下部组件2.0由下部组件机壳2.1跟液晶显示屏2.12通过嵌入的方式组装完成,液晶显示屏2.12外侧装有触摸屏2.13,最外侧为显示屏安装保护框2.14.前下方安装装饰组灯2.15对屏幕起到保护与美观的作用。下部组件机壳2.1背面有可开启机壳背板2.8,PC主机2.9和音箱2.7、安装在下部组件机壳2.1内,散热风扇2.10安置在机壳上部左右两侧, PC主机2.9安置在机壳上中部;音箱2.7安置在机壳下部。全部设备的供电与保护装置安装在下部组件检修门2.8下方。通过外接电源插座2.2与外部电源连接。漏电保护断路器2.3确保人员安全。折叠装置操作开关2.4控制上部组件2.0的折叠翻转。外接网络接口2.5与外部进行有线网络连接。外侧有电源板保护门2.6防止无关人员的误操作造成损失,VR游戏手柄通过VR手柄接入口2.11进入下部组件机壳2.1内部与PC主机2.9进行连接,下部组件机壳2.1下方安装有万向轮2.16,方便整体设备进行短距离的移动。
下面结合图4对本实用新型VR头显收放装置结构组成进行详细说明。
如图4所示,VR头显收放装置1.5包括安装保护支架3.0、动力传动系统4.0、电器控制系统5.0和滑轮系统6.0,所述动力传动系统4.0位于安装保护支架3.0的内部,所述电器控制系统5.0与安装保护支架3.0的外壁固定连接,所述滑轮系统6.0与动力传动系统4.0活动连接,所述电器控制系统5.0通过导线与动力传动系统4.0电连接,电机安装座3.1、改向链轮安装座3.2与保护罩3.3通过焊接连接为一个整体组成安装保护支架3.0,原位限位开关5.1安装在电机安装座3.1上,到位限位开关5.2安装在改向链轮安装座3.2上,滑轮6.1通过滑轮安装座6.2固定在直线轴承座组6.3上,利用安装在安装保护支架3.0上的两根导向轴6.4约束,使其可以在导向轴6.4上前后运动,连接片6.5与直线轴承座6.3用紧固件连接,这些部件组成了滑轮系统6.0,动力传动系统4.0主要由电机4.1、链条4.10、改向链轮4.9、驱动链轮4.2、外摩擦片4.3、内摩擦片4.4与摩擦片压板4.8组成,内摩擦片4.4的内孔与电机4.1的输出轴通过卡槽限位,外圈与驱动链轮4.2接触并可在其内部自由转动,外摩擦片4.3的外圈凸缘嵌入驱动链轮4.2内孔的卡槽内,同时内孔可在电机4.1的驱动轴上自由转动,多片内外摩擦片成组叠加以增加摩擦力,摩擦片压板4.8用紧固件4.7固定在驱动链轮4.2上,利用波珠螺丝4.6的弹力压紧内外摩擦片,通过调节波珠螺丝4.7达到控制输出扭矩的目的,最终用锁紧螺母4.5锁紧,防止松动造成扭矩变化,电机4.1通过内摩擦片4.4,外摩擦片4.3,驱动链轮4.2,链条4.10,改向链轮4.9和固定在链条上的连接片6.5,驱动滑轮系统前后运动。
整个系统工作原理为:开始状态时滑轮组位于原位,头戴式VR显示器的插头端固定在机架上,中间的线缆绕过滑轮6.1使显示器端悬空。放线时,PC主机2.9控制动力传动系统4.0运动,带动滑轮系统6.0向另一端运动,直到触动到位限位开关5.2,此时到位限位开关5.2断开电路,使电机4.1停止转动,在滑轮6.1运动时,头戴式VR显示器由于液晶显示器2.12的重力作用,线缆通过滑轮6.1释放,头戴式VR显示器下降到游戏者需要的位置,在收线时动作相反,PC主机2.9控制动力传动系统4.0带动滑轮系统6.0反向运动,滑轮6.1通过线缆拉动头戴式VR显示器回收,直到触动原位限位开关5.1断开电路后停止,在放线或收线的过程中,当头戴式VR显示器由于某些无法预料的外接因素造成收放线受阻,动力传动装置4.0的内外摩擦片之间打滑,卸载多余的应力,保护头戴式VR显示器的线缆,防止线缆断裂,如在规定的时间内无法收线或放线到位,则触发程序,PC主机2.9报警,提示后台操作人员异常现象。
如果在异常断电造成PC主机2.9无法控制整个系统时,备用电源介入,利用电机4.1回收头戴式VR显示器到原位后电源断开,防止由于突然断电造成头戴式VR显示器外露所造成的财产损失。
本实用新型的主旨是VR游戏机线下网点无人化值守运营,将VR游戏的展示效果最大化;目标是要达到易运输、易安装、易操作、易维护、易展示的要求。
本实用新型所使用的外机新技术的采用折叠式组合,分为上部组件1.0与下部组件2.0两部分,上部组件1.0主要承担VR头显的保护,收放与支撑作用;下部组件2.0主要承担核心部件的容纳,包括PC主机2.9、音箱2.7、液晶显示屏2.12、电源及数据传输线等,上部组件1.0、下部组件2.0可单独分离,其中任一组件损坏可直接替换无需现场维修与升级,保证设备持续运行。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (7)
