また、錠剤の大きさに応じて、押し付け部材の位置を調整することで、押し付け部材が押し付ける錠剤押さえ部材を選択し、錠剤の分離位置を変更することができる。このため、大きさの異なる種々の錠剤を収容しても、ロータを交換することなく、錠剤を排出することができる。しかも、交換部品が全く必要なくなる。

基板部52は、第1可動板17の中心孔46、円弧孔47、ねじ挿入孔48、第1,第2調整長孔49,50と対応する位置に、中心孔56、円弧孔57、ねじ挿入孔58、第3,第4調整長孔59,60が形成されている。ただし、第2可動板18の第3,第4調整長孔59,60は、第1可動板17の第1,第2調整長孔49,50と交差する方向に平行に延びている。第3調整長孔59の長さは、第1可動板11の第2調整長孔50と同じ長さであり、第4調整長孔60の長さは第1可動板11の第1調整長孔49の長さと同じである。
調整壁54の図12(a)において反時計回り方向から見た面は、ロータ3の錠剤案内溝88の一方の側面となる。
外壁55には、隣接する調整壁54の間に、後述する錠剤押さえ部材20が進入する複数(実施例では4)の周方向に延びるスリット61と、錠剤押さえ部材20を取り付けるための2つの切欠き62と、錠剤押さえ部材20を取り付けるための2つの取付孔63とが形成されている。
溝幅調整部材19は、長円板形状の基部64と、該基部64の一端側の下面から突出し、第1可動板17の第1調整長孔49と第2可動板18の第3調整長孔59に挿入される第1調整ピン65と、基部64の他端側の下面から突出し、第1可動板17の第2調整長孔50と第2可動板18の第4調整長孔60に挿入される第2調整ピン66とからなっている。
基部67は上下方向に延びる細長い板状で、上下端には第2可動板18の外壁55の上下端の切欠き62に係止して折り曲げる2つの係止片69が形成され、一方の側端には第2可動板18の外壁55の取付孔63に挿入して折り曲げる2つの挿入片70が形成されている。
弾性片68は、図14(b)に示すように、基部67の挿入片70が形成されていない側端から、第2可動板18の外壁55に沿って基部67から離れる方向に延び、U字形に屈曲して基部67から徐々に離れる方向に延び、基部67を横切ったところで、第2可動板18の外壁55に近づく方向に屈曲して隆起部71を形成し、第2可動板18の外壁55の近傍で第2可動板18の外壁55から遠ざかる方向に緩やかに屈曲し押圧部72を形成して、そこで終端となっている。
ロータカバー21の下面中央には、突部73が形成されている。ロータカバー21の上面中央には、突部73と同心の円形の凹部74が形成され、該凹部73の底にはロータ軸26が貫通する中心孔75が形成されている。
ロータカバー21の中心から外周縁に向かって放射状のリブ76が形成され、カセット本体2に収容された錠剤を撹拌できるようになっている。リブ76はロータカバー21の外周縁に向かうにつれて高さ及び幅が大きくなるような断面三角形状である。
ロータカバー21の外周縁には、可動片上部材14と同一の数の三角形状の切欠き77が周方向に等間隔に形成されている。この切欠き77は、図21に詳細に示すように、ロータ21の外周縁からロータ21の中心に向かって半径方向内方に延びる縁77aと、該縁77aの内端から隣接する切欠き77の縁77aの外端に向かって延びるなめらかな曲線からなる縁77bとで形成されている。
隣接する一方の切欠き77から他方の切欠き77までの範囲のロータカバー21の外周縁の内面78は、前記可動片上部材14の上面と一致する形状を有し、可動片上部材14の上面と密接して重なるように形成されている。
取付け部81は、カセット本体2の取付口10の外側に位置し、一端には着脱時にカセット本体2のスリット10aに係合する爪部85が形成され、他端にはカセット本体2にねじ孔10bと合致して図示しない取付けねじが挿通されるねじ挿通孔86が形成されている。
第2基部83の内面は、ロータ3に取り付けた錠剤押さえ部材20の隆起部71が接触しない位置に設けられている。
押付けリブ84は、錠剤案内溝88に進入した錠剤のうち最下部の錠剤から2番目の錠剤の高さ位置に設けられている。押付けリブ84の内面は、ロータ3の回転により押付けリブ84に接近してくる錠剤押さえ部材20の隆起部71を押し付けて押圧部72がロータ3の第2可動板18のスリット61に進入するような位置に設けられている。
押付けリブ84の前端部、すなわちロータの回転により押付けリブ84に接近してくる錠剤押さえ部材20と対向する端部は、傾斜面87が形成されている。
錠剤案内溝88の溝深Dを調整するには、図19に示すように、3個の溝深調整ねじ16を緩めて、円弧状の長孔30に沿って移動させる。これにより、可動片駆動板15が回動してガイド孔42が移動する結果、ガイド孔42に係合している突部36が押されて、可動片13がロータコア部材11のガイド溝28に沿って半径方向に移動する。
錠剤案内溝88の溝幅を調整するには、3つの取付けねじ31aを緩めて、第1可動板17と第2可動板18を相対的に回動可能な状態にしておいて、溝幅調整部材19を半径方向内方又は外方に移動させる。これにより、溝幅調整部材19の第1調整ピン65が第1可動板17の第1調整孔49と第2可動板18の第3調整孔59を押圧し、第2調整ピン66が第1可動板17の第2調整孔50と第2可動板18の第4調整孔60を押圧する結果、第1可動板17と第2可動板18が相対的に移動し、第1可動板17の調整壁45と第2可動板18の調整壁54が接近又は離間する。
逆に、図22(b)に示すように、最大幅W2の状態(図22(d)参照)から、溝幅調整部材19をロータ3の半径方向内方に移動させると、溝幅調整部材19の第1調整ピン65と第2調整ピン66が第1可動板17の第1調整孔49と第2調整孔50を押圧して反時計回り方向に回動させるとともに、第2可動板18の第3調整孔59と第4調整孔60を押圧して時計回り方向に回動させる。これにより、図22(a)に示すように、第1可動板17の調整壁45と第2可動板18の調整壁54が離間し、溝幅が最小幅W1(図22(c)参照)に調整される。勿論、溝幅調整部材19の第1調整ピン65と第2調整ピン66を調整孔49,50,59,60の中間の位置に止めることで、錠剤案内溝88を最小幅と最大幅の間の任意の幅に調整することができる。
