Abstract
Description
本願は、2009年11月04日に、日本国に出願された特願2009-252763号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
また、第2表示画面の第2レイヤにアイコンを表示し、第1表示画面の第2レイヤに文字を表示した場合、例えば、第2表示画面のアイコンに関連する詳細情報を第1表示画面で文字表示するなど、情報を分散して表示できる。そのため、表示スペースを有効に利用できる。
また、第2表示画面の第2レイヤにアイコンを表示し、第1表示画面の第2レイヤに文字を表示した場合、例えば、第2表示画面のアイコンに関連する詳細情報を第1表示画面で文字表示するなど、情報を分散して表示できる。そのため、表示スペースを有効に利用できる。
図1に示すように、車室内の車両前方には車幅方向に沿ってインストゥルメントパネル2が配置されている。このインストゥルメントパネル2には、運転席の前方に、車速計3およびエンジン回転数計4などの計器類を備えるメータパネル部Mが配置されている。このメータパネル部Mの略中央には、各種車両情報を液晶などで表示するMID(Multi Information Display)20が配置されている。そして、インストゥルメントパネル2のメータパネル部Mの上方には、HUD(Head Up Display)の画像を表示するHUD表示部13aが設けられている。この実施形態ではフロントガラス6に画像を投影する投影タイプのHUDを一例に示しているが、運転席前方で且つインストゥルメントパネル2の上方に画像を表示する表示装置を採用される。
またメータユニット12は、CAN10経由でHUDユニット13に制御指令を出力してHUD表示部13aにおける画像表示を制御すると共に、CAN10経由でダッシュボードディスプレイ23に対して制御指令を出力して表示制御を行う。
次いで、CAN10を介して入力される各種車両情報に基づいて、表示すべきワーニング(警報)があるか否かを判定する(ステップS02)。この判定の結果、ワーニングが有ると判定されなかった場合(ステップS02でNoの場合)には、引き続き通常表示を継続する。一方、ワーニングがあると判定された場合には、タッチパネル21の第2レイヤにワーニングの詳細情報を表示し(ステップS03)、HUD表示部13aの第2レイヤにワーニングの簡易情報を表示する(ステップS04)。
次いで、タッチパネル21の第1レイヤがHUD表示部13aの第1レイヤと同一になるように徐々にタッチパネル21の第1レイヤを変化させる(ステップS06)。より具体的には、図4Bに示すように、タッチパネル21におけるHUD表示部13aに近い位置(コーナー部)からタッチパネル21におけるHUD表示部13aに遠い位置(コーナー部)に向けた方向(図中、矢印で示す方向)において、タッチパネル21の第1レイヤの背景色が、第1レイヤの変化前におけるHUD表示部13aの第1レイヤの背景色と同一となるように、タッチパネル21の第1レイヤの背景色を徐々に変化させる。
図4Bにおいては、タッチパネル21の第1レイヤを徐々に変化させる際に、HUD表示部13aにおけるタッチパネル21に遠い位置(コーナー部)からHUD表示部13aにおけるタッチパネル21に近い位置(コーナー部)に向けた方向において、HUD表示部13aにおける第1レイヤの背景色を徐々に変化させ、HUD表示部13aにおける第1レイヤの背景色を簡易情報が表示される前の第1レイヤの背景色に戻している。しかしながら、簡易情報が第2レイヤに表示されている間にHUD表示部13aの第1レイヤの背景色を変化させずに、HUD表示部13aの第1レイヤ及び第2レイヤの表示状態をそのまま維持するようにしてもよい。
まず、第1実施形態と同じステップS01~ステップS04の制御処理を実行する。すなわち、ワーニングがある場合にこのワーニングの詳細情報をタッチパネル21の第2レイヤに表示すると共に、その簡易情報をHUD表示部13aの第2レイヤに表示する。
