Claims (8)
- 일반식(II)의 하이드라진 화합물을 불활성 유기용매 존재화 20℃ 내지 250℃에서 일반식(III)의 피페리돈 또는 이의 염과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(I)의 7,8,9,10-테트라하이드로티에노[3,2-e] 피리도[4,3,-b]인돌 및 이의 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1은 수소 또는 알킬이고, R2및 R3는 수소원자이고 할로겐원자이거나, 두 개의 동일하거나 상이한 할로겐원자이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산-비감응성 반응물(II 및 III)의 경우, 그 염, 바람직하게는 염산염을 적절한 희석제내에서 사용하거나; 산-감응성 반응물(II 및 III)의 경우, 또는 그 반응물을 바람직하게는 염기형태로 반응시켜 일반식(I)화합물을 수득하는 경우에 있어서, 반응을 고-비등점 용매 존재하 또는 용매부재온에고하에 서 수행시키는 방법.
- 일반식(IV)의 3-메틸-5-니트로벤조티오펜을 환원시켜 일반식(V)의 3-메틸-5-아미노벤조티오을 생성키기고 이를 공지된 방법으로 일반식(II) 화합물로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(II)의 3-메틸-5-하이드라지니노벤조티오펜을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R2및 R3는 수소원자이고 할로겐원자이거나, 두 개의 동일하거나 상이한 할로겐원자이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1,9-디메틸-4-플루오로-7,8,9,10-테트라하이드로티에노 [3, 2-e] 피리도 [4,3-b] 인돌을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1-메틸-9-에틸-4-플루오로-7,8,9,10-테트라하이드로티에노 [3, 2-e] 피리도 [4,3-b] 인돌을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1,9-디메틸-5-플루오로-7,8,9,10-테트라하이드로티에노 [3, 2-e] 피리도 [4,3-b] 인돌을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1-메틸-9-에틸-5-플루오로-7,8,9,10-테트라하이드로티에노 [3, 2-e] 피리도 [4,3-b] 인돌을 제조하는 방법.
