Abstract

"MéTODO DE FABRICAR UM MANCAL ESFéRICO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método de fabricar um mancal esférico tendo um elemento interno com uma parte de esfera de metal e um elemento externo tendo uma parte de suporte de esfera encerrando e suportando a parte de esfera do elemento interno e conectado ao elemento interno de modo oscilante ou rotativo com relação um ao outro, incluindo as etapas de realizar moldagem por injeção em que a parte de esfera do elemento interno é inserida como um núcleo em um molde para amoldar um revestimento de resina cobrindo a parte de esfera, moldar o elemento externo cobrindo o revestimento de resina por uma fundição em que a parte de esfera e o revestimento de resina são inseridos como um núcleo no molde, e depois da conclusão da fundição, e aquecer o revestimento de resina que cobre a parte de esfera através da parte de esfera do elemento interno.