次いで、HUD表示部13aの第1レイヤとタッチパネル21の第1レイヤとに渡る連続的な形状を有する画像、例えば、図7Aに示すように、長方形T(画像)をHUD表示部13aの第1レイヤとタッチパネル21の第1レイヤとに渡って表示する(ステップS21)。図7A,7Bでは、タッチパネル21の第2レイヤに詳細情報としてアイコン32と文字33とを表示する一例を示しているが、第1実施形態と同様に文字33のみを表示してもよい。
その後、第1実施形態のステップS07およびステップS08と同じ処理を実行した後、すなわち、ワーニングの表示を終了する制御処理を行い、通常時の表示制御を再開して上述した一連の処理を終了する。

- 車両用表示装置であって、
車両のインストゥルメントパネルまたは前記インストゥルメントパネルに近い位置に設けられ、第1表示画面と、前記第1表示画面とは異なる第2表示画面とを少なくとも含む複数の表示画面と、
前記第1表示画面の表示状態が変更された際に、前記第2表示画面に前記第1表示画面の表示状態が変更されたことを示す表示制御装置と、を備え、
前記複数の表示画面に表示される表示画像は、背景となる所定の画像を表示する第1レイヤと、前記第1レイヤに表示される前記画像の一部を視認可能に前記第1レイヤに重畳して、かつ前記車両に関する情報を文字又はアイコンで表示する第2レイヤと、から構成され、
前記表示制御装置は、前記第1表示画面の表示状態が変更される際に、前記第1表示画面の前記第2レイヤに前記情報を文字又はアイコンで表示させ、前記第2表示画面の前記第2レイヤに前記第1表示画面の前記第2レイヤに表示された前記情報に対応するアイコンを表示させると共に、前記第1表示画面の前記第1レイヤに表示される前記所定の画像と前記第2表示画面の前記第1レイヤに表示される前記所定の画像とが互いに異なるように前記所定の画像を表示させ、その後、前記第1表示画面の前記第1レイヤに表示されている前記所定の画像の一部又は全部が前記第2表示画面の前記第1レイヤに表示されている前記所定の画像と同一になるように、前記第1表示画面の前記第1レイヤに表示されている画像を徐々に変化させる
ことを特徴とする車両用表示装置。 - 車両用表示装置であって、
車両のインストゥルメントパネルまたは前記インストゥルメントパネルに近い位置に設けられ、第1表示画面と、前記第1表示画面とは異なる第2表示画面とを少なくとも含む複数の表示画面と、
前記第1表示画面の表示状態が変更された際に、前記第2表示画面に前記第1表示画面の表示状態が変更されたことを示す表示制御装置と、を備え、
前記複数の表示画面に表示される表示画像は、背景となる所定の画像を表示する第1レイヤと、前記第1レイヤに表示される前記画像の一部を視認可能に前記第1レイヤに重畳して、かつ前記車両に関する情報を文字またはアイコンで表示する第2レイヤと、から構成され、
前記表示制御装置は、前記第1表示画面の表示状態が変更される際に、前記第1表示画面の前記第2レイヤに前記情報を文字又はアイコンで表示させ、前記第2表示画面の前記第2レイヤに前記第1表示画面の前記第2レイヤに表示された前記情報に対応するアイコンを表示させると共に、連続的な形状を示している前記所定の画像が前記第1表示画面の前記第1レイヤと前記第2表示画面の前記第1レイヤとにまたがるように、前記所定の画像を前記第1表示画面および前記第2表示画面に表示させる
ことを特徴とする車両用表示装置。 - 請求項2に記載の車両用表示装置であって、
前記表示制御装置は、
前記第1表示画面の表示状態が変更されてから所定時間が経過した後に、前記第2表示画面の前記第1レイヤに表示されている前記所定の画像が前記第2表示画面から前記第1表示画面に向う方向に沿って前記所定の画像を徐々に第2表示画面から消去する共に、
前記第2表示画面の前記第2レイヤに表示されている前記アイコンを消去し、
前記第2表示画面の表示状態が、前記第1表示画面の表示状態が変更される直前における前記第2表示画面の表示状態に戻るように、前記第2表示画面を制御する
ことを特徴とする車両用表示装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両用表示装置であって、
前記第2表示画面は、車両のフロントガラスに表示部が設けられたヘッドアップディスプレイであり、
前記第1表示画面は、運転者によって前記ヘッドアップディスプレイよりも低い位置で視認される表示画面である
ことを特徴とする車両用表示装置。
