つはメチル基〕とのイオンコンプレックスの形成〕
ケラチン加水分解物[一般式(V)におけるaは186.9、bは9.9、cは82.2、dは21.0で、a+b+c+dは300]の25%水溶液400g(全陰イオン性官能基のモル数は0.28モル)を70℃で加熱撹拌し、この中に塩化ステアリルトリメチルアンモニウム97.3g(ケラチン加水分解物の全陰イオン性官能基に対して100モル%)を添加し、均一になるまで80℃で加熱撹拌した。
〔大豆タンパク質加水分解物のアシル化誘導体(以下、「アシル化加水分解大豆タンパク」という)とステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミドとのイオンコンプレックスの形成〕
大豆タンパク質加水分解物[一般式(V)におけるaは1.7、bは0.3、cは1.2、dは0で、a+b+c+dは3.2である]の25%水溶液400g(全陰イオン性官能基のモル数は0.54モル。アミノ基のモル数は0.25モルで、前記のアミノ態窒素と総窒素量の測定法による測定値より求めた値であり、以後の実施例においても同じ方法で求めた)に20%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を加えpHを9に調整した。この溶液を45℃で撹拌しながら、ヤシ油脂肪酸クロライド58.8g(大豆タンパク質加水分解物のアミノ基に対して1当量)を1時間かけて滴下してアシル化反応を行った。ヤシ油脂肪酸クロライドの滴下中は、20%NaOH水溶液を添加して、溶液のpHを9に保った。滴下終了後、50℃で2時間撹拌を続け反応を完結させた。なお、前記大豆タンパク質加水分解物のアシル化反応率は80.2%であり、アシル化反応前の大豆タンパク質加水分解物のアミノ態窒素量をu1、反応後のアミノ態窒素量をt1として、下記式より求めた値である。
〔カゼイン加水分解物の第4級アンモニウム化誘導体(以下、「第4級アンモニウム化加水分解カゼイン」という)とステアリン酸ジメチルアミノプロピルアミド〔一般式(I)中におけるR1はヘプタデシル基、R2はプロピレン基、R3はメチル基、R4はメチル基〕とのイオンコンプレックスの形成〕
カゼイン加水分解物[一般式(V)におけるaは3.6、bは0.8、cは1.8、dは0で、a+b+c+dは6.2である]の25%水溶液400g(全陰イオン性官能基のモル数は0.36モル。アミノ基のモル数は0.13モル)に20%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を加えpHを9に調整した。この溶液を55℃で撹拌しながら、グリシジルトリメチルアンモニウムクロリド19.7g(カゼイン加水分解物のアミノ基に対して1当量)を1時間かけて滴下して第4級アンモニウム化反応を行った。滴下終了後、55℃で3時間撹拌を続け反応を完結させ、第4級アンモニウム化加水分解カゼイン〔塩化N-〔2-ヒドロキシ-3-(トリメチルアンモニオ)プロピル〕加水分解カゼイン〕を得た。なお、前記のカゼイン加水分解物の第4級アンモニウム化反応率は76.6%であり、反応前のカゼイン加水分解物のアミノ態窒素量をu2、反応後のアミノ態窒素量をt2として、下記式より求めた値である。
〔ゴマタンパク質加水分解物のシリル化誘導体(以下、「シリル化加水分解ゴマタンパク」という)とジステアリルジメチルアンモニウム〔一般式(II)のR5は2つともステアリル基〕とのイオンコンプレックスの形成〕
ゴマタンパク質加水分解物[一般式(V)におけるaは5.6、bは1.4、cは3.0、dは0で、a+b+c+dは10である]の25%水溶液400g(全陰イオン性官能基のモル数は0.32モル。アミノ基のモル数は0.08モル)に20%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を加えpHを9に調整した。この溶液を55℃で撹拌しながら、3-グリシドキシプロピルメチルジエトキシシラン19.9g(ゴマタンパク質加水分解物のアミノ基に対して1.0当量)を1時間かけて滴下してシリル化反応を行った。滴下終了後、55℃で3時間撹拌を続け反応を完結させ、シリル化加水分解ゴマタンパク〔すなわち、N-〔2-ヒドロキシ-3-〔3-(ジヒドロキシメチルシリル)プロポキシ〕プロピル〕加水分解ゴマタンパク〕を得た。なお、前記のゴマタンパク質加水分解物のシリル化反応率は72.0%であり、反応前のゴマタンパク質加水分解物のアミノ態窒素量をu3、反応後のアミノ態窒素量をt3として、下記式より求めた値である。
〔米タンパク質加水分解物のグリセリル化誘導体(以下、「グリセリル化加水分解米タンパク」という)とベヘニルトリメチルアンモニウム〔一般式(II)におけるR5の1つはベヘニル基で、他の1つはメチル基〕とのイオンコンプレックスの形成〕
