1. Запечатанный корпус упаковки, содержащий:первый запечатанный участок трубчатой пленки, полученной путем сгибания полосы синтетической полимерной пленки в трубчатую форму посредством накладывания один на другой боковых краевых участков указанной пленки и сплавления перекрывающегося участка в продольном направлении указанной пленки, для удерживания содержимого;вторые запечатанные участки, образованные на обоих концевых участках трубчатой пленки и полученные путем сварки внутренних поверхностей трубчатой пленки на всей протяженности трубчатой пленки в направлении ширины; изавязывающие элементы, соответственно обеспеченные на обоих концевых участках трубчатой пленки и завязывающие оба концевых участка, которые сужены.2. Запечатанный корпус упаковки по п.1, в котором отношение площади второго запечатанного участка ко всей площади хвостика, выступающего наружу из завязывающего элемента к концу трубчатой пленки превышает 5%.3. Claims (26)

1. Запечатанный корпус упаковки, содержащий:
первый запечатанный участок трубчатой пленки, полученной путем сгибания полосы синтетической полимерной пленки в трубчатую форму посредством накладывания один на другой боковых краевых участков указанной пленки и сплавления перекрывающегося участка в продольном направлении указанной пленки, для удерживания содержимого;
вторые запечатанные участки, образованные на обоих концевых участках трубчатой пленки и полученные путем сварки внутренних поверхностей трубчатой пленки на всей протяженности трубчатой пленки в направлении ширины; и
завязывающие элементы, соответственно обеспеченные на обоих концевых участках трубчатой пленки и завязывающие оба концевых участка, которые сужены.
2. Запечатанный корпус упаковки по п.1, в котором отношение площади второго запечатанного участка ко всей площади хвостика, выступающего наружу из завязывающего элемента к концу трубчатой пленки превышает 5%.
3. Запечатанный корпус упаковки по п.1 или 2, в котором ширина второго запечатанного участка составляет 0,1-6,0 мм.
4. Запечатанный корпус упаковки по по п.1 или 2, в котором второй запечатанный участок включает, по меньшей мере, один непрерывный линейный сварной шов на всей протяженности трубчатой пленки в направлении ширины.
5. Запечатанный корпус упаковки по п.4, в котором ширина сварного шва составляет 0,1-2,0 мм.
6. Запечатанный корпус упаковки по п.1, в котором второй запечатанный участок выполнен путем сплавления внутренних поверхностей трубчатой пленки в форме сетки.
7. Запечатанный корпус упаковки по п.1, в котором второй запечатанный участок выполнен ультразвукой сваркой.
8. Запечатанный корпус упаковки по п.1, в котором завязывающий элемент выполнен из синтетической полимерной нити, при этом указанная нить имеет кольцевую форму со сплавленными вместе концевыми участками.
9. Способ производства запечатанного корпуса упаковки, включающий:
стадию образования перекрывающегося участка путем сгибания полосы синтетической полимерной пленки с получением при этом трубчатого корпуса, в котором боковые краевые участки указанной пленки наложены один на другой;
первую стадию сварки для сплавления перекрывающегося участка указанного трубчатого корпуса в продольном направлении пленки, при этом образуя первый запечатанный участок и получая трубчатый пленочный элемент;
стадию заполнения трубчатого пленочного элемента содержимым;
стадию сжатия при приложении давления снаружи к заполненному содержимым трубчатому пленочному элементу пленке и непрерывного образования в трубчатой пленке с заданными интервалами плоского участка, ниже которого содержимое выдавлено;
вторую стадию сварки при приложении тепла к указанному плоскому участку и сплавления внутренних поверхностей трубчатого пленочного элемента на всей его протяженности в направлении ширины, с образованием второго запечатанного участка; и
стадию завязывания, включающую сжатие трубчатой пленки на втором запечатанном участке или вблизи второго запечатанного участка, с образованием суженного участок, и завязывание указанного суженного участка.
