Abstract

"ESTRUTURA DA CAVIDADE DE MOLDE". A presente invenção refere-se a uma cavidade de molde para a fabricação de partes moldadas, sendo que a cavidade de molde forma uma câmara de molde (5), e apresenta uma cavidade (1) cujo contorno interno corresponde, pelo menos, por seção ao contorno externo da parte moldada a ser fabricada, um núcleo (2), cujo contorno externo corresponde, pelo menos, por seção ao contorno interno da parte moldada a ser fabricada, bem como, um anel de apoio (3), que circunda, pelo menos, parcialmente o núcleo (2), pelo menos, com a cavidade de molde fechada, sendo que o anel de apoio (3) apresenta um cone interno (9) e o núcleo (2) apresenta um cone externo (8) correspondente, que são executados de tal modo que, pelo menos, com a cavidade de molde fechada o cone interno (9) do anel de apoio (3) entra em contato com o cone externo (8) do núcleo (2). A fim de disponibilizar uma cavidade de molde, ou um núcleo e um anel de apoio, que possa ser adaptado facilmente a diversas partes moldadas, e que possa ser fabricado facilmente, de acordo com a invenção é sugerido que, nem o cone interno (9) do anel de apoio (3), nem o cone externo (8) do núcleo (2) se conectem diretamente à câmara de molde (5).
