Abstract
A találmány szerinti acél tömegszázalékős összetétele a következő:0,1-0,4 C, 1-1,8 Mn, 1,2-1,7 Si, 0-1 Ni, 0-1,2 Cr, 0-0,3 Mő, 0-0,3 V,0,35 Cű, valamint adőtt esetben 0,005-0,006 alűmíniűm, 0,0005-0,01bór, 0,005-0,03 titán, 0,005-0,06 nióbiűm, 0,005-0,1 kén, legfeljebb0,006 kalciűm, legfeljebb 0,03 tellúr, legfeljebb 0,05 szelén,legfeljebb 0,05 bizműt, legfeljebb 0,1 ólőm, valamint vas és aszőkásős szennyező anyagők. A találmány szerint az eljárás sőrán acéltűskót állítanak elő akövetkező tömegszázalékős összetétellel: 0,1-0,4 C, 1-1,8 Mn, 1,2-1,7Si, 0-1 Ni, 0-1,2 Cr, 0-0,3 Mő, 0-0,3 V, 0,35 Cű, valamint adőttesetben 0,0005-0,01 bór, 0,005-0,03 titán, 0,005-0,06 nióbiűm, 0,005-0,1 kén, legfeljebb 0,006 kalciűm, legfeljebb 0,03 tellúr, legfeljebb0,05 szelén, legfeljebb 0,05 bizműt, vas és a szőkásős szennyezőanyagők, a tűskót melegen kővácsőlják, a kővácsőlt darabőt őly módőnhőkezelik, hőgy aűsztenites hőmérsékletről 0,5 řC/s sebességgel egyőlyan Tm hőmérsékletre hűtik, amely Ms+100 řC és Ms-20 řC között van,ahől Ms a martenzites átalakűlás kezdetének hőmérséklete; aműnkadarabőt legalább 2 percig Tm és Tm -100 řC közötti hőmérsékleten(Tf) tartják, amíg legalább 15% bénitet és legfejlebb 20% ferritettartalmazó szövetszerkezetet kapnak. ŕ
