骨架油封是油封的典型代表，一般说的油封即指的是骨架油封。油封的作用一般就是将传动部件中需要润滑的部件与出力部件隔离，不至于让润滑油渗漏。骨架就如同混凝土构件里面的钢筋，起到加强的作用，并使油封能保持形状及张力。

本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术中的缺陷，提供了一种汽车用骨架油封。
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供的技术方案为：一种汽车用骨架油封，是由按照重量份计的以下原料熔融后冲压制备得到的：钠沸石25-30份、二氧化锰20-24份、褐铁矿8-10份、纤维柱石5-8份、红土镍矿2-4份、辉锑矿1-3份。
进一步的，上述的一种汽车用骨架油封，是由按照重量份计的以下原料熔融后冲压制备得到的：钠沸石28份、二氧化锰22份、褐铁矿9份、纤维柱石6份、红土镍矿3份、辉锑矿2份。
本发明的有益效果为：本发明提供的一种汽车用骨架油封，改变了原有产品材质，能够有效提高其使用寿命和耐腐蚀度，市场前景良好。
