Abstract

MOLDE PARA MOLDAGEM POR COMPRESSãO DE OBJETOS EM MATERIAL POLIMéRICO, MéTODO PARA A MOLDAGEM POR COMPRESSãO DE OBJETOS DE MATERIAL POLIMéRICO POR MEIO DE UM MOLDE, E, OBJETO DE MATERIAL POLIMéRICO. O molde compreende uma matriz (30) e um punção (30) adaptado para penetrar na cavidade da matriz para determinar a câmara de moldagem do molde, o objeto sendo formado através de inserção de pressão do punção (20) dentro da cavidade da matriz (30), onde um corpo dosado (8) de material polimérico foi previamente colocado, cuja massa é dosada de acordo com um valor de referência. De acordo com a invenção, a matriz (30) compreende pelo menos uma parede deformável (31), cuja superfície interna define pelo menos parte da superfície da matriz (30), a mencionada parede deformável (31) tendo, pelo menos parcialmente, uma espessura relativamente fina que permite ser elasticamente deformada sob pressão do material polimérico na etapa de moldagem final do objeto, absorvendo, desse modo, o erro da massa do corpo dosado (8) em relação ao valor de referência.
