Claims (10)
- プラスチックシェル、特にボールジョイントに用いられる支承シェルの製作時のプラスチックの一次成形の間の収縮特性を制御するための方法において、この場合、液化されたプラスチックを内側成形体(3)と外側成形体(2)との間に供給し、これによって、プラスチックを内側成形体(3)と外側成形体(2)との間で硬化させ、この場合、プラスチックを硬化の間に部分的に外側成形体(2)に位置決めすることを特徴とする、プラスチックシェルの製作時のプラスチックの一次成形の間の収縮特性を制御するための方法。
- 硬化するプラスチック(1)の部分的な位置決めを、外側成形体(2)の、規定された領域の物理的なまたは化学的な特性に基づき達成し、これによって、外側成形体(2)との形状接続的なまたは材料接続的な結合と、これに基づき、プラスチック(1)の、制御された収縮とを部分的に可能にし、これによって、内側成形体(3)をプラスチック(1)内に運動可能に支承する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 内側成形体(3)と外側成形体(2)との間の中間室を射出成形法によって充填する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- プラスチック(1)の位置決めを接着によって行う、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- プラスチック(1)の固化時に成形体に生ぜしめられる中空室(5,6)内に潤滑媒体を供給する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法を使用するための、プラスチックの一次成形の間の収縮特性を制御するための装置であって、注型金型が設けられており、該注型金型が、少なくとも1つの外側成形体(2)と、該外側成形体(2)内に挿入された少なくとも1つの内側成形体(3)とを収容しており、成形部材(2,3)の間に、成形したい液化されたプラスチック(1)が供給可能である形式のものにおいて、
外側成形体(2)に、液状のプラスチック(1)を位置決めするための手段が形成されていることを特徴とする、プラスチックの一次成形の間の収縮特性を制御するための装置。 - プラスチック(1)を位置決めするための手段が、T字形の溝であり、該溝内に液状のプラスチック(1)が流入するようになっていて、これによって、該プラスチック(1)の固化後に外側成形体(2)に位置決めされている、請求項6記載の装置。
- プラスチック(1)を位置決めするための手段が、成形区域であり、該成形区域が、成形したいプラスチック(1)に対して高い固着能を備えた固着ベースと、固着ベースなしの領域とを部分的に有しており、該領域が、成形したいプラスチック(1)に対して少ない固着能を有している、請求項6記載の装置。
- プラスチック(1)を位置決めするための手段が、成形区域であり、該成形区域が、結合剤、たとえば接着剤と、結合剤なしの領域とを部分的に有している、請求項6記載の装置。
- 内側成形体(3)が、ボールスタッドのボールである、請求項6から9までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