米タンパク質加水分解物[一般式(V)におけるaは62.5、bは11.8、cは25.4、dは0.3で、a+b+c+dは100である]の25%水溶液400g(全陰イオン性官能基のモル数は0.22モル。アミノ基のモル数は0.01モル)に20%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を加えpHを9に調整した。この溶液を55℃で撹拌しながら、グリシドール0.74g(米タンパク質加水分解物のアミノ基に対して1.0当量)を0.5時間かけて滴下して、米タンパク質加水分解物のアミノ基に対してグリセリル化反応を行った。滴下終了後、55℃で3時間撹拌を続け反応を完結させた。
〔シルク加水分解物のアルキルグリセリル化誘導体(以下、「アルキルグリセリル化加水分解シルク」という)とステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミドとのイオンコンプレックスの形成〕
シルク加水分解物[一般式(V)におけるaは96.0、bは0.9、cは3.1、dは0で、a+b+c+dは100である]の25%水溶液400g(全陰イオン性官能基のモル数は0.05モル。アミノ基のモル数は0.013モル)に20%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を加えpHを9に調整した。この溶液を55℃で撹拌しながら、ブチルグリシジルエーテル1.69g(シルク加水分解物の全アミノ基に対して1.0当量)を1時間かけて滴下してアルキルグリセリル化反応を行った。滴下終了後、55℃で3時間撹拌を続け反応を完結させ、アルキルグリセリル化加水分解シルク〔すなわち、ブチルグリセリル化加水分解シルク〕を得た。なお、前記のシルク加水分解物のアルキルグリセリル化反応率は76.2%であり、反応前のシルク加水分解物のアミノ態窒素量をu5、反応後のアミノ態窒素量をt5として、下記式より求めた値である。
〔コラーゲン加水分解物の2-ヒドロキシアルキル化誘導体(以下、「2-ヒドロキシアルキル化加水分解コラーゲン」という)とステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミドとのイオンコンプレックスの形成〕
コラーゲン加水分解物[一般式(V)におけるaは15.9、bは1.7、cは2.4、dは0で、a+b+c+dは20である]の25%水溶液400g(全陰イオン性官能基のモル数は0.17モル。アミノ基のモル数は0.05モル)に20%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を加えpHを9に調整した。この溶液を55℃で撹拌しながら、1,2-エポキシヘキサン5.0g(コラーゲン加水分解物の全アミノ基に対して1.0当量)を1時間かけて滴下して2-ヒドロキシアルキル化反応を行った。滴下終了後、55℃で3時間撹拌を続け反応を完結させ、2-ヒドロキシアルキル化加水分解コラーゲン(つまり、2-ヒドロキシへキシル化加水分解コラーゲン)を得た。なお、前記のコラーゲン加水分解物の2-ヒドロキシアルキル化反応率は72.6%であり、反応前のコラーゲン加水分解物のアミノ態窒素量をu6、反応後のアミノ態窒素量をt6として、下記式より求めた値である。
〔ポリアスパラギン酸とステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミドとのイオンコンプレックス〕
ポリアスパラギン酸[一般式(VI)におけるe+fは8、gは0で、e+f+gは8]の30%水溶液400gに希塩酸を加えpHを2.0に調整した。電気透析装置を用いて、このポリアスパラギン酸の水溶液を脱塩することで、陰イオン性官能基が遊離状態(-COOH)になっているポリアスパラギン酸の水溶液を得た。
〔ポリグルタミン酸とステアリルトリメチルアンモニウムとのイオンコンプレックスの形成〕
ポリグルタミン酸[一般式(VI)におけるe+fは0、gは20で、e+f+gは20]の25%水溶液400g(全陰イオン性官能基のモル数は0.78モル)に希塩酸を加えpHを4.0に調整した後、電気透析装置を用いて、脱塩したポリグルタミン酸の水溶液を得た。
実施例1~3で脂肪族アミドアミンとのイオンコンプレックスを形成させた小麦タンパク質加水分解物(つまり、脂肪族アミドアミンとのイオンコンプレックスを有する小麦タンパク質加水分解物)を用いて、表1に示す組成のヘアトリートメントを実施例14~16として調製した。また、実施例1~3のイオンコンプレックスを有する小麦タンパク質加水分解物に代えて、実施例1~3でイオンコンプレックスの形成にあたって原料として用いた小麦タンパク質加水分解物と脂肪族アミドアミンをコンプレックスを形成させずに配合した比較例1~3のヘアトリートメントも同様に調製した。さらに、イオンコンプレックスを有する小麦タンパク質加水分解物、イオンコンプレックスを形成させていない原料としての小麦タンパク質加水分解物、及び脂肪族アミドアミンのいずれも配合していないヘアトリートメントも対照例1として調製した。なお、表1に実施例14~16、比較例1~3及び対照例1のヘアトリートメントの組成を表示するにあたって、スペース上の関係で、それらのヘアトリートメントに共通して配合する成分をヘアトリートメント基剤として表1に先立って表示し、表1には、それらの共通成分全体の量をヘアトリートメント基剤の量として表示する。各配合成分の配合量はいずれの場合も質量部によるものである。

