Abstract

ステンレス鋼と樹脂を、強固に一体化接合するように改善された金属部品と樹脂組成物部品の複合体を製造することを課題とする。化学エッチング等により適切な粗面としたステンレス鋼製部品が使用できる。射出成形金型10の可動側型板2と固定側型板3で形成されるキャビティ内に表面処理済みステンレス鋼片1をインサートし、特定の樹脂を射出することで一体化品が得られる。使用する樹脂組成物4の主樹脂分としてPBT、PPS、又は芳香族ポリアミド樹脂が使用できる。樹脂組成物が、PBTの場合はPET及び/又はポリオレフィン液樹脂、PPSの場合はポリオレフィン系樹脂、芳香族ポリアミド樹脂の場合は脂肪族ポリアミド樹脂、を従成分として含む組成物であると高い射出接合力を生じる。
