Abstract

Un procedimento per la fabbricazione di un complesso vetro guarnizione atto ad essere utilizzato come vetratura impiegata su veicoli prevede di riempire, a bassa pressione, uno stampo opportunamente realizzato, con una composizione poliuretanica dotata di bassa velocità di reazione.Lo stampo è costruito con materiale plastico e presenta una configurazione ad anello, circondante la periferia del vetro in corrispondenza della posizione di applicazione della guarnizione.Il nuovo procedimento permette la fabbricazione di complessi vetro guarnizione a costi più bassi di quelli delle tecniche note.
