Claims (5)
- アーム、固定ユニット、スライドユニット、ストッパ、腕部、および、駆動装置を備え、
前記アームは、第一接続部を有し、
前記固定ユニットは、前記アームの一端に連結され、
前記スライドユニットは、上下方向に移動可能に前記固定ユニットに装着され、
前記ストッパは、前記スライドユニットに連結され、かつ前記固定ユニットに向かってスライドする前記スライドユニットの行程を抑制し、
前記腕部は、第二接続部および第三接続部を有し、前記第二接続部が前記スライドユニットに接続され、
前記駆動装置は、本体および外力を受けて前記本体に対して上下方向に移動可能な突出部位を有し、前記本体が前記アームの前記第一接続部に接続され、前記突出部位が前記腕部の前記第三接続部に接続されており、
前記第二接続部および前記第三接続部は、回転可能な接続部であり、回転軸の軸方向が、互いに平行であり、前記スライドユニットの移動方向と直交し、前記突出部位が前記腕部を持続的に降下移動させ、前記ストッパが前記アームに当接する際、前記突出部位が前記腕部の持続的な降下移動を停止させるとき、相互に距離を置き、前記腕部をスウィングさせることを特徴とするロボットアーム。 - アーム、固定ユニット、スライドユニット、ストッパ、連結ユニット、腕部、および、駆動装置を備え、
前記アームは、第一接続部を有し、
前記固定ユニットは、前記アームの一端に連結され、
前記スライドユニットは、上下方向に移動可能に前記固定ユニットに装着され、
前記ストッパは、前記スライドユニットに連結され、かつ前記固定ユニットに向かってスライドする前記スライドユニットの行程を抑制し、
前記連結ユニットは、前記ストッパと所定間隔を有する位置で前記スライドユニットに固定され、
前記腕部は、第二接続部および第三接続部を有し、前記第二接続部が前記連結ユニットに接続され、
前記駆動装置は、本体および外力を受けて前記本体に対して上下方向に移動可能な突出部位を有し、前記本体は前記アームの前記第一接続部に接続され、前記突出部位が前記腕部の前記第三接続部に接続されており、
前記第二接続部および前記第三接続部は、回転可能な接続部であり、回転軸の軸方向が、互いに平行であり、前記スライドユニットの移動方向と直交し、前記突出部位が前記腕部を持続的に降下移動させ、前記ストッパが前記アームに当接する際、前記突出部位が前記腕部の持続的な降下移動を停止させるとき、相互に距離を置き、前記腕部をスウィングさせることを特徴とするロボットアーム。 - 前記アームは、さらにカバーを有し、
前記第一接続部は、前記カバーの内側に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロボットアーム。
- 前記第一接続部および前記第三接続部を通過する第一平面、および、前記第二接続部および前記第三接続部を通過する第二平面をさらに有し、
前記第一平面と前記第二平面との間の角度は90度から135度であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロボットアーム。 - 前記第一平面と前記第二平面との間の角度は105度であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のロボットアーム。
