Abstract

本发明提供一种集装箱数据中心,其包括箱体、驱动装置、传动装置和牵引绳,该箱体包括侧壁,该驱动装置包括马达、变速器及转轴,变速器连接于马达和转轴之间,马达经过变速器进而带动转轴转动,传动装置包括滑轮,该滑轮连接于转轴以随转轴转动,牵引绳一端固定并缠绕于滑轮上,牵引绳的另一端固定于所述侧壁上。该集装箱数据中心可实现侧壁的自动开启或关闭,便于多台集装箱数据中心对接和内部设备的安装调试。

集装箱数据中心
技术领域
本发明涉及一种集装箱数据中心(Container Data Center,CDC)。
背景技术
集装箱数据中心(CDC)因具有可灵活移动、较强的数据处理能力及较高的商业价值等优点而被广泛应用。目前,CDC内部大都装设了大量的服务器、存储器及网络设备等,当需要对上述设备进行调试时,需要打开CDC箱体的端门。然而,当需要多台CDC对接以实现CDC与CDC之间的数据通信时,单靠开设端门会有较大的局限性(如线路连接不便),不便于用户操作。
发明内容
鉴于以上情况,有必要提供一种便于对接的集装箱数据中心。
一种集装箱数据中心,其包括箱体、驱动装置、传动装置和牵引绳,该箱体包括侧壁,该驱动装置包括马达、变速器及转轴,变速器连接于马达和转轴之间,马达经过变速器进而带动转轴转动,传动装置包括滑轮,该滑轮连接于转轴以随转轴转动,牵引绳一端固定并缠绕于滑轮上,牵引绳的另一端固定于所述侧壁上。
本发明的集装箱数据中心通过马达带动滑轮转动,进而通过牵引绳带动侧壁移动以开启或关闭箱体。该集装箱数据中心可在不改变箱体内部结构的同时可实现侧壁的自动开启或关闭,当需要多台集装箱数据中心对接时,侧壁可以自动打开,便于内部设备的安装调试。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明的较佳实施方式提供一种集装箱数据中心(CDC)100,其包括箱体10、二驱动装置30、牵引绳40及二传动装置50。
该箱体10包括二端壁12、一顶壁14、一底壁(图未示)及二侧壁16。该二端壁12、顶壁14、底壁及二侧壁16围成一矩形的封闭空间,以容置服务器、存储器及网络设备等。二端壁12相对设置,其上均设置一承重钢梁(图未示),其中一端壁12上设置一端门122,该端门122可在使用时打开,以便用户通过该端门122进入箱体10内。该顶壁14和底壁相对设置,且顶壁14和底壁各自的两端均与二端壁12连接,该顶壁14上沿竖直方向设置二承重板18(请参阅图4)。该二侧壁16相对设置,其中一侧壁16的一侧边转动的连接于底壁上,该侧壁16的另一侧边通过牵引绳40与传动装置50相连,该侧壁16在传动装置50及牵引绳40的带动下绕该底壁转动,进而开启或关闭该箱体10。
请结合参阅图2,该驱动装置30通过铆接等方式固定于端壁12的承重钢梁上,该驱动装置30包括马达32、变速器34及转轴36。马达32可在设于箱体10外部的开关(图未示)的控制下启动,该变速器34连接于马达32和转轴36之间,用以将马达32的高速低扭矩转动改变为低速高扭矩转动,进而带动转轴36转动。
请结合参阅图3及图4,该传动装置50包括框架52、滑轮54及连接件58。该框架52包括二连接板522及二连接柱524,二连接板522相对设置并通过连接柱524连接。每一连接柱524包括一连接端526,该连接端526穿过其中一连接板522。同时该连接端526用于穿过设于顶壁14上的一个承重板18,以通过螺钉锁固于该承重板18上,进而将该传动装置50固定于箱体10内。该滑轮54容置于框架52内并可转动地固定于二连接板522上,牵引绳40固定并缠绕在滑轮54的轴上,且通过自由端固定在侧壁16上。连接件58穿过一连接板522以连接滑轮54的轴。该连接件58呈中空状,用于与驱动装置30的转轴36配合,以便转轴36带动滑轮54转动。
当用户需要开启侧壁16时,首先开启马达32以带动转轴36转动,由于转轴36与连接件58配合,连接件58与滑轮54连接,故转轴36将带动滑轮54转动。此时,牵引绳40从滑轮54的轴上释放,侧壁16沿远离顶壁14的方向移动直至侧壁16被打开到一定的角度。当用户需要关闭侧壁16时,开启马达32以带动转轴36反向转动,此时,滑轮54随转轴36转动以收起牵引绳40,进而带动侧壁16沿靠近顶壁14的方向移动直至侧壁16盖合所述箱体10的封闭空间。
可以理解,本发明的牵引绳40可为钢绳。
可以理解,本发明的驱动装置30和传动装置50设于箱体10内的位置可以互换,即驱动装置30固定于顶壁14的承重板18上,传动装置50通过固定于端壁12的承重横梁上。
本发明的集装箱数据中心100通过马达32带动滑轮54转动,并通过牵引绳40连接侧壁16以带动侧壁16移动,进而开启或关闭箱体10。该集装箱数据中心100在不改变箱体内部结构的同时可实现侧壁16的自动开启或关闭,当需要多台集装箱数据中心100对接时,侧壁16可以自动打开,便于内部设备的安装调试。

Claims (8)

1.一种集装箱数据中心,其包括箱体,该箱体包括侧壁,其特征在于:该集装箱数据中心还包括驱动装置、传动装置和牵引绳,该驱动装置包括马达、变速器及转轴,变速器连接于马达和转轴之间,马达经过变速器进而带动转轴转动,传动装置包括滑轮,该滑轮连接于转轴以随转轴转动,牵引绳一端固定并缠绕于滑轮上,牵引绳的另一端固定于所述侧壁上。
2.如权利要求1所述的集装箱数据中心,其特征在于:所述传动装置包括框体,所述滑轮容置于框体内。
3.如权利要求2所述的集装箱数据中心,其特征在于:所述框体包括二连接板及二连接柱,二连接板相对设置并通过连接柱连接,所述滑轮转动地固定于连接板上。
4.如权利要求3所述的集装箱数据中心,其特征在于:所述传动装置包括连接件,该连接件穿过连接板并连接滑轮,该连接件呈中空状并与转轴配合。
5.如权利要求3所述的集装箱数据中心,其特征在于:所述箱体还包括二端壁、一顶壁、一底壁及另一侧壁,所述二端壁、顶壁、底壁及二侧壁围成封闭空间。
6.如权利要求5所述的集装箱数据中心,其特征在于:所述顶壁上设置承重板,所述连接柱包括连接端,该连接端穿过连接板和承重板,并通过螺钉锁固于承重板上。
7.如权利要求5所述的集装箱数据中心,其特征在于:所述端壁上设置承重钢梁,所述驱动装置固定于该承重钢梁上。
8.如权利要求5所述的集装箱数据中心,其特征在于:所述侧壁的一侧边转动的连接于底壁上。
