Description
Claims (24)
- ドライバプーリと、
入力プーリと出力プーリとを有するプラネタリギアトランスミッションと、
前記入力プーリは入力キャリアに接続され、
補機プーリを有する補機と、
前記ドライバプーリと前記入力プーリとの間で駆動するように係合する第1のベルトと、
前記出力プーリと前記補機プーリとの間で駆動するように係合する第2のベルトと、
前記入力キャリアは入力シャフトに接続され、
前記入力シャフトと前記出力プーリとの間に動作可能に設けられるワンウェイクラッチとを備え、
前記出力プーリ及び前記補機プーリはプーリ比を有し、
前記プラネタリギアトランスミッションはトランスミッション比を有し、前記トランスミッション比はエンジンスピードによって決定され、
前記プーリ比は補機スピードを決定する前記トランスミッション比と合算され、
前記プラネタリギアトランスミッションは電磁ブレーキを備え、
前記入力シャフトは、前記電磁ブレーキに軸支され、
前記電磁ブレーキは前記入力プーリの幅の中に実質的に設けられる補機ベルトドライブシステム。 - 1よりも大きい前記トランスミッション比は、1.3から1.7の範囲にある請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記出力プーリ及び前記入力プーリは同軸である請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは、トランスミッション出力シャフトに直接接続される補機をさらに備える請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プラネタリギアトランスミッションは、サンギアの回転を調節するための電磁ブレーキを備える請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プラネタリギアトランスミッションは前記電磁ブレーキと入力シャフトとの間に設けられるベアリングを備え、前記入力シャフトは前記入力キャリアに接続される請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記プラネタリギアトランスミッションは、前記入力シャフトと前記電磁ブレーキとの間に設けられるスリーブベアリングを備える請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記プラネタリギアトランスミッションは入力シャフトと出力シャフトとの間に設けられるワンウェイクラッチを備え、前記ワンウェイクラッチは前記電磁ブレーキが解放されたときに係合される請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記電磁ブレーキはエンジンスピード信号により作動される請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記プラネタリギアはプーリの幅の中に完全に含まれる請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1ベルトは、1500N/mmから3000N/mmの範囲の弾性を有する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2ベルトは、1500N/mmから3000N/mmの範囲の弾性を有する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- テンショナをさらに備え、前記テンショナは非対称減衰を有する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 特定のプーリ比を有するようにプラネタリトランスミッション出力プーリ及び補機プーリを選択するステップと、
ドライバに接続されたベルトでプラネタリトランスミッション入力プーリを駆動するステップと、
前記プラネタリトランスミッション入力プーリを入力キャリアに接続し、
前記入力キャリアを入力シャフトに接続し、
前記プラネタリトランスミッション入力プーリに接続される入力シャフトと前記プラネタリトランスミッション出力プーリとの間に動作可能にワンウェイクラッチを設けるステップと、
前記プラネタリトランスミッション入力プーリの幅の中に実質的に設けられ、前記入力シャフトに軸支される電磁ブレーキを設けるステップと、
前記プラネタリトランスミッション出力プーリに接続されるベルトで補機のプーリを駆動するステップと、
第1のエンジンスピードにおいて第1の補機スピードで補機を駆動するステップと、
第2のエンジンスピードにおいて第2の補機スピードで補機を駆動するステップと、前記第2の補機スピードは前記第1の補機スピードよりも遅く、前記第1のエンジンスピードは前記第2のエンジンスピードよりも遅く、
特定のエンジンスピードでトランスミッション比を制御するステップと、
前記第1のエンジンスピードにおいて1よりも大きいトランスミッション比を用いるステップと、
前記第2のエンジンスピードにおいて1と等しいトランスミッション比を用いるステップと、
補機スピードをトランスミッション比及び前記プーリ比で制御するステップとを備えるエンジン補機の駆動方法。 - ベルトの振動を非対称に減衰するステップをさらに備える請求項14に記載の方法。
- 補機を前記プラネタリトランスミッションに直接接続するステップをさらに備える請求項14に記載の方法。
- トランスミッション比及び入力プーリ及び出力手段及びワンウェイクラッチを有するプラネタリトランスミッション手段を備え、
前記プラネタリトランスミッション手段は前記入力プーリを介して係合するドライバにより駆動され、
前記入力プーリは入力キャリアに接続され、
前記入力キャリアは入力シャフトに接続され、
前記ワンウェイクラッチは、前記入力シャフトと前記出力手段との間に動作可能に設けられ、
前記出力手段は第1の補機駆動手段に駆動的に接続され、
前記出力手段及び前記第1の補機駆動手段は特定の比を有し、
第2の補機は前記プラネタリトランスミッション手段に直接接続され、
合算された前記トランスミッション比及び前記比は、第1のドライバスピードの間、第1のスピードで前記第1の補機を駆動し、
前記トランスミッション比は第2のドライバスピードにおいて1となり、前記第2のドライバスピードは前記第1のドライバスピードよりも速く、
前記プラネタリトランスミッション手段は電磁ブレーキ手段を備え、
前記入力シャフトは、前記電磁ブレーキ手段に軸支され、
前記電磁ブレーキ手段は前記入力プーリの幅の中に実質的に設けられる補機ベルトドライブシステム。 - 前記プラネタリトランスミッション手段は前記トランスミッション比を制御するための電磁ブレーキ手段を備える請求項17に記載の補機ベルトドライブシステム。
- ドライバでプラネタリトランスミッションを駆動し、
前記プラネタリトランスミッションは入力プーリ及び出力プーリ及び電磁ブレーキを備え、前記電磁ブレーキを入力プーリの幅の中に実質的に設け、
前記入力プーリを入力キャリアに接続し、
前記入力キャリアを入力シャフトに接続し、
前記入力シャフトと前記出力プーリとの間に動作可能にワンウェイクラッチを設け、
前記入力シャフトは、前記電磁ブレーキ手段に軸支され、
前記プラネタリトランスミッションで補機を駆動し、
前記補機と前記プラネタリトランスミッションとの間のプーリ比を決定し、
ドライバスピードに従ってトランスミッション比を選択し、
第1のドライバスピードにおいて前記プーリ比と前記トランスミッション比との合算で前記補機を制御し、
前記第2のドライバスピードにおいて前記プーリ比で前記補機のみを制御し、前記第2のドライバスピードは前記第1のドライバスピードよりも速い、ベルト駆動エンジン補機を駆動する方法。 - さらに、前記プラネタリトランスミッションに第2の補機を直接接続する請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記プラネタリギアトランスミッションは5%から25%のデューティーサイクルを有する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 5%から25%の範囲におけるトランスミッションデューティーサイクルで動作する前記ステップを備える請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記プラネタリトランスミッション手段は5%から25%の範囲におけるデューティーサイクルを有する請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 5%から25%のデューティーサイクルで前記プラネタリトランスミッションを動かす前記ステップを備える請求項19に記載の方法。
