Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a hot-galvanized steel product having excellent performance by a method in which a rolled steel plate is subjected to a deoiling and then to an acid pickling treatment as needed, and the rolled steel plate is subjected to an undercoat covering treatment using Ni, Co, or Ni-Co alloy, having a specific thickness, a heat treatment, and then a hot galvanizing treatment. CONSTITUTION:A rolled steel plate is deoiled by a wet treatment using a solution containing a deoiling agent, together with, as needed, an acid pickling treatment for cleaning its surface. Then, the rolled steel plate is subjected to an undercoat covering treatment to give it a 0.01-1mu thick Ni, Co, or Ni-Co alloy undercoat, a heat treatment in a reductive atmosphere containing H2 gas, and then a hot galvanizing treatment while protecting it from being touched by the open air. Furthermore, the rolled steel plate so treated is subjected to alloying treatment at 450-800 deg.C.
