図1は、処方に応じた種類と個数の錠剤を払い出すことができる錠剤収納払出装置1を示す。錠剤収納払出装置1には、多数の錠剤カセット2がそれぞれのベース3に着脱可能に設けられている。錠剤収納払出装置1の横に設けられた台4には、本発明に係る錠剤案内路調整装置100が設置されている。まず、錠剤カセット2の構造について説明した後、錠剤案内路調整装置100について説明する。なお、本発明でいう「錠剤」には、狭義の錠剤のほか、カプセル、糖衣錠など錠剤カセット2で払出可能な薬剤を含む。
図5に示すように、カセット本体5は、上方に開口する矩形の上部5aと、逆円錐状の傾斜部5bと、円筒筒状部5cと、底部5dとから構成されている。底部5dから傾斜部5bまでの内部空間には、ロータ8が収容されるとともに、ロータ8より上方に多数の錠剤Tが収容可能になっている。傾斜部5bの下部から底部5dにかけて錠剤排出孔9が形成されている。錠剤排出孔9は、図2に示すベース3に形成された錠剤排出路3cに連通している。カセット本体5の外側には、仕切部材20と、該仕切部材20の位置を調整する後述する仕切調整機構M1が取り付けられている。該仕切部材20の先端は傾斜部5bの外側から錠剤排出孔9の上方に形成された図6に示すスリット9aを介して内側に差し込まれている。底部5dの中央には、図6に示すロータ駆動部10が収容されるロータ軸孔11が形成されている。
図7に示すように、ロータ駆動部10は、ロータ軸孔11に貫通する駆動軸12と、該駆動軸12の上端に係合して該駆動軸12と一体に回転する係合軸13と、駆動軸12の下端に係合して該駆動軸12と一体に回転する駆動ギア14と、係合軸13、駆動軸12及び駆動ギア14を貫通してこれらを一体化する中心軸15とから構成されている。係合軸13は、駆動軸12の上端面に当接する円形の基部13aと、該基部13aの外周縁から下方に突出する周6等配位置にある係合片13bと、隣接する係合片13bの下端を連結する連結部13cとからなっている。係合片13b及び連結部13cの内面は、リング16を介して、ロータ軸孔11の縁に設けられた環状突起11aの外周面に摺動自在に設けられている。係合片13bは、ロータ8を装着したときに、図10に示すロータ8の係合凹部41aの係合片44間のスリット44aに係合して、ロータ駆動部10の回転力をロータ8に伝達する。中心軸15の上端には、鍔15aと孔15bが形成されている。中心軸の孔15bには、環状の磁石15cが3個の積重ねられた状態で挿入され、ねじ15dで固定されている。磁石15cは、1個の円柱状のものでもよい。中心軸15の下端は、図4に示すカセット本体5の底部5dに取り付けられたギアカバー17を貫通してC形止め輪15eにより抜け止めされている。駆動ギア14は、図4に示す中間ギア18を介して、図2に示すベース3のモータギア3dに係合して駆動されるようになっている。
図8Aに示すように、仕切部材20は、上に凸に湾曲した櫛状に形成されている。仕切部材20は、仕切調整機構M1によりロータ8に対して進退移動可能になっている。仕切調整機構M1は、第1固定部材21と、第2固定部材22と、可動部材23と、調整部材24とからなっている。
ロータ8は、図9,10に示すように、概略、上面が円錐形、側面が逆円錐形、底面が平坦な形状を有している。ロータ8の側面上部には、周方向に錠剤ポケット8aが設けられ、該錠剤ポケット8aから下方に延びる複数の錠剤案内路8bが周方向に等間隔に設けられている。
図11は、深さ調整機構M2を構成する部材を示す。深さ調整機構M2は、ロータカバー30と、ロータ本体31と、ロータベース32と、深さ調整部材33とから構成されている。
図12は、高さ調整機構M3を構成する部材を示す。高さ調整機構M3は、筒状回転部材50と、環状昇降部材51と、高さ調整部材52とから構成されている。
図13は、幅調整機構M4を構成する部材を示す。幅調整機構M4は、第1可動部材60と、第2可動部材61と、第1支持部材62と、第2支持部材63と、幅調整部材64とから構成されている。
また、第2支持部材63のねじ挿通孔93からロータベース32のねじ孔45bに図示しないねじを挿入して締め付けることで、第2支持部材63がロータベース32に固定されるとともに、第2支持部材63とロータベース32の間に高さ調整機構M3の筒状回転部材50が保持され、軸方向の移動が拘束される。

Claims (15)
- 錠剤を収容する錠剤容器と、
前記錠剤容器に回転可能に収容されたロータとを備え、
前記ロータに、前記錠剤容器の錠剤を前記錠剤容器の錠剤排出孔に案内する錠剤案内路と、前記錠剤案内路の寸法を調整可能な調整部とを有する錠剤カセットにおける錠剤案内路調整装置において、
