Abstract
MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM CONJUNTO DE PAINEL, E, CONJUNTO DE PAINEL Um conjunto de painel compreende um painel (2) e uma gaxeta (1) anexa no painel e se estendendo ao longo de pelo menos uma parte da periferia. Para produzir o conjunto de painel, uma composição curável é aplicada direta ou indiretamente sobre o painel e sobre uma superfície do molde (6) sobre a qual o painel foi posicionado. Quando está sendo aplicada na superfície do molde 5, a composição curável tem uma viscosidade dinâmica que é menor que a viscosidade dinâmica dos materiais de extrusão. Desta maneira, uma melhor qualidade superficial pode ser obtida sem ter que exercer uma alta pressão sobre a composição curável. Ao contrário de processo RIM conhecidos, a composição curável não é injetada em um molde fechado, mas é aplicada 10 sobre uma superfície do molde aberto por meio de um dispositivo aplicador (9) móvel ao longo de pelo menos a dita parte da periferia do painel (2). Desta maneira, moldes mas baratos podem ser usados e, em particular, moldes feitos de um material resiliente macio (8).
