Abstract

L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'alimentation automatique de machine de poinçonnage pour mouler et former un produit, en particulier un produit en forme de bol, lequel dispositif comporte un banc de travail du type disque rotatif vertical (12) tournant par intervalles. De multiples cavités de module (13) sont disposées radialement sur la surface circonférentielle du banc de travail (12). Le côté supérieur du banc de travail (12) est équipé d'un bloc coulissant de poinçonnage (10) qui effectue des va-et-vient vers le haut et vers le bas. La direction de mouvement du bloc coulissant de poinçonnage (10) est verticale par rapport à l'axe de rotation du banc de travail (12). Le cercle interne du banc de travail (12) est équipé d'une tige de poussée de démoulage vers le bas (17). La tige de poussée de démoulage (17) et le bloc coulissant de poinçonnage (10) effectuent des va-et-vient en synchronisme. Le côté inférieur du banc de travail (12) est équipé d'une courroie de transmission (20). Un mécanisme de poinçonnage (11), du côté supérieur, effectue le processus de poinçonnage lorsque l'une des cavités de module (3) en relation avec le banc de travail (12) tourne vers la position de poinçonnage. La cavité de module se retourne automatiquement lorsque la cavité de module, en relation avec le banc de travail (12), tourne de 180 degrés vers la position de démoulage vers le bas. La tige de poussée de démoulage dans le cercle interne du banc de travail (12) pousse le produit à partir du fond de la cavité de module vers la courroie de transmission (20) du côté inférieur.