長さ15cmで重さ1.5gの毛束を3%過酸化水素水と1%アンモニアを含む水溶液に30℃で30分間浸した後、水道水で洗浄した。この処理を5回繰り返すことで、ブリーチ処理とした。
[ヘアトリートメント処理]
上記ブリーチ処理後の毛束を2%ポリオキシエチレン(3)ラウリルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム水溶液で洗浄した。これらの各毛束に対して、上記実施例14~16、比較例1~3及び対照例1のヘアトリートメントをそれぞれ2g用いて処理した後、流水ですすぎ、ヘアドライヤーで乾燥した。このポリオキシエチレン(3)ラウリルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム水溶液による洗浄と、ヘアトリートメンによる処理と、流水によるすすぎと、ドライヤー乾燥とをそれぞれ5回ずつ繰り返した。
上記実施例14~16、比較例1~3及び対照例1のヘアトリートメントによるヘアトリートメント処理をした毛束に対して、柔軟性、保湿感、滑らかさ、艶やかさの4項目について10人のパネリストにブラインド評価(盲検)させた。評価は対照例1を基準として、対照例1に比べて良い場合は<2点>、悪い場合は<0点>、対照例1と同じ場合は<1点>と採点し、評価項目毎の合計得点で評価した。
実施例4で脂肪族アミドアミンの混合物とのイオンコンプレックスを形成させたエンドウタンパク質加水分解物(つまり、脂肪族アミドアミンの混合物とのイオンコンプレックスを有するエンドウタンパク質加水分解物)、実施例5で塩化ステアリルトリメチルアンモニウムとのイオンコンプレックスを形成させたケラチン加水分解物(つまり、塩化ステアリルトリメチルアンモニウムとのイオンコンプレックスを有するケラチン加水分解物)及び実施例6でステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミドとのイオンコンプレックスを形成させたアシル化加水分解大豆タンパク(つまり、ステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミドとのイオンコンプレックスを有するアシル化加水分解大豆タンパク)を用いて、表3に示す組成のシャンプーを実施例17~19として調製した。また、実施例4のイオンコンプレックスを有するエンドウタンパク質加水分解物に代えて、実施例4でイオンコンプレックスの形成にあたって原料として用いたエンドウタンパク質加水分解物と脂肪族アミドアミンの混合物をイオンコンプレックスを形成させずに配合したシャンプーを比較例4として同様に調製した。実施例5のイオンコンプレックスを有するケラチン加水分解物に代えて、実施例5でイオンコンプレックスの形成にあたって原料として用いたケラチン加水分解物と塩化ステアリルトリメチルアンモニウムをイオンコンプレックスを形成させずに配合したシャンプーを比較例5として同様に調製した。実施例6のイオンコンプレックスを有するアシル化加水分解大豆タンパクに代えて、実施例6でイオンコンプレックスの形成にあたって原料として用いたアシル化加水分解大豆タンパクとステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミドをコンプレックスを形成させずに配合したシャンプーを比較例6として同様に調製した。さらに、エンドウタンパク質加水分解物、ケラチン加水分解物、アシル化加水分解大豆タンパク、脂肪族アミドアミン及び塩化ステアリルトリメチルアンモニウムのいずれも配合していないシャンプーも対照例2として調製した。なお、表3に実施例17~19、比較例4~6及び対照例2のシャンプーの組成を表示するにあたって、スペース上の関係で、それらのシャンプーに共通して配合する成分をシャンプー基剤として表3に先立って表示し、表3には、それらの共通成分全体の量をシャンプー基剤の量として表示する。また、表3では、スペース上の関係で、「実施例4でイオンコンプレックスの形成にあたって用いた」成分に関し、簡略化して、「実施例4で用いた」成分と表示し、「実施例5でイオンコンプレックスの形成にあたって用いた」成分に関し、簡略化して、「実施例5で用いた」成分と表示し、「実施例6のイオンコンプレックスの形成にあたって用いた」成分に関し、簡略化して「実施例6で用いた」成分と表示する。なお、いずれの場合においても、各成分の配合量はいずれも質量部によるものである。

