Abstract

MéTODO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE OBJETOS CÈNCAVOS EM MATERIAL POLIMéRICO, PRé-FORMA EM MATERIAL POLIMéRICO DESTINADO à MOLDAGEM DE OBJETOS CÈNCAVOS, E, MOLDE PARA A MOLDAGEM POR COMPRESSãO DE PRé-FORMAS EM MATERIAL POLIMéRICO. A pré-forma é formada por um estrangulamento superior que mantém inalterada a forma no objeto final e um corpo oco, unido ao estrangulamento. O método prevê a inserção, dento de uma cavidade de matriz, de um corpo dosado de material polimérico cuja massa é dosada de acordo com um valor de referência, e a subseqüente inserção de pressão de um punção dentro da cavidade de matriz até que ela feche a câmara de moldagem do molde, o punção conferindo a forma à superfìcie interna da pré-forma e a matriz tendo uma superfície interna que confere a forma à superfície externa da pré-forma, e a matriz tendo uma superfície interna que confere a forma à superfície externa da pré-forma. De acordo com a invenção, na moldagem da pré-forma, o erro de massa do corpo dosado com respeito ao valor de referência é distribuído no corpo oco, o corpo oco sofrendo uma subseqüente deformação termal até atingir a forma final. No molde, a matriz compreende pelo menos uma parede deformável (31), cuja superfície interna define pelo menos parte da superfície interna da parte de matriz destinada a dar forma ao corpo oco, a mencionada parede deformável (31) tendo, pelo menos em parte, uma espessura relativamente fina que permite que ela seja elasticamente deformada na etapa de moldagem final, variando, desse modo, a espessura do corpo oco.
