Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UMACAIXA PARA UM CONECTOR DE VáLVULA DE BORBOLETABEM COMO CONECTOR DE VáLVULA DE BORBOLETA". Ainvenção consiste em um processo para fabricação de uma caixa(12) para um conector de válvula de borboleta (10) que apresenteuma estabilidade da forma especialmente elevada. Para este efeitoa caixa (12), que apresenta uma abertura de borboleta (16) parauma válvula de borboleta (20) é fabricada em plástico (14) peloprocesso de moldagem por injeção e apresenta um cilindro demetal (28) parcialmente cercado por plástico (14) que, pelo menosna zona da válvula de borboleta (20), forma a abertura deborboleta (16). Neste caso, antes do processo de moldagem porinjeção expande-se um núcleo de expansão (50) contra a faceinterna (33) do cilindro de metal (28). Durante o processo demoldagem por injeção, a face interna (33) do cilindro de metal (28)é, pelo menos parcialmente, apoiada pelo núcleo de expansão(50). Depois do processo de moldagem por injeção, para seremover o núcleo de expansão (50) do espaço interior (70) docilindro de metal (28), faz-se uma diminuição do perímetro externo(80) do núcleo de expansão (50).