実施例7でステアリン酸ジメチルアミノプロピルアミドとのイオンコンプレックスを形成させた第4級アンモニウム化加水分解カゼイン(つまり、ステアリン酸ジメチルアミノプロピルアミドとのイオンコンプレックスを有する第4級アンモニウム化加水分解カゼイン)、実施例8で塩化ジステアリルジメチルアンモニウムとのイオンコンプレックスを形成させたシリル化加水分解ゴマタンパク(つまり、塩化ジステアリルジメチルアンモニウムとのイオンコンプレックスを有するシリル化加水分解ゴマタンパク)、及び実施例9で塩化ベヘニルトリメチルアンモニウムとのイオンコンプレックスを形成させたグリセリル化加水分解米タンパク(つまり、塩化ベヘニルトリメチルアンモニウムとのイオンコンプレックスを有するグリセリル化加水分解米タンパク)を用いて、表5に示す組成のパーマネントウェーブ用第1剤を実施例20~22として調製した。また、実施例7のイオンコンプレックスを有する第4級アンモニウム化加水分解カゼインに代えて、実施例7でイオンコンプレックスの形成にあたって原料として用いた第4級アンモニウム化加水分解カゼインとステアリン酸ジメチルアミノプロピルアミドをイオンコンプレックスを形成させずに配合したパーマネントウェーブ用第1剤を比較例7として同様に調製した。実施例8のイオンコンプレックスを有するシリル化加水分解ゴマタンパクに代えて、実施例8でイオンコンプレックスの形成にあたって原料として用いたシリル化加水分解ゴマタンパクと塩化ジステアリルジメチルアンモニウムをイオンコンプレックスを形成させずに配合したパーマネントウェーブ用第1剤を比較例8として同様に調製した。実施例9のイオンコンプレックスを有するグリセリル化加水分解米タンパクに代えて、実施例9でイオンコンプレックスの形成にあたって原料として用いたグリセリル化加水分解米タンパクと塩化ベヘニルトリメチルアンモニウムをイオンコンプレックスを形成させずに配合したパーマネントウェーブ用第1剤を比較例9として同様に調製した。さらに、第4級アンモニウム化加水分解カゼイン、シリル化加水分解ゴマタンパク、グリセリル化加水分解米タンパク、ステアリン酸ジメチルアミノプロピルアミド、塩化ジステアリルジメチルアンモニウム及び塩化ベヘニルトリメチルアンモニウムのいずれも配合していないパーマネントウェーブ用第1剤も対照例3として調製した。なお、表5に実施例20~22、比較例7~9及び対照例3のパーマネントウェーブ用第1剤の組成を表示するにあたって、スペース上の関係で、それらのパーマネントウェーブ用第1剤に共通して配合する成分をパーマネントウェーブ用第1剤基剤として表5に先立って表示し、表5には、それらの共通成分全体の量をパーマネントウェーブ用第1剤の基剤の量として表示する。また、表5では、スペース上の関係で、「実施例7でイオンコンプレックスの形成にあたって用いた」成分に関し、簡略化して、「実施例7で用いた」成分と表示し、「実施例8でイオンコンプレックスの形成にあたって用いた」成分に関し、簡略化して、「実施例8で用いた」成分と表示し、「実施例9でイオンコンプレックスの形成にあたって用いた」成分に関し、簡略化して、「実施例9で用いた」成分と表示する。なお、いずれの場合においても、各成分の配合量はいずれも質量部によるものである。

実施例10でステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミドとのイオンコンプレックスを形成させたブチルグリセリル化加水分解シルク(つまり、ステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミドとのイオンコンプレックスを有するブチルグリセリル化加水分解シルク)、実施例11でステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミドとのイオンコンプレックスを形成させた2-ヒドロキシへキシル化加水分解コラーゲン(つまり、ステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミドとのイオンコンプレックスを有する2-ヒドロキシへキシル化加水分解コラーゲン)、及び実施例12でステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミドとのイオンコンプレックスを形成させたポリアスパラギン酸(つまり、ステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミドとのイオンコンプレックスを有するポリアスパラギン酸)を用いて、表7に示す組成の酸化型染毛剤第1剤を実施例23~25として調製した。