Claims (24)
1. Двухскоростная передача, содержащая:
планетарную передачу, содержащую входной элемент, подсоединенный к входному водилу, при этом входное водило подсоединено к входному валу;
солнечную шестерню и зубчатое колесо;
при этом входное водило содержит большое количество планетарных элементов, каждый из которых находится в зубчатом зацеплении с солнечной шестерней и зубчатым колесом;
солнечная шестерня соединена с тормозным элементом;
зубчатое колесо соединено с выходным элементом;
муфту свободного хода, функционально расположенную между входным валом и выходным элементом.
2. Двухскоростная передача по п.1, в которой входной элемент содержит шкив.
3. Двухскоростная передача по п.1, в которой выходной элемент содержит шкив.
4. Двухскоростная передача по п.3, в которой планетарная передача фактически расположена в пределах ширины выходного элемента.
5. Двухскоростная передача по п.2, в которой тормозной элемент фактически расположен в пределах ширины входного элемента.
6. Двухскоростная передача по п.3, в которой выходной элемент дополнительно содержит средство для непосредственного соединения со вспомогательным устройством.
7. Двухскоростная передача по п.1, в которой входной элемент и выходной элемент соосны.
8. Двухскоростная передача по п.1, в которой тормоз является электромагнитным.
9. Двухскоростная передача по п.1, дополнительно содержащая:
подшипник, расположенный между тормозом и входным валом;
подшипник, расположенный между солнечной шестерней и входным валом.
10. Ременная приводная система вспомогательного устройства, содержащая:
приводной шкив;
планетарную передачу, имеющую входной шкив и выходной шкив;
при этом входной шкив соединен с входным водилом;
вспомогательное устройство, имеющее шкив;
первый ремень, для обеспечения приведения в движение вводимый в зацепление между шкивом приводного элемента и входным шкивом;
второй ремень, для обеспечения приведения в движение вводимый в зацепление между выходным шкивом и шкивом вспомогательного устройства;
при этом выходной шкив и шкив вспомогательного устройства имеют передаточное отношение;
планетарная передача имеет передаточное отношение, при этом передаточное отношение передачи определяется скоростью двигателя;
передаточное отношение шкивов в сочетании с передаточным отношением передачи определяет скорость вспомогательного устройства.
11. Система по п.10, в которой передаточное отношение передачи больше 1 и находится в диапазоне приблизительно от 1,3 до 1,7.
12. Система по п.10, в которой выходной шкив и входной шкив соосны.
13. Система по п.10, дополнительно содержащая вспомогательное устройство, непосредственным образом соединенное с выходным валом передачи.
14. Система по п.10, в которой планетарная передача содержит электромагнитный тормоз для управления вращением солнечной шестерни.
15. Система по п.14, в которой планетарная передача содержит подшипник, расположенный между электромагнитным тормозом и входным валом, при этом входной вал подсоединен к входному водилу.
16. Система по п.15, в которой планетарная передача содержит подшипник скольжения, расположенный между входным валом и выходным валом.
17. Система по п.14, в которой планетарная передача содержит муфту свободного хода, расположенную между входным валом и выходным валом, при этом муфта свободного хода будет входить в зацепление, когда электромагнитный тормоз будет выведен из зацепления.
18. Система по п.14, в которой электромагнитный тормоз приводят в действие посредством сигнала, касающегося скорости двигателя.
19. Система по п.16, в которой планетарные шестерни полностью находятся в пределах ширины шкива.
20. Система по п.10, в которой первый ремень имеет модуль упругости приблизительно от 1500 до приблизительно 3000 Н/мм.
21. Система по п.10, в которой второй ремень имеет модуль упругости в диапазоне приблизительно от 1500 до приблизительно 3000 Н/мм.
22. Система по п.10, дополнительно содержащая натяжное устройство, при этом натяжное устройство имеет асимметричный демпфер.
23. Способ приведения в действие вспомогательного устройства двигателя, приводимого посредством ремня, содержащий:
приведение в действие передачи посредством приводного элемента;
приведение в действие вспомогательного устройства посредством передачи;
установление передаточного отношения шкивов между вспомогательным устройством и передачей;
выбор передаточного отношения передачи согласно скорости приводного элемента;
работу вспомогательного устройства при сочетании передаточного отношения шкивов и передаточного отношения передачи для первой скорости приводного элемента;
работу вспомогательного устройства только при передаточном отношении шкивов для второй скорости приводного элемента, при этом вторая скорость приводного элемента больше первой скорости приводного элемента.
24. Способ по п.23, дополнительно содержащий соединение второго вспомогательного устройства непосредственно с передачей.
