- 主アーム部材と、前記主アーム部材へ回動可能に連結された副アーム部材と、前記主アーム部材および前記副アーム部材の連結角度を変化させる角度変化手段とを備え、前記主アーム部材の基端部および前記副アーム部材の連結側と反対側の基端部は同一の仮想直線の上に位置するようにしてあると共に、前記主アーム部材の基端部から前記副アーム部材との連結箇所までの第1距離、前記主アーム部材の前記連結箇所から先端部までの第2距離、および前記副アーム部材の基端部から前記連結箇所までの第3距離が等しくしてあるスコットラッセル機構装置において、
前記主アーム部材は、前記連結箇所を、前記副アーム部材が位置する側と反対側へ迂回するように曲げられたブーメラン状の形状にしてあることを特徴とするスコットラッセル機構式装置。 - 前記副アーム部材は直線状に形成してあり、
前記主アーム部材は、基端部から前記連結箇所に係る部分へ至る第1範囲部、および前記連結箇所に係る部分から先端部へ至る第2範囲部を直線状に形成してあると共に、前記連結箇所に係る部分で屈曲するようにしてあり、
前記主アーム部材の屈曲度合は、前記主アーム部材および前記副アーム部材の基端部同士が最も離間するように前記角度変化手段が連結角度を変化させた場合で、前記主アーム部材の第2範囲部が、前記副アーム部材と平行的な角度となるようにしてある請求項1に記載のスコットラッセル機構式装置。 - 前記主アーム部材および前記副アーム部材は、前記仮想直線を回動軸にして、回動可能にしてあり、
前記角度変化手段は、
前記仮想直線と平行配置してある第1ボールねじと、
前記第1ボールねじの回転により直動する第1直動ユニットと
を含み、
前記第1直動ユニットには、前記主アーム部材の基端部または前記副アーム部材の基端部のいずれか一方が、前記仮想直線を回動軸にして回動できる状態で連結してあり、
前記主アーム部材および前記副アーム部材の前記回動軸を中心にした回動を駆動する回動駆動源を備える請求項1または請求項2に記載のスコットラッセル機構式装置。 - 前記角度変化手段は更に、
前記第1ボールねじと平行配置してある第2ボールねじと、
前記第2ボールねじの回転により直動する第2直動ユニットと
を含み、
前記第2直動ユニットには、前記副アーム部材の基端部または前記主アーム部材の基端部のいずれか一方が、前記仮想直線を回動軸にして回動できる状態で連結してある請求項3に記載のスコットラッセル機構式装置。 - 前記主アーム部材の先端部には、ジョイントユニットが回動可能に連結してあり、
前記ジョイントユニットの回動に係る回動軸は、前記主アーム部材および前記副アーム部材の連結箇所の回動に係る軸と平行であり、
前記角度変化手段による角度変化と連動して前記ジョイントユニットを自動回動させる回動機構部と、
前記角度変化手段による角度変化とは別個に、前記ジョイントユニットを前記回動機構部を介して回動させる回動駆動手段と
を備える請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のスコットラッセル機構式装置。 - 前記主アーム部材の先端部には、ジョイントユニットが回動可能に連結してあり、
前記ジョイントユニットの回動に係る回動軸は、前記主アーム部材および前記副アーム部材の連結箇所の回動に係る軸と平行であり、
前記主アーム部材の前記連結箇所より先端側に設けてあり、前記ジョイントユニットを回動させる回動駆動手段を備える請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のスコットラッセル機構式装置。 - 前記ジョイントユニットには、回転部を有する回転ユニットが連結してある請求項5または請求項6に記載のスコットラッセル機構式装置。
- 前記ジョイントユニットには、回動部材が回動可能に連結してあり、
前記回動部材の回動に係る軸は、前記ジョイントユニットの回動軸と平行にしてあり、
前記回動部材には、回転部を有する回転ユニットが連結してある請求項5または請求項6に記載のスコットラッセル機構式装置。 - 前記回転ユニットの回転部には、把持ユニットが取り付けてある請求項7または請求項8に記載のスコットラッセル機構式装置。
- 前記ジョイントユニットには、回転部を有する回転ユニットが連結してあり、
前記回転ユニットの回転部には、前記ジョイントユニットの回動軸と平行な軸を中心に回動可能な回動部を有する回動ユニットが連結してある請求項5または請求項6に記載のスコットラッセル機構式装置。 - 前記回動ユニットの先端側には、把持ユニットが取り付けてある請求項10に記載のスコットラッセル機構式装置。
