Abstract
1. Композиция, содержащая ! по меньшей мере одну расширяемую микросферу и ! по меньшей мере одно ионное соединение, ! причем упомянутая композиция имеет электрокинетический потенциал больше или равный 0 мВ при рН приблизительно 9,0 или меньше при ионной силе от 10-6 до 0,1 моль. ! 2. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутый электрокинетический потенциал больше 0 мВ. ! 3. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутый электрокинетический потенциал находится в диапазоне от больше нуля до +150 мВ. ! 4. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутый электрокинетический потенциал находится в диапазоне от больше +20 до +130 мВ. ! 5. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутым ионным соединением является по меньшей мере одно соединение, выбираемое из группы, состоящей из органического и неорганического ионных соединений. ! 6. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутым ионным соединением является по меньшей мере одно полиорганическое соединение. ! 7. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутый ионным соединением является по меньшей мере одно соединение полиамина. ! 8. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутое ионное соединение является сшитым, разветвленным или сочетанием сшитого и разветвленного. ! 9. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутым ионным соединением является по меньшей мере одно соединение полиэтиленимина. ! 10. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутым ионным соединением является по меньшей мере одно соединение полиэтиленимина, имеющее молекулярную массу, равную по меньшей мере 600 средневзвешенным молекулярным массам. ! 11. Claims (39)
1. Композиция, содержащая
по меньшей мере одну расширяемую микросферу и
по меньшей мере одно ионное соединение,
причем упомянутая композиция имеет электрокинетический потенциал больше или равный 0 мВ при рН приблизительно 9,0 или меньше при ионной силе от 10-6 до 0,1 моль.
2. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутый электрокинетический потенциал больше 0 мВ.
3. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутый электрокинетический потенциал находится в диапазоне от больше нуля до +150 мВ.
4. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутый электрокинетический потенциал находится в диапазоне от больше +20 до +130 мВ.
5. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутым ионным соединением является по меньшей мере одно соединение, выбираемое из группы, состоящей из органического и неорганического ионных соединений.
6. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутым ионным соединением является по меньшей мере одно полиорганическое соединение.
7. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутый ионным соединением является по меньшей мере одно соединение полиамина.
8. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутое ионное соединение является сшитым, разветвленным или сочетанием сшитого и разветвленного.
9. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутым ионным соединением является по меньшей мере одно соединение полиэтиленимина.
10. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутым ионным соединением является по меньшей мере одно соединение полиэтиленимина, имеющее молекулярную массу, равную по меньшей мере 600 средневзвешенным молекулярным массам.
11. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутый ионным соединением является по меньшей мере одно соединение полиэтиленимина, имеющее молекулярную массу от 600 до 40000 средневзвешенных молекулярных масс.
12. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутое ионное соединение является катионным.
13. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутое ионное соединение содержит по меньшей мере один член группы, состоящей из глинозема и кремнезема.
14. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутое ионное соединение содержит коллоид, содержащий по меньшей мере один член группы, состоящей из кремнезема, глинозема, оксида олова, диоксида циркония, оксида сурьмы, оксида железа и оксидов редкоземельных металлов.
15. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутое ионное соединение содержит золь, содержащий по меньшей мере один член группы, состоящей из кремнезема, глинозема, оксида олова, диоксида циркония, оксида сурьмы, оксида железа и оксидов редкоземельных металлов.
16. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что композицией является частица.
17. Композиция по п.16, отличающаяся тем, что наружная поверхность по меньшей мере одной расширяемой микросферы связана с ионным соединением.
18. Композиция по п.16, отличающаяся тем, что наружная поверхность по меньшей мере одной расширяемой микросферы нековалентно связана с ионным соединением.
19. Частица по п.16, отличающаяся тем, что наружная поверхность по меньшей мере одной расширяемой микросферы является анионной.
20. Частица по п.16, отличающаяся тем, что ионное соединение является катионным.
21. Способ изготовления композиции по п.1, содержащий контакт по меньшей мере одной расширяемой микросферы с по меньшей мере одним ионным соединением для образования смеси.
22. Способ по п.21, кроме того, содержащий центрифугирование смеси для образования первой фазы, содержащей по меньшей мере одно ионное соединение, и второй фазы, содержащей частицу.
23. Способ изготовления композиции по п.1, содержащий адсорбцию по меньшей мере одного ионного соединения на по меньшей мере одной расширяемой микросфере.
24. Композиция по п.1, кроме того, содержащая некоторое множество целлюлозных волокон.
25. Композиция по п.24, отличающаяся тем, что наружная поверхность по меньшей мере одной расширяемой микросферы связана с ионным соединением.
26. Композиция по п.24, отличающаяся тем, что наружная поверхность по меньшей мере одной расширяемой микросферы нековалентно связана с ионным соединением.
27. Способ изготовления композиции по п.24, содержащий контакт по меньшей мере одной расширяемой микросферы с по меньшей мере одним ионным соединением для образования частицы и контакт упомянутой частицы с упомянутым множеством целлюлозных волокон.
28. Способ изготовления композиции по п.24, содержащий
контакт по меньшей мере одной расширяемой микросферы с по меньшей мере одним ионным соединением для образования частицы; и
ввод частицы в раствор, содержащий некоторое множество целлюлозных волокон.
29. Бумажная или картонная основа, содержащая
некоторое множество целлюлозных волокон;
от 0,1 до 5 мас.% некоторого множества расширяемых микросфер, отличающаяся тем, что основа имеет гладкость Sheffield меньше 250 единиц, измеренную методов TAPPI Т 538 om-1; и
пятнистость оттиска цвета 2nd cyan не больше 6.
30. Основа по п.29, отличающаяся тем, что наружные поверхности расширяемых микросфер связаны с ионным соединением.
31. Основа по п.29, содержащая от 0,1 до 3 мас.% некоторого множества расширяемых микросфер.
32. Основа по п.29, содержащая от 0,1 до 2 мас.% некоторого множества расширяемых микросфер.
33. Основа по п.29, кроме того, содержащая по меньшей мере один слой покрытия.
34. Основа по п.29, отличающаяся тем, что слой покрытия содержит по меньшей мере одно верхнее покрытие и по меньшей мере одно базовое покрытие.
35. Основа по п.29, отличающаяся тем, что гладкость Sheffield меньше 250 единиц и пятнистость оттиска по сканеру меньше 6 после каландрирования упомянутой основы, измеренные методом TAPPI Т 538 om-1.
36. Основа по п.29, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутая основа имеет шероховатость поверхность Parker Print от приблизительно 1,0 до 0,5, измеренную методом TAPPI Т 555 om-99.
37. Изделие, содержащее основу по п.29.
38. Изделие по п.33, отличающееся тем, что изделием является картонная тара.
39. Изделие, содержащее по меньшей мере одну бумажную или картонную основу, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере одна основа содержит полотно целлюлозных волокон и наполнитель; отличающееся тем, что изделие имеет массу, равную или меньше 1 унции; и отличающееся тем, что изделие имеет массу, разница которой от 1 унции является абсолютным значением, которое больше такового у известного пакета, имеющего такое же количество слоев.
