Abstract

El invento tiene por objeto un procedimiento de fabricacion de una pieza de acero de construccion mecánica, segun el cual se somete un desgaste de acero microaleado, compuesto en porcentajes ponderales de: 0.05<C<0.5%; 1%<Mn<2%; 0.05%<Si<1.5%; 0.1%<Cr<1%; 0%<Mo<0.5%; 0%<V<0.30%; 0%<B<0.010%; 0%<Ti<0.03%; 0%<Nb<0.1%; a un tratamiento térmico o termomecánico, caracterizado porque el mencionado desbaste tiene una estructura bainítica y porque el mencionado tratamiento consta de una etapa de calentamiento, que proporciona por lo menos a una parte del mencionado desbaste una temperatura comprendida entre 500 y 900 degree C, seguida de una etapa de enfriamiento de la mencionada parte a una velocidad superior a 500 degree C/hora. El invento tiene igualmente por objeto una pieza de acero de construccion mecánica fabricada por este procedimiento.