前記調整部に係合する調整部材と、
前記調整部材の操作量を検出する操作量検出部と、
前記操作量検出部で検出された操作量に基づいて、ユーザが前記調整部材により前記調整部を調整するのに必要な調整支援情報をユーザに通知する通知部と、を備えることを特徴とする錠剤案内路調整装置。 - 錠剤の形状又は大きさに適した前記錠剤案内路の寸法、又は当該寸法に関連する数値を記憶した錠剤マスタ記憶部を備え、
前記通知部は、前記錠剤マスタ記憶部から前記錠剤容器に収容される錠剤に対応する前記錠剤案内路の寸法の目標値を読み出して、前記目標値と、前記操作量検出部の操作量に基づく前記調整部の現在値とを通知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の錠剤案内路調整装置。 - 前記調整部材は、前記ロータに対して係脱可能であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の錠剤案内路調整装置。
- 前記操作量検出部は、前記調整部材とは別個に設けられた装置本体に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の錠剤案内路調整装置。
- 前記調整部材は、前記ロータの複数の前記調整部毎に係脱可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の錠剤案内路調整装置。
- 前記操作量検出部は、複数の前記調整部に対応して複数設けられ、
前記調整部材は、複数の前記操作量検出部に対して係脱可能であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の錠剤案内路調整装置。 - 前記ロータが載置されるロータ台を有するベース部を備え、
前記ベース部に前記調整部のゼロ点を検出するゼロ点検出センサが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の錠剤案内路調整装置。 - 前記ベース部の上方に、前記調整部材をガイドするガイド部が設けられ、
前記ガイド部に、前記調整部材が差し込まれるガイド穴が形成され、
前記ガイド穴は、前記ロータ台に載置された前記ロータの前記調整部と同じ軸線上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載に錠剤案内路調整装置。 - 前記操作量検出部は、前記ガイド部に設けられ、前記ガイド穴に挿通された前記調整部材の回転量を検出することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の錠剤案内路調整装置。
- 前記ガイド部に、前記調整部材と一体回転可能な回転部材が設けられ、
前記回操作量検出部は、前記ガイド穴に挿通された前記調整部材の回転量を前記回転部材を介して検出することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の錠剤案内路調整装置。 - 前記回転部材は、前記ガイド穴と連通し、前記調整部材と係合する係合穴を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の錠剤案内路調整装置。
- 前記回転部材に、前記係合穴と前記調整部材との間のガタ付きを防止するガタ付き防止部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の錠剤案内路調整装置。
- 前記回転部材と前記操作量検出部は歯車を介して連結され、前記操作量検出部は前記回転部材に向かって付勢することで前記歯車のバックラッシュを防止するバックラッシュ防止部を有することを特徴とする請求項9から12のいずれかに記載の錠剤案内路調整装置。
- 前記調整部材は中心軸とグリップ部を有し、
前記調整部材の前記中心軸と前記グリップ部の間に、前記グリップ部に所定以上の回転力が作用すると前記中心軸に回転力を伝達させないトルクリミッタが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の錠剤案内路調整装置。 - 前記調整部材の前記グリップ部は、前記中心軸に対して軸方向に移動可能に設けられ、前記中心軸と一体回転可能に係合する係合位置と、前記中心軸に対して空回りする非係合位置とに移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の錠剤案内路調整装置。
