살균제로 유용한 N-알키닐-2-(치환된 페녹시)부틸아미드의 제조방법

Claims (1)

  1. 적당히 선택된 3,4,5-3치환된 페놀을 약 40℃∼110℃의 온도에서 수산화나트륨의 존재하에 구조식,
    (식중, X가 염소 또는 브롬이다)을 가진 할로-치환된 지방산과 반응시킴에 의하여 상응하는 2-(3,4,5-치환된)페녹시 알칸산을 생성하며, (2) 상기 단계(1)에서의 생성물을 디메틸포름아미드촉매의 존재하에 약 40℃∼70℃의 온도에서 포그센과 반응시킴에 의하여 상응하는 3,4,5-3치환된 페녹시알칸산 클로라이드를 생성하고, (3) 상기 단계(2)에서 생성된 산염화물을 약 15℃∼35℃의 온도에서 수산화나트륨 또는 유기염기의 존재하에 구조식,
    (식중, R이 수소 또는 메틸이다)을 가진 아민과 반응시킴으로써 이루어지는 하기 구조식을 가진 N-알키닐-2-(치환된 페녹식)부틸 아미드의 제법.
    식중, X가 브롬 또는 메틸이며, R은 수소 또는 메틸이다.
