Claims (5)
1. Способ изготовления сферической опоры, содержащей внутренний элемент, имеющий металлическую шаровую часть, и внешний элемент, имеющий опорную часть под шар, охватывающую шаровую часть внутреннего элемента и служащую для нее опорой, и соединенный с внутренним элементом с возможностью поворота или вращения относительно него, отличающийся тем, что выполняют инжекционное прессование, при этом шаровую часть внутреннего элемента вводят внутрь пресс-формы в качестве формовочного стержня, и формируют прокладку из полимера, наносимую на шаровую часть, причем формируют внешний элемент, закрывающий собой прокладку из полимера и не имеющий контакт с шаровой частью, посредством литья с использованием шаровой части вместе с прокладкой из полимера в качестве литейного стержня, вставляемого в литейную форму, при этом нагревают прокладку, выполненную из полимера и закрывающую собой шаровую часть, посредством подвода тепла через шаровую опору внутреннего элемента по завершении стадии литья.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что прокладку из полимера нагревают по завершении стадии литья до температуры не ниже, чем температура стеклования Tg полимера, из которого выполнена прокладка.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что прокладку из полимера, закрывающую собой шаровую часть, нагревают по завершении стадии литья посредством подвода тепла через шаровую часть внутреннего элемента и одновременно спрессовывают шаровую часть, обеспечивая упругую деформацию этой части и спрессовывая тем самым прокладку из полимера по направлению к внешнему элементу.
4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что по завершении стадии отливки внешнего элемента обеспечивают контакт шаровой части под нагрузкой с хвостовиком, после чего к хвостовику вместе с шаровой частью подсоединяют электрод, причем в процессе рельефной сварки хвостовика и шаровой части между собой нагревают прокладку из полимера за счет использования тепла, выделяющегося при проведении сварки, и упруго деформируют шаровую часть посредством приложения к хвостовику силы, обеспечивающей нагрузку в зоне контакта шаровой части с хвостовиком.
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в шаровой части внутреннего элемента выполняют сквозное отверстие для фиксирования элемента, подлежащего соединению, причем после завершения отливки вставляют катушку индуктивности в указанное сквозное отверстие, и нагревают прокладку из полимера посредством приложения высокочастотного напряжения к катушке.
