Claims (14)

1 Patentni zahtevki 1. Postopek kovanja, značilen po tem, da obsega korake: - zagotovljena jeklena gredica, katere kemična sestava v masnih % vsebuje: 0,1%<C<0,4% 1%<Μη<1,8% 0,15%<Si<l,7% 0%<Ni<l% 0%<Cr<l,2% 0%<Mo<0,3% 0%<V<0,3% Cu<0,35% - po izbiri od 0,005% do 0,06% aluminija, - po izbiri bor v vsebnosti med 0,0005% in 0,01%, - po izbiri med 0,005% in 0,03% titana, - po izbiri med 0,005% in 0,06% niobija, - po izbiri od 0,005% do 0,1% žvepla, po izbiri do 0,006% kalcija, - po izbiri do 0,03% telurja, po izbiri do 0,05% selena, po izbiri do 0,05% bizmuta, po izbiri do 0,1% svinca, - preostanek je železo in iz plavljenja izhajajoče nečistoče; 2 "* - vroče kovanje omenjene gredice, da se dobi izkovek, - izpostavljanje omenjenega izkovka toplotni obdelavi, ki se sestoji v bistvu iz ohlajanja iz temperature, pri kateri je jeklo popolnoma avstenitno, do temperature Tm, ležeče med Ms + 100 °C in MS°C s hitrostjo Vr ohlajanja, večjo od 0,5°C/s in brez držanja temperature med toplotno obdelavo, čemur sledi držanje izkovka med temperaturo Tm in temperaturo Tf, ki je večja ali enaka Ms, vsaj 2 minuti, tako da se doseže strukturo, ki vsebuje vsaj 15% spodnjega bainita, tvorjenega med Tm in Tr in manj kot 20% perlitnega ferita, pri čemer je Ms začetna temperatura martenzitne premene jekla.
2. Postopek po zahtevku 1 značilen po tem, da jeklo vsebuje manj kot 0,3% ogljika.
