Изобретение относитс к способу получени новых химических соединений а именно гидройодилов производных пирроло 1,2,-с тиазола, вл ющихс полупродуктами в синтезе веществ с биологической актгтностью.
Целью изобретени вл етс получе ние новых соединений в качестве полупродуктов в синтезе производных пирроло 1,2,-с тиазола, про вл ющих новьпЧ вид биологического действи .
Пример 1. Суспензию 7 г 3-(3-пиридил)-1Н, ЗН-пирроло (1,2-с)- 7-тиазол-карботиоамида и 4,2 г ме- ти.пйодида в 250 см ацетона перемешивают при 20°С в течение 16ч. Затем прибавл ют к суспензии 50 см диметилформамида и продолжают пере- ме1аивание в теченеи 3 дн. Затем кристаллы отдел ют фильтрованием, после чего промывают их 3 раза в 90 см ацетона и сутат при пони; сенном давлении (20 мм рт.ст.; 2,7 кПа) при
-20 С в присутствии гидроокиси
кали в форме таблеток. Таким образом , получают 9,5 г гидройодида З-(З-пиридил)-1Н, ЗН-пирроло (1, 2-е)-7-тиазолтиокарбоксимидат-8-метнла в виде желтоватых кристаллов, плав щихс при 193-194 С.
П р и м е р 2. Суспензию 81,3 г 5-(3-пиркдил)-1Н, ЗН-пирроло (1, 2-е)-7-тиазолкарботиоамнаа и 49 г
метилйодида в смеси 3110 см ацетона и 1550 см диметилформамида перемащивают при 20 с в течение 3 дн. По вившиес кристаллы отдел ют фильтрованием , промывают 3 раза в
1500 см ацетона, затем 2 раза в 500 см простого диэтилового эфира и сушат при пониженном давлении (20 мм рт.ст.; 2,7 кПа) при 20°С в присутствии гидроокиси кали в виде теблеток. Таким образом, получают 113 г гидройодида 5-(3-пиридил)-1Н, ЗН-пирроло(1,2-с)-7-тиазолтиокарбок- симидат-5-метила в виде желтых кристаллов , плав щихс при 262 С.

- СПОСОБ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ ГИДРОЙОДИДОВ ПРОИЗВОДНЫХ ПИРРОЛО (1,2-с) ТИАЗОЛА общей формулы где Rt низший алкил;один из радикалов Rf и R3 - 3пиридил, а другой - водород, о т л и ч ающийс я тем, что соединение общей Формулы где R? и R3 - имеют указанные значения , е подвергают взаимодействию с соединением общей ФормулыV’’ где R, - имеет указанное значение, в среде ацетона или смеси ацетона и диметилформамида при температуре порядка 20°C.SU ..„1251808 А 51251;
