Claims (3)

  1. 적절히 치환된 6-클로로 4-페닐 2-퀴나졸론을 출발물지로서 사용하여 약 60~120℃의 온도에서 인의 염소화 유도체를 착화시킴으로써 이 출발물질을 상응하는 2,6-디클로로 4-페닐퀴나졸린으로 전환시키고, 그리고 수득된 생성물을 불활성 용매중에서 식 H1H를 같는 과량의 아민과 반응시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ) 4-의페닐퀴나졸린 유도체 및 이들 신규 유도체와 약학적으로 무독한 무기 또는 유기산과의 염의 제조방법
    상기 식에서, R1은 a) 기[식중, R3는 기-(CH2)nOH를 기타내고, R4는 n이 2,3 또는 4의 정수를 나타내는 기 (CH2)nOH를 나타냄]; b) 기[식중, R5는 메타 또는 파라 위에 위치한 -(CH2)m-OH(m은 0~2의 정수임)를 나타냄];c) 기로부터 선택되며, R2는 할로겐원자, 바람직하게는 염소 또는플루오르원자를 나타내거나, 또는 R1인 경우 수소이어도 무방하다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 인의 염소하 유도체가 옥시염화인 염을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1 및 2항중의 하나에 있어서, 아민과의 반응이 에탄올중 이 용매의 비점온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
