Description
Claims (10)
- オーバーモールド材料(1′)によって部品本体(11)を少なくとも部分的にオーバーモールドすることにより部品本体(11)の部品ケーシング(12)に接続要素(4)を組み付けるための組立要素(2)であって、弁、噴射弁、又は高圧弁、あるいは弁、噴射弁、又は高圧弁の本体が部品本体(11)として使用され、導電性材料からなるプラグ要素又はフラットプラグが接続要素(4)として使用され、
組立要素(2)が、
オーバーモールド材料(1′)によって部品本体(11)を少なくとも部分的にオーバーモールドするときに、部品本体(11)の部品ケーシング(12)で接続要素(4)を保持し位置決めし、オーバーモールド前に、接続要素(4)は、溶接又ははんだ付けによって、弁の供給及び/又は制御接続部に電気接続され、
オーバーモールド時にオーバーモールド具(20)の内部(23)に少なくとも部分的に収容されるように構成され、
組立要素(2)が、少なくとも2つの支持要素(5)を有し、
少なくとも2つの支持要素(5)が、部品本体(11)及び組立要素(2)をオーバーモールド具(20)の内部(23)に収容するときに、組立要素(2)が部品本体(11)の部品ケーシング(12)に保持された状態で、オーバーモールド具(20)の内側(20‐1)上に支持されるように構成した、組立要素(2)。 - 請求項1に記載の組立要素(2)において、
それぞれの前記支持要素(5)が支持ノブとして形成された、組立要素(2)。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の組立要素(2)において、
複数の前記支持要素(5)が、対で前記組立要素(2)に形成され、
組立要素(2)に対するそれぞれの対の支持要素(5)の要素は、組立要素(2)の重心、対称軸、及び/又は対称平面に関して、実質的に互いに向かい合って組立要素(2)に取り付けられ、内側(20‐1)で支持されたときに前記オーバーモールド具(20)の内部に収容され、1対の支承部及び対向支承部を形成する、組立要素(2)。 - 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の組立要素(2)において、
組立要素(2)が、
弾性的及び/又は予荷重をかけられたクリップ領域(8)であって、前記部品ケーシング(12)で保持及び位置決めするための支承部及び対向支承部によって、弾性的に予荷重をかけられた状態で、形状結合及び/又は摩擦結合により部品ケーシング(12)の領域を把持するように構成されたクリップ領域(8)を備え、
前記接続要素(4)を収容し保持するための結合要素(7)を備え、及び/又は
オーバーモールド材料(1′)とは異なる材料によって、一体的に形成された、組立要素(2)。 - 部品本体(11)をオーバーモールド材料(1′)によって少なくとも部分的にオーバーモールドすることによって、部品本体(11)の部品ケーシング(12)に接続要素(4)を組み付けるための組立セット(100)であって、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の組立要素(2)と、
射出成形型又は鋳型の形式のオーバーモールド具(20)と
を備える組立セット(100)において、
オーバーモールド具(20)が、接続要素(4)を保持し位置決めする組立要素(2)を前記オーバーモールド具の内部(23)に収容するように構成されて、組立要素(2)の支持要素(5)が、収容された状態で、支承部及び対向支承部の形式でオーバーモールド具(20)の内側(20‐1)で支持される、組立セット(100)。 - 請求項5に記載の組立セット(100)において、
該組立セットが、液状又はペースト状のオーバーモールド材料(1′)を有し、該オーバーモールド材料が、前記組立要素(2)の基となる材料とは異なる、組立セット
(100)。 - 部品本体(11)の部品ケーシング(12)に接続要素(4)を組み付ける方法において、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の組立要素(2)及び/又は請求項5又は6に記載の組立セット(100)を使用して、組立要素(2)によって部品本体(11)の部品ケーシング(12)に接続要素(4)を保持し位置決めし、
弁、噴射弁、又は高圧弁、あるいは弁、噴射弁、又は高圧弁の本体を部品本体(11)として使用し、
導電性材料からなるプラグ要素又はフラットプラグを前記接続要素(4)として使用し、オーバーモールド前に、プラグ要素を、溶接又ははんだ付けによって、弁の供給及び/又は制御接続部に電気接続し、及び/又は
弁、噴射弁又は高圧弁を製造する、方法。 - 請求項7に記載の方法において、
前記接続要素(4)を保持し位置決めする前記組立要素(2)を、前記部品本体(11)の前記部品ケーシング(12)の少なくとも一部と一緒に、オーバーモールド具(20)の内部(23)に保持された状態で収容して、オーバーモールド具(20)の内側(20-1)上に支持要素(5)が支持される、方法。 - 請求項8に記載の方法において、
前記接続要素(4)を保持し位置決めする前記組立要素(2)が前記オーバーモールド具(20)の前記内部(23)に収容され、かつ組立要素(2)の前記支持要素(5)が前記オーバーモールド具(20)の内側(20-1)上に支持されている状態で、オーバーモールド材料(1′)をオーバーモールド具(20)に充填し硬化させ、
次に前記部品本体(11)、接続要素(4)、及び組立要素(2)を有する部品(10)を完成させるために、オーバーモールド具(20)を取り外す方法。 - 部品(10)であって、
オーバーモールド部(1)を備え、該オーバーモールド部(1)に、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の組立要素(2)が少なくとも部分的に埋め込まれ、及び/又は
請求項7から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法によって形成された、部品(10)。
