Claims (5)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 페닐에틸아민 또는 그의 산부가염을 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 피리딘 유도체와 반응시키고, 필요에 따라서는 수득되는 목적물을 약학적으로 허용되는 그의 산부가염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 2-페닐-2-(피리딜옥시)-에틸아민과 그의 동배전자 화합물 및 그들의 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.

- 상기 식들에 있어서, R1과 R2는 동일 또는 상이한 것으로서 수소, 할로겐원자, 메틸, 메톡시, 아미노 또는 니트로를 나타내고; R3는 수소, 할로겐 또는 메틸을 나타내며; R4와 R5는 동일 또는 상이한 것으로서 수소 또는 1-2개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기를 나타내거나 또는 질소원자와 함께 피롤리디노 또는 모르폴리노환을 형성하며; X는 O, NH 또는 S를 나타내며; Y는 할로겐원자 또는 히드록시기를 나타내며; Z는 히드록시, 아미노 또는 메르캅토기를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 R4및(또는 R5)가 수소를 나타내는 화합물을 그 자체 공지의 방법에 의해 알킬화시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
