Description
しかしながら、本発明は、以下の構成に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を変更しない範囲において適宜変更して適用することができる。なお、以下において記載する本発明の個々の望ましい構成を2つ以上組み合わせたものもまた本発明である。
本発明のフェライト焼結体は、Fe、Cu、Ni、Zn、BおよびNbを含有する。
焼成後の組成が表1に示す組成となるようにFe2O3、CuO、NiO、ZnO、B4CおよびNb2O5を秤量し、この配合原料を純水およびPSZボールと共にボールミルに入れ、湿式で4時間混合粉砕した。これを蒸発乾燥させた後、800℃で2時間仮焼することにより、仮焼物を作製した。
・4mm×2mm×1.5mmの単板状の試料、または、
・外径が20mm、内径が12mm、厚みが1.5mmのリング状の試料
となるような成形体を作製した。
まず、焼成後の試料の抗折強度を測定し、それを初期抗折強度とした。また、125℃に保持した試料を25℃の水中に投入し、100℃の熱衝撃を与えることで、熱衝撃後の抗折強度を測定した。結果を表1に示す。
抗折強度は、試料10個の測定を行い、その平均値とした。
表1の試料4の組成において、MoO3をMo単体に換算して、焼成後の組成で3ppm、30ppm、50ppmまたは100ppm含有させ、実施例1と同様の評価を行った。Moの含有量を測定する方法は実施例1と同様である。結果を表2に示す。
本発明の巻線型コイル部品は、本発明のフェライト焼結体をセラミックコアとして備える。上述のとおり、本発明のフェライト焼結体は、熱衝撃が付加されても抗折強度が高いため、車載用途などの高温環境で使用される巻線型コイル部品として好適に使用することができる。

Claims (6)
- Fe、Cu、Ni、Zn、BおよびNbからなり、
FeをFe2O3に換算して48.2mol%以上、49.7mol%以下、
CuをCuOに換算して2.0mol%以上、8.0mol%以下、
NiをNiOに換算して12.0mol%以上、19.0mol%以下、
ZnをZnOに換算して28.5mol%以上、33.0mol%以下含有し、
Fe、Cu、NiおよびZnをそれぞれFe2O3、CuO、NiOおよびZnOに換算し、前記Fe2O3、前記CuO、前記NiOおよび前記ZnOの合計量を100重量部としたときに、BをB単体に換算して5ppm以上、25ppm以下、NbをNb単体に換算して6ppm以上、25ppm以下含有する、フェライト焼結体。 - さらに、Moからなり、
前記Fe2O3、前記CuO、前記NiOおよび前記ZnOの合計量を100重量部としたときに、MoをMo単体に換算して100ppm以下含有する、請求項1に記載のフェライト焼結体。 - Nbを9ppm以上含有する、請求項1または2に記載のフェライト焼結体。
- Bを15ppm以上含有する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のフェライト焼結体。
- 前記ZnOに換算したZnの含有量(mol%)と前記NiOに換算したNiの含有量(mol%)との比(Zn/Ni)が1.7以上である、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のフェライト焼結体。
