Claims (7)

  1. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 5-메틸피리딘을 0℃내지 100℃의 온도에서, 경우에 따라서는 산수용체의 존재하에 또한 경우에 따라서는 불활성 희석제의 존재하에 염소와 시킴을 특징으로 하는, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 5-클로로메틸피리딘의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 염소 또는 니트로이고, R2는 염소이며, N은 0 또는 1의 수이다.
  2. 제1항 있어서, 반응을 산수용체 및 불활성 희석제의 존재하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용된 불활성 희석제가 임의로 할로겐화된 지방족 탄화수소 또는 에테르임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 산 수용체가 알칼리 금속 탄산염, 또는 지방족, 방향족 또는 헤테로 사이클릭 아민임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 40내지 80℃의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 출발물질, 산수용체 및 희석제의 혼합물에 원소성 염소를 통과시키고, 반응 혼합물을 수시간 동안 교반시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2-클로로-5-클로로 메틸피리딘을 수득하는 방법.