また、実施例10のイオンコンプレックスを有するブチルグリセリル化加水分解シルクに代えて、実施例10でイオンコンプレックスの形成にあたって原料として用いたブチルグリセリル化加水分解シルクとステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミドをイオンコンプレックスを形成させずに配合した酸化型染毛剤第1剤を比較例10として同様に調製した。実施例11のイオンコンプレックスを有する2-ヒドロキシへキシル化加水分解コラーゲンに代えて、実施例11でイオンコンプレックスの形成にあたって原料として用いた2-ヒドロキシへキシル化加水分解コラーゲンとステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミドをイオンコンプレックスを形成させずに配合した酸化型染毛剤第1剤を比較例11として同様に調製した。実施例12のイオンコンプレックスを有するポリアスパラギン酸に代えて、実施例12でイオンコンプレックスの形成にあたって原料として用いたポリアスパラギン酸とステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミドをイオンコンプレックスを形成させずに配合した酸化型染毛剤第1剤を比較例12として同様に調製した。さらに、ブチルグリセリル化加水分解シルク、2-ヒドロキシへキシル化加水分解コラーゲン、ポリアスパラギン酸、及びステアリン酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミドのいずれも配合していない酸化型染毛剤第1剤も対照例4として調製した。なお、表7に実施例23~25、比較例10~12及び対照例4の酸化型染毛剤第1剤の組成を表示するにあたって、スペース上の関係で、それらの酸化型染毛剤第1剤に共通して配合する成分を酸化型染毛剤第1剤基剤として表7に先立って表示し、表7には、それらの共通成分全体の量を酸化型染毛剤第1剤基剤の量として表示する。また、表7では、スペース上の関係で、「実施例10でイオンコンプレックスの形成にあたって用いた」成分に関し、簡略化して、「実施例10で用いた」成分と表示し、「実施例11でイオンコンプレックスの形成にあたって用いた」成分に関し、簡略化して、「実施例11で用いた」成分と表示し、「実施例12でイオンコンプレックスの形成にあたって用いた」成分に関し、簡略化して、「実施例12で用いた」成分と表示する。なお、いずれの場合においても、各成分の配合量はいずれも質量部によるものである。

Claims (9)
- 構成アミノ酸に酸性アミノ酸を有するペプチド又はペプチド誘導体であって、少なくともその陰イオン性官能基の一部がカチオン界面活性剤及び両性界面活性剤よりなる群から選ばれる1種以上の界面活性剤とイオンコンプレックスを形成しているペプチド又はペプチド誘導体からなることを特徴とする化粧品基材。
- 前記構成アミノ酸に酸性アミノ酸を有するペプチド又はペプチド誘導体の全陰イオン性官能基の30モル%以上が、カチオン界面活性剤及び両性界面活性剤よりなる群から選ばれる1種以上の界面活性剤とイオン結合することでイオンコンプレックスを形成していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の化粧品基材。
- 前記ペプチド又はペプチド誘導体のペプチド部のアミノ酸平均重合度が、2~500であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の化粧品基材。
- 前記ペプチド又はペプチド誘導体が、タンパク質加水分解物、タンパク質加水分解物の誘導体、ポリ酸性アミノ酸又はポリ酸性アミノ酸の誘導体であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の化粧品基材。
- 前記ペプチド又はペプチド誘導体のペプチド部が、植物タンパク質の加水分解物又はケラチンの加水分解物であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の化粧品基材。
- 前記ペプチド誘導体が、アシル化加水分解タンパク、グリセリル化加水分解タンパク、第4級アンモニウム化加水分解タンパク、シリル化加水分解タンパク、アルキルグリセリル化加水分解タンパク又は2-ヒドロキシアルキル化加水分解タンパクであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の化粧品基材。
- 請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の化粧品基材を含有することを特徴とする化粧品。
- 前記化粧品基材の含有量が0.1~30質量%であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の化粧品。