1.一种大屏VR游戏一体机,包括上部组件(1.0)和下部组件(2.0),其特征在于:所述上部组件(1.0)位于下部组件(2.0)的顶部,所述上部组件(1.0)的内部固定连接有VR头显收放装置(1.5),所述VR头显收放装置(1.5)包括安装保护支架(3.0)、动力传动系统(4.0)、电器控制系统(5.0)和滑轮系统(6.0),所述动力传动系统(4.0)位于安装保护支架(3.0)的内部,所述电器控制系统(5.0)与安装保护支架(3.0)的外壁固定连接,所述滑轮系统(6.0)与动力传动系统(4.0)活动连接,所述电器控制系统(5.0)通过导线与动力传动系统(4.0)电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大屏VR游戏一体机,其特征在于:所述上部组件(1.0)包括上部组件机壳(1.1),所述上部组件机壳(1.1)的下表面固定连接有上部组件折叠装置(1.2),所述上部组件折叠装置(1.2)远离上部组件机壳(1.1)的一侧面固定连接有上部组件翻转板(1.3),所述上部组件折叠装置(1.2)的正面固定连接有折叠装置检修门(1.4),所述上部组件机壳(1.1)的内部固定连接有VR头显收放装置(1.5),所述上部组件机壳(1.1)的上表面固定连接有收放装置检修门(1.6),所述上部组件机壳(1.1)远离上部组件折叠装置(1.2)的一端固定连接有头显保护罩(1.7),所述头显保护罩(1.7)的下表面固定连接有紫外线消毒灯(1.8),所述上部组件翻转板(1.3)的下表面与下部组件(2.0)固定连接,头显保护罩(1.7)和VR头显收放装置(1.5)通过紧固件连接在一起并通过铰链与上部组件翻转板(1.3)固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大屏VR游戏一体机,其特征在于:所述下部组件(2.0)包括下部组件机壳(2.1),所述下部组件机壳(2.1)的外壁分别固定镶嵌有外接电源插座(2.2)和漏电保护断路器(2.3),所述外接电源插座(2.2)位于漏电保护断路器(2.3)的正面,所述下部组件机壳(2.1)的外壁固定连接有折叠装置操作开关(2.4),所述折叠装置操作开关(2.4)位于,所述漏电保护断路器(2.3)的背面,所述下部组件机壳(2.1)的外壁开设有外接网络接口(2.5),下部组件机壳(2.1)右侧面的外壁活动连接有电源板保护门(2.6),所述电源板保护门(2.6)位于外接电源插座(2.2)的右侧,所述下部组件机壳(2.1)的内部固定连接有音响(2.7),所述下部组件机壳(2.1)的外壁活动连接有下部组件检修门(2.8),所述下部组件机壳(2.1)内壁的顶部固定连接有PC主机(2.9),所述下部组件机壳(2.1)的上表面固定连接有散热风扇(2.10),所述下部组件机壳(2.1)的外壁开设有VR手柄接入口(2.11),所述下部组件机壳(2.1)的内部活动连接有液晶显示屏(2.12),所述液晶显示屏(2.12)左侧面的外壁固定连接有触摸屏(2.13),所述下部组件机壳(2.1)左侧面的外壁固定连接有显示屏安装保护框(2.14),所述下部组件机壳(2.1)左侧面的外壁固定连接有装饰组灯(2.15),所述装饰组灯(2.15)位于显示屏安装保护框(2.14)的下方,所述下部组件机壳(2.1)的下表面固定连接有万向轮(2.16)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种大屏VR游戏一体机,其特征在于:所述安装保护支架(3.0)包括电机安装座(3.1)和改向链轮安装座(3.2),所述电机安装座(3.1)的外壁固定连接有保护罩(3.3),所述保护罩(3.3)的内壁分别与电机安装座(3.1)和改向链轮安装座(3.2)的外壁活动连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种大屏VR游戏一体机,其特征在于:所述动力传动系统(4.0)包括电机(4.1),所述电机(4.1)输出轴的一端固定连接有驱动链轮(4.2),所述驱动链轮(4.2)的内壁分别活动连接有内摩擦片(4.4)和外摩擦片(4.3),所述外摩擦片(4.3)的内部活动连接有锁紧螺母(4.5),所述外摩擦片(4.3)的外壁活动连接有波珠螺丝(4.6),所述驱动链轮(4.2)通过紧固件(4.7)固定连接有摩擦片压板(4.8),所述驱动链轮(4.2)的外壁活动连接有链条(4.10),所述链条(4.10)的内部活动连接有改向链轮(4.9)。
6.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种大屏VR游戏一体机,其特征在于:所述电器控制系统(5.0)包括原位限位开关(5.1),所述原位限位开关(5.1)的外壁与电机安装座(3.1)的外壁固定连接。
7.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种大屏VR游戏一体机,其特征在于:所述滑轮系统(6.0)包括直线轴承座组(6.3),所述直线轴承座组(6.3)的外壁固定连接有轴承安装座(6.2),所述轴承安装座(6.2)的外壁固定连接有导向轴(6.4),所述导向轴(6.4)的外壁活动连接有滑轮(6.1),所述直线轴承座组(6.3)的外壁固定连接有连接片(6.5),所述连接片(6.5)的外壁与链条(4.10)的外壁活动连接。
