Abstract

Se provee un metodo para fabricar un cojinete esferico que tiene un elemento interno con una porcion de bola metalica y un elemento externo que tiene una porcion de soporte de bola que encierra y soporta la porcion de bola del elemento interno y conectado con el elemento interno de manera oscilante o giratoria uno con relacion al otro, que incluye los pasos de realizar moldeo por inyeccion en el cual la porcion de bola del elemento interno se inserta como un nucleo en un molde para moldear un revestimiento de resina que cubre la porcion de bola, moldear el elemento externo que cubre el revestimiento de resina a traves de un moldeo en el cual la porcion de bola y el revestimiento de resina son insertados como un nucleo en el molde, y despues de terminar el moldeo, calentar el revestimiento de resina que cubre la porcion de bola a traves de la porcion de bola del elemento interno.
