(54) СПОСОБ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ ,2-ДИГИ.Щ О-ЗН-1,4-БЕНЗОДИАЗЕПИНОВ HJBi ИХ COJTEft
Изобретение касаетс способа получени новых биологически активных производных 6 - азабензодиазепина .
Способ основан на известном приеме дезокси- генировани N - окисей 1 и позвол ет получать соединени , которые обладают ценными фармакологическими свойствами.
Описан способ получени 6 - аза - 1,2 - дигадро- ЗН - 1,4 - бензодиазеринов общей формулы

где RI - фтор, хлор или бром,
RZ и RS - водород, фтор, хлор или бром R4 - водород или алкил GI - 6, или их солей.
Согласно изобретению способ получени соединений формулы (Г) заключаетс в том, что N - окись формулы

где RI , RI , Rj и R имеют указанные значени , подвергают взаимодействию с водородом в присутствии металлических катализаторов гидрировани
или треххлористым фосфором, или с диметилсульфоксидом .
Дезоксигерирование соединений формулы (П) осуществл ют предпочтительно в среде расворител , в качестве которых используют, например,
диоксан, бензол или толуол, а в случае применени водорода - низшие спирты. Способ ведут при температурах от 20 до 140° С, предпочтительно от 20 до 100° С. В качестве металлических катализаторов гидрировани примен ют катализаторы из
