Abstract

一种护士站专用电解钢板,所述电解钢板由钢板本体,蒸镀在所述钢板本体上的缓冲层,电镀在所述缓冲层上的锌层组成。本发明制得的电解钢板表面光滑、平整,不易损伤,具有防锈的功能,暴露在空气中和遇水都不会生锈。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用具技术领域,具体涉及一种护士站专用电解钢板。
背景技术
电解钢板,又称电镀锌板,即利用电解,在制件表面形成均匀、致密、结合良好的金属或合金沉积层的过程。
现有护士站一般利用电解钢板或者大理石材质制成,作为护士站使用的电解钢板,对其有着特殊的要求,譬如要求具备防腐蚀、抗菌要求,普通电解钢板难以满足要求,同时现有电解钢板在钢板本体上电镀锌时,钢板表面与锌接触面由于两种金属原子尺寸差异,产生较大的晶格失配,从而较大的应力。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供一种医院护士站使用的电解钢板。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种护士站专用电解钢板,所述电解钢板由钢板本体,蒸镀在所述钢板本体上的缓冲层,电镀在所述缓冲层上的锌层组成。
所述钢板本体由以下重量份百分比元素组成:
碳0.18%-0.22%,硅0.03%-0.07%,硼0.04%-0.08%,钾0.04%-0.08%,镍0.01%-0.03%,锌0.23%-0.28%,钴0.03%-0.05%,硫0.01%-0.03%,铜0.03%-0.08%,锰0.10%-0.12%,余量为铁。
优选的,所述钢板本体由以下重量份百分比元素组成:
碳0.20%,硅0.05%,硼0.06%,钾0.06%,镍0.02%,锌0.25%,钴0.04%,硫0.02%,铜0.05%,锰0.11%,余量为铁。
所述缓冲层为氧化锌层。
所述锌层中包括以下重量份的原料:
锌粉20-30份,活性氧化锌粉2-3份,铁粉芯0.4-0.9份,氧化铝粉末0.4-0.6份,钕铁硼0.3-0.6份,铁硅铝粉芯0.8-1.1份,四氧化三铁粉末0.7-1.0份,陶瓷粉0.2-0.5份。
优选的,所述锌层中包括以下重量份的原料:
锌粉25份,活性氧化锌粉2.5份,铁粉芯0.7份,氧化铝粉末0.5份,钕铁硼0.5份,铁硅铝粉芯1.0份,四氧化三铁粉末0.8份,陶瓷粉0.3份。
所述缓冲层、锌层厚度比为1:3~5。
优选的,所述缓冲层、锌层厚度分别为0.05mm、0.2mm。
本发明的有益效果为:通过在铁基体中添加碳、硅、硼等微量元素并控制各元素含量,使得钢板本体具有很好的耐磨、耐腐蚀性能,长时间使用不易发生锈蚀,保持外观光滑洁净,大大延长了使用寿命;在钢板本体上蒸镀缓冲层,优选氧化锌层,克服了铁与锌之间的晶格适失配问题,减少了钢板本体与锌层接触面之间的应力;锌层中加入活性氧化锌粉、铁粉芯等,一方面使得作为护士站使用得电解钢板表面具有防菌功能,同时消除锌层内部应力,提高工作面抗腐蚀,抗静电能力,避免药液倾倒在工作台面上引起的腐蚀、锈蚀;本发明制得的电解钢板表面光滑、平整,不易损伤,具有防锈的功能,暴露在空气中和遇水都不会生锈。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种护士站专用电解钢板,所述电解钢板由钢板本体,蒸镀在所述钢板本体上的缓冲层,电镀在所述缓冲层上的锌层组成;
所述钢板本体由以下重量份百分比元素组成:
碳0.18%,硅0.03%,硼0.04%,钾0.04%,镍0.01%,锌0.23%,钴0.03%,硫0.01%,铜0.03%,锰0.10%,余量为铁。
所述缓冲层为氧化锌层。
所述锌层中包括以下重量份的原料:
锌粉20份,活性氧化锌粉2份,铁粉芯0.4份,氧化铝粉末0.4份,钕铁硼0.3份,铁硅铝粉芯0.8份,四氧化三铁粉末0.7份,陶瓷粉0.2份。
所述缓冲层、锌层厚度比为1:3~5。
所述缓冲层、锌层厚度分别为0.05mm、0.2mm。
实施例2

锌粉20份,活性氧化锌粉2份,铁粉芯0.4份,氧化铝粉末0.4份,钕铁硼0.3份,铁硅铝粉芯0.8份,四氧化三铁粉末0.7份,陶瓷粉0.2份。
所述缓冲层、锌层厚度比为1:3~5。

锌粉30份,活性氧化锌粉3份,铁粉芯0.9份,氧化铝粉末0.6份,钕铁硼0.6份,铁硅铝粉芯1.1份,四氧化三铁粉末1.0份,陶瓷粉0.5份。
所述缓冲层、锌层厚度比为1:3~5。
所述缓冲层、锌层厚度分别为0.05mm、0.2mm。

碳0.18%-0.22%,硅0.03%-0.07%,硼0.04%-0.08%,钾0.04%-0.08%,镍0.01%-0.03%,锌0.23%-0.28%,钴0.03%-0.05%,硫0.01%-0.03%,铜0.03%-0.08%,锰0.10%-0.12%,余量为铁。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种护士站专用电解钢板,其特征在于,所述钢板本体由以下重量份百分比元素组成:
碳0.20%,硅0.05%,硼0.06%,钾0.06%,镍0.02%,锌0.25%,钴0.04%,硫0.02%,铜0.05%,锰0.11%,余量为铁。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种护士站专用电解钢板,其特征在于,所述缓冲层为氧化锌层。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种护士站专用电解钢板,其特征在于,所述锌层中包括以下重量份的原料:
锌粉20-30份,活性氧化锌粉2-3份,铁粉芯0.4-0.9份,氧化铝粉末0.4-0.6份,钕铁硼0.3-0.6份,铁硅铝粉芯0.8-1.1份,四氧化三铁粉末0.7-1.0份,陶瓷粉0.2-0.5份。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种护士站专用电解钢板,其特征在于,所述锌层中包括以下重量份的原料:
锌粉25份,活性氧化锌粉2.5份,铁粉芯0.7份,氧化铝粉末0.5份,钕铁硼0.5份,铁硅铝粉芯1.0份,四氧化三铁粉末0.8份,陶瓷粉0.3份。
7.如权利要求1至6任一所述的一种护士站专用电解钢板,其特征在于,所述缓冲层、锌层厚度比为1:3~5。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种护士站专用电解钢板,其特征在于,所述缓冲层、锌层厚度分别为0.05mm、0.2mm。