10. Способ по п.9, в котором на второй стадии сварки второй запечатанный участок выполняют так, что отношение площади второго запечатанного участка к всей площади хвостика, выступающего наружу из завязывающего элемента к концу трубчатой пленки превышает 5%.
11. Способ по п.9 или 10, в котором на второй стадии сварки ширина второго запечатанного участка составляет от 0,1 мм до 6,0 мм.
12. Способ по п.9 или 10, в котором на второй стадии сварки второй запечатанный участок выполняют так, что он включает по меньшей мере один непрерывный линейный сварной шов по всей протяженности трубчатой пленки в направлении ширины.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором на второй стадии сварки ширина линейного сварного шва составляет 0,1-2,0 мм.
14. Способ по п.9, в котором на второй стадии сварки второй запечатанный участок выполняют путем сварки внутренних поверхностей трубчатой пленки в форме сетки.
15. Способ по п.9, в котором второй запечатанный участок выполняют ультразвуковой сваркой.
16. Способ по п.9, в котором на первой стадии сварки первый запечатанный участок выполняют путем непрерывного запечатывания ультразвуковой сваркой, так что он включает по меньшей мере один линейный сварной шов, продолжающийся в продольном направлении трубчатой пленки.
17. Способ по п.9, в котором на стадии завязывания вокруг суженного участка размещают синтетическую полимерную нить, и ее концевые участки сплавляют.
18. Устройство для получения запечатанного корпуса упаковки, содержащее:
средство образования перекрывающегося участка путем сгибания полосы синтетической полимерной пленки с образованием трубчатого корпуса, в котором боковые краевые участки указанной пленки наложены один на другой;
первое сварочное средство для сплавления перекрывающегося участка указанного трубчатого корпуса с образованием при этом первого запечатанного участка и с получением трубчатого пленочного элемента;
средство заполнения трубчатого пленочного элемента содержимым;
средство сжатия для приложения давления снаружи к заполненному содержимым трубчатому пленочному элементу, и непрерывного образования в трубчатой пленке с заданными интервалами плоского участка, ниже которого содержимое выдавлено;
второе сварочное средство для приложения тепла к плоскому участку и сплавления внутренних поверхностей трубчатого пленочного элемента на всей его протяженности в направлении ширины, при этом образуя второй запечатанный участок; и
завязывающее средство для сжатия трубчатой пленки на втором запечатанном участке или вблизи второго запечатанного участка с образованием суженного участка, и для завязывания указанного суженного участка.
19. Устройство по п.18, в котором второе сварочное средство образует второй запечатанный участок, так что отношение площади второго запечатанного корпуса ко всей площади хвостика, выступающего наружу из завязывающего элемента к концу трубчатой пленки превышает 5%.
20. Устройство по п.18 или 19, в котором второе сварочное средство образует второй запечатанный участок с шириной 0,1-6,0 мм.
21. Устройство по п.18 или 19, в котором вторая стадия сварки образует второй запечатанный участок, содержащий по меньшей мере один непрерывный линейный сварной шов по всей протяженности трубчатой пленки в направлении ширины.
22. Устройство по п.21, в котором второе сварочное средство образует линейный сварной шов шириной 0,1-2,0 мм.
23. Устройство по п.18, в котором второе сварочное средство сплавляет внутренние поверхности трубчатой пленки в форме сетки, образуя при этом второй запечатанный участок.
24. Устройство по п.18, в котором второе запечатывающее средство содержит средство для образования второго запечатанного участка в плоском участке посредством ультразвуковой сварки.
25. Устройство по п.18, в котором первое сварочное средство является средством для выполнения первого запечатанного участка с использованием полусферической опоры и ультразвукового волновода и образует, по меньшей мере, один линейный сплавленный участок, продолжающийся в продольном направлении трубчатой пленки.
26. Устройство по п.18, в котором завязывающее средство содержит средство для размещения синтетической полимерной нити вокруг суженного участка и сплавления концевых участков указанной нити.
