Description
Claims (9)
- Procédé de fabrication d'une pièce en acier de construction mécanique, selon lequel on soumet une ébauche en acier microallié comportant, en pourcentages pondéraux, 0,05 %≤C≤0,5 %; 1 %≤Mn≤2 %; 0,05 %≤Si ≤1,5 % ; 0,1 %≤Cr≤1 % ; 0 %≤Mo≤0,5 % ; 0≤V≤0,30 % ; 0≤B≤0,010 % ; 0≤Ti≤0,030 % ; 0≤Nb≤0,1 %; le reste étant du fer et des impuretés inévitables, ladite ébauche ayant une structure bainitique, à un traitement thermique ou thermomécanique, ledit traitement comportant une étape de chauffage imposant à une portion seulement de ladite ébauche une température comprise entre 500 et 900°C, caractérisé en ce que ledit chauffage est suivi par une étape de refroidissement de ladite portion à une vitesse supérieure à 500°C/heure, de manière à conserver la structure bainitique et d'éviter un éventuel adoucissement dans au moins une partie de la pièce en dehors de la partie de la pièce qui subit directement l'influence des moyens de chauffage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit chauffage est exercé en vue d'un forgeage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit chauffage est exercé lors d'un traitement de nitruration.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit chauffage est un traitement thermique superficiel.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit traitement thermique est une trempe laser.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit traitement thermique est une trempe à induction.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit traitement thermique est un bombardement par un faisceau d'électrons.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit chauffage résulte d'une opération de soudage.
- Pièce en acier de construction mécanique, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est fabriquée par le procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8.
