Abstract

본 발명의 일측면은 표면으로부터 깊이 1㎛ 이내에 산화반응시 산소 1몰당 깁스자유에너지 감소량이 Cr보다 작은 금속의 표면확산층을 포함하는 소지강판; 상기 산화반응시 산소 1몰당 깁스자유에너지 감소량이 Cr보다 작은 금속의 표면확산층 위에 형성된 Al을 30중량% 이상 함유하는 Al 농화층; 및 상기 Al 농화층 위에 형성된 아연도금층을 포함하고, 상기 표면확산층과 상기 Al 농화층 사이에는 평균 두께가 150nm 이하인 소둔 산화물이 불연속적으로 분포하고, 상기 소지강판의 표면으로부터 깊이 1㎛ 이내에 상기 산화반응시 산소 1몰당 깁스자유에너지 감소량이 Cr보다 작은 금속의 함량이 0.1중량% 이상인 표면특성이 우수한 열간 프레스용 아연도금강판을 제공함으로써, 소둔 전에 산소 친화력이 적은 금속을 유효한 두께로 코팅하여 강판 표면에 소둔 산화물의 생성을 억제하여 균일한 아연 도금층을 형성하고, 프레스 가공 열처리시에 아연 도금층의 합금화가 촉진되어 아연 도금층의 용융온도가 단시간내에 상승함으로써, 도금층의 열화를 방지할 수 있고, 열간 프레스 성형 후 형성된 내부 산화물의 발생을 최소화할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 또다른 일측면에 따르면, 열간 프레스 가열시 도금층 표면에 아연 도금층의 열화를 방지할 수 있는 산화물층을 형성시키고, 도금층 내 Zn, Fe 및 금속의 3원상을 형성시켜 아연도금층을 안정적으로 유지할 수 있으며, 표면상태를 양호하게 확보하여 인산염 처리성이 우수하고, 별도의 인산염 처리를 하지 않더라도 전착 도장시 도장성 및 도막밀착성을 확보할 수 있으며, 열간 프레스 성형시에 소지강판에 크랙이 발생하는 것을 방지하여 가공성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
