Claims (31)

1. Термоформованное изделие, которое образовано из полимерного листа с толщиной от 0,1 до 100 миллиметров, где полимерный лист содержит термопластичную композицию, которая содержит непрерывную фазу, которая включает матричный полимер, где добавка микровключения и добавка нановключения диспергированы в непрерывной фазе в форме дискретных доменов, при этом добавка микровключения присутствует в количестве от 1 вес. % до 20 вес. %, исходя из веса термопластической композиции, а добавка нановключения присутствует в количестве от 0,01 вес. % до 15 вес. %, исходя из веса термопластичной композиции, и дополнительно где в композиции определяется поровая сеть, которая включает множество нанопор со средним размером поперечного сечения 800 нанометров или меньше.
2. Термоформованное изделие по п. 1, где нанопоры характеризуются средним размером поперечного сечения от 1 до 500 нанометров и предпочтительно от 5 до 400 нанометров и/или средним осевым размером от 100 до 5000 нанометров, предпочтительно от 50 до 2000 нанометров и более предпочтительно от 100 до 1000 нанометров.
3. Термоформованное изделие по п. 1, где общий объем пор в композиции составляет от 15% до 80%, предпочтительно от 20% до 70% и более предпочтительно от 30% до 60% на кубический сантиметр.
4. Термоформованное изделие по п. 1, где нанопоры составляют 15 об. % или более предпочтительно 20 об. % или больше и более предпочтительно от 40 об. % до 90 об. % от общего объема пор композиции.
5. Термоформованное изделие по п. 1, где матричный полимер включает сложный полиэфир или полиолефин.
6. Термоформованное изделие по п. 5, где сложный полиэфир включает полимолочную кислоту или полиэтилентерефталат.
7. Термоформованное изделие по п. 1, где добавка микровключения включает полиолефин, например, гомополимер пропилена, сополимер пропилена/α-олефина или их комбинацию.
8. Термоформованное изделие по п. 1, где добавка нановключения представляет собой функционализированный полиолефин, такой как полиэпоксид.
9. Термоформованное изделие по п. 1, где
непрерывная фаза составляет от 75 вес. % до 98 вес. % и более предпочтительно от 80 вес. % до 95 вес. % термопластичной композиции;
добавка микровключения составляет от 1 вес. % до 30 вес. %, предпочтительно от 2 вес. % до 25 вес. % и более предпочтительно от 5 вес. % до 20 вес. % композиции, исходя из веса непрерывной фазы; и/или
добавка нановключения составляет от 0,05 вес. % до 20 вес. %, предпочтительно от 0,1 вес. % до 10 вес. % и более предпочтительно от 0,5 вес. % до 5 вес. % композиции, исходя из веса непрерывной фазы.
10. Термоформованное изделие по п. 1, где непрерывная фаза составляет от 60 вес. % до 99 вес. % термопластичной композиции.
11. Термоформованное изделие по п. 1, где термопластичная композиция содержит модификатор поверхности раздела фаз, такой как силикон, сополимер силикона и простого полиэфира, алифатический сложный полиэфир, ароматический сложный полиэфир, алкиленгликоль, алкандиол, аминоксид, сложный эфир жирной кислоты или их комбинацию.
12. Термоформованное изделие по п. 11, где модификатор поверхности раздела фаз составляет от 0,1 вес. % до 20 вес. % композиции, исходя из веса непрерывной фазы.
13. Термоформованное изделие по п. 1, где композиция не содержит газообразных порообразующих средств.
14. Термоформованное изделие по п. 1, где поровая сеть дополнительно включает микропоры со средним размером поперечного сечения от 0,5 до 30 микрометров и/или с осевым размером от 1 до 30.
15. Термоформованное изделие по п. 1, где поровая сеть распределена однородным образом по всей композиции.
16. Термоформованное изделие по п. 1, где нанопоры распределены в параллельных колонках.
17. Термоформованное изделие по п. 1, где микроразмерные домены характеризуются средним размером поперечного сечения от 0,5 до 250 микрометров.
18. Термоформованное изделие по п. 1, где лист представляет собой многослойный лист и содержит сердцевинный слой и по меньшей мере один внешний слой, где сердцевинный слой, внешний слой или оба содержат термопластичную композицию.
19. Термоформованное изделие по п. 1, где лист имеет толщину от 0,4 до 60 миллиметров и предпочтительно от 0,5 до 20 миллиметров.
20. Способ термоформования изделия по любому из предыдущих пунктов, при этом . Способ включает
нагревание полимерного листа до температуры выше температуры стеклования термопластичной композиции;
осуществление подачи нагретого полимерного листа в пресс-форму для термоформования и
